He gave the best massage I've ever gotten, really knew his stuff. I bought a 12 hour massage pack from this place since I had two good experiences. However as I started coming here through out the next year, Ying had left and I didn't remember the gentleman's name so every time I came back I just got whoever was available. There is this one lady, don't know her American name either, but her Chinese name also had Ying in it. I remember because both ladies have part of my name in their name. This lady gives the worst massages. She digs her nails into you when giving pressure and she presses on you with her arms which is okay but it's boney and she misses and ends up hitting some bone instead of muscle. I took my sister here for a couple massage and she got the same lady and didn't enjoy her massage either. She said the lady massaged her in places where she didn't care to be massaged and I knew what she meant. On top of this one time I got a 2 hour massage from this lady and I tipped her $30, which is more than 20%, she made a stink face at me and frowned!! I was taken aback how could someone frown when I give them a tip. I felt bad about it but didn't want to think about it and just left. My suspicion was confirmed when I returned with my sister and we got a 1 hour massage each. I tipped $15 each and the lady again made a stink face. She also complained that the $10 bill we tried to give her was old and ripped at the corner (like it's still money!) to get us to fork over the $20 bills we had instead. The owner was there and she asked nicely for more money saying the masseuses work hard so we were pressured into giving $20 each. They basically expect $20 tip here for each hour. I am actually happy to give that but this Ying lady gives mediocre massages and expect more. When I finished my last massage in my pack (thankfully it was good I got a gentleman the last time), the owner asked me if I wanted to buy another pack. I declined saying I was moving away (and I was). She also made a stink face for some reason instead of wishing me well. This is so rude!! If the massage is really really bad I would say something but for something like being rude especially towards tips, I felt awkward to call them out on it. It ruins the experience. I was just using up my massage package I already paid for. I couldn't wait to GTFO, and never coming back here again!

She was able to color correct a botched job at another place. She was super detailed in getting all of my hair foiled without leaving gaps (even the underneath) which is not easy to do. She gave me a beautiful blended blonde with the "money piece" (light piece in the front) exactly how I asked. She also did an amazing hair cut that frames my face so well. The best hair color, cut, and demeanor I have ever experienced when getting my hair done. She is also very kind, patient, listens to what the customer wants, and makes the whole experience very stress free and comfortable. She is also very fair and honest with the pricing. While my cut there wasn't perfect, I did at least get a boring version of what I requested -- a style cut short and flat against my head on the left side, gradually lengthening in the back like a short rounded cap that hugged my head and tapered to the nape of the neck, and left long on the right side of my head but shaped to encourage the resulting deep wavy locks to hang languidly over and shade that side of my face. Like, drama. The stylist followed my instructions literally, but she failed artistically to create the look, or mood, I wanted. At least she did a decent job rather than ruin my hair, as too many clients in reviews of Winslow had complained. How hard is it to find a stylist who actually listens to what clients say.

He I so good at massage that after I leave, I literally feel high because of all the endorphins. This is the place to go if you want deep tissue reflexology because Kevin is a pro at doing deep reflexology without the annoying feeling that sometimes you get with this kind of massage of somebody just pushing their fingers into places that hurt. He never does this! I know for sure I'd be much sicker if I wasn't able to go here at least once every week and a half! ! Scheduling is a breeze and as long as you keep them updated as far as your schedule they don't get mad if you have to change the time or cancel.
