I had an hour Swedish massage, which was the perfect pressure for me. Stacy was very thorough, literally working my feet up to my scalp, with a lot of focus on my back and neck as that was where I was having pain. The shop was extremely clean and comfortable, and I really appreciate that they take walk ins, which is what my first visit was. I'll be making another appointment soon!

Yesterday my neck seized up and I needed to get someone to help with it quickly. I messaged Li's Spa late at night, and was surprised to get an answer immediately. They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects. She was very friendly and warm, and was happy to talk and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.

Overall, it was great value for a very relaxing Massage (though price had gone up from what previous reviews had mentioned). The environment was quiet with faint background music, but you will be able to hear people talking in the hallway on next-door since the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling. I thought I would be brought to another room for the foot massage part since usually there's the process of soaking the feet, but this one did not have it. Both massage was completed in one room. There is parking right outside. The staff was warm and welcoming.

Went in for a 60-minute full-body massage. The place is quite clean, and the room was quiet, but…read morethe massage itself was actually bad. They didn't ask whether I preferred a gentle or normal massage, and instead went with an ultra-light touch that was hardly effective. They rubbed oil on my feet while wearing rubber gloves and then shook my muscles left and right in the slowest fashion--almost as if they were just trying to pass the time. Later on, the therapist tried digging her elbow into my back which was just very uncomfortable, seemingly to compensate for the lack of effort over the first 45 minutes of a 60-minute session. Some below-average work was done in the last 10 minutes, but it wasn't enough to save the session. In other places at the same price point, masseurs still follow a decent sequence of moves even when they lack physical strength, but that was not the case here.

We opted for the 30 minute foot massages but we're given a new customer offering for 60 minutes at $5 more ( price difference). Overall, I would say everything was good not terrible but also not great . This establishment is cute, clean. Plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. The massage in itself is OK. We started off with a foot soak and a facial/top of head massage. Which I'm not a fan of . The foot massage in itself lasted about 20 minutes and it was okay, good-ish. There were some light massaging of the lower legs too. We turned to our stomachs for the back massage which lasted about 10-ish minutes and that was pretty good. overall, I would say their services are not for me. and if your feet are really hurting or maybe with a different masseuse you could have a wonderful experience but unfortunately, I can't say that for me..
