She had great pressure and really got deep into those knots. She recommended adding stones, so I did, which was good, though I don't know if I'd do it again because I don't think it gets deep enough. A couple days later and my migraine has disappeared and hasn't returned. As for the place, it was super clean, cute, and comfortable. Now for the not great. There is no actual waiting room, so after I rang the Ring I waited outside about 10-12 minutes before being let inside. I'm sure it's a safety thing, but I imagine on a poor weather day, this could get miserable. Now for the only reason I didn't give full stars. On their website it says you'll be charged a 20% service charge automatically that won't show on the list price or deposit. Which is fine by me, having friends and family in the beauty and service industry I get it. However, when I went to pay a tip screen pulled up and I skipped it, because of what I had read. She then looked and me and said, "No tip?" I then felt embarrassed and frustrated because even if I wasn't leaving a tip, it's off putting to ask about it, and more importantly I felt like she thought I was rude even though I was just going off the website's information. Due to my embarrassment and uncomfortableness at the end, I probably won't go back. But I am still giving 4 stars because they did a great job and the place is clean.

I have gotten Swedish massage from both Cici and Grace, and they are both very sweet, professional, and exceptional! I am usually picky with getting massages and usually even at much more pricey and fancier places, I am not satisfied. But Cici and Grace know exactly what to do with the right amount of pressure to relieve my stress and muscle pains. They always ask where I would like to focus on and if the pressure and the temperature are good, which I appreciate. I need to come back every month! On top of the top notch service, the place is very clean including the bathroom. They also offer and candies and water at the end. I have been recommending this place to all my friends. I don't even live close by but I think it's so worth it to visit every month. I always leave feeling de-stressed and relaxed!

I left feeling looser, recharged, and relaxed. I asked her to avoid my neck and upper areas since I didn't want any marks there, and she was understanding and accommodating. Yesterday my neck seized up and I needed to get someone to help with it quickly. I messaged Li's Spa late at night, and was surprised to get an answer immediately. They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects. She was very friendly and warm, and was happy to talk and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.

I noticed true changes on my posture after it because my muscles used to be tight. Stephanie is really good at this therapies. She knows well muscles and can recommend the right therapy for you. I would definitely recommend all the massage therapists here, they are good and know what they are doing. It's extremely unfortunate management could not work out a good contract with my insurance, but generally they seem to run things well here. Location/ambiance: I have been to 3 different dream clinics and the bel red one is by far my favorite. The ambiance is great, the location leaves ample space for parking and the building inside is spacious and clean. Their other locations are a bit more cramped and parking is sometimes challenging. Upon walking in you see dreamclinic right away and usually a friendly receptionist greets you. They have drinks and seating while you wait. The massage themselves are amaaazing. Be ready to be relaxed and for your knots to melt away. I have had a few massage therapists, most recently kindra has been my preferred therapists and she is so knowledgeable and phenominal. However, when she is not available all the other therapists I tried are also very savvy and do a great job. What to expect: usually when you go in you check in then sit down and wait (maybe drink some tea or fill out some paperwork). Your massage therapist will come greet you and bring you to a cute room with salt lamp lighting and soft music. You'll sit and chat briefly about what you prefer and where you could use work then the therapist will leave to let you undress and settle in. After a few moments they will knock and enter and commence the amazing massage. Afterwards I get dressed and usually they offer water and you can check out. Personally, I recommend tipping your therapist on the way out - they work hard to make you feel great. Overall, great massage place that I will miss very much (insurance coverage is the only reason they got 4 stars). All the therapists are trained well and do a good job. The location makes for easy drop ins. Highly recommmend!
