I had one of the best massages I've had in a while here and it's about a third of the cost of Yuan. You might not get the bougie surroundings, but you get a much better massage and that's all I wanted. Instead of just going through the motions, she was intentionally finding all of my knots, tense points, and working them out. If you want a great massage and a nice clean place and don't care about the frills, this is the place to go. read more

I had a doctor's appointment and then plans to meet a friend for dinner, leaving me with about an hour to spare in between. I was debating whether to go home or find something to do, but my body was sore from the gym, so I searched for nearby massage places. This spot came up as the closest one--and it was also very close to the restaurant--so I decided to walk in. I was helped right away by two very kind ladies and taken into a room almost immediately. I honestly didn't want the massage to end. The therapist really focused on the muscles that were sore from my workout. I was 100% sure I'd be in pain the next day from how deep she worked, but surprisingly, I left feeling relaxed, had a great night's sleep after dinner, and woke up the next morning feeling even better. No soreness at all. They use unscented oil, which is a big plus if you have asthma or allergies. The only downside was that the linens had a slight "stored" smell--like clean laundry that's been sitting in a closet for a while. It wasn't a bad odor, just noticeable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back--probably once a week after one of my gym days to reset read more

I read multiple reviews before coming here and I was not disappointed. The name of my masseuse was Mia and she was excellent. I really loved the massage and especially the stretches. I also loved the momentarily scalp massage. However don't expect this place to be the most fancy spot, about an average and okayish massage rooms. The masseuse was professional for most of the time except at the very start where she kept pushing to try one of their better oil with some additional cost. My session also started 10 minutes late but she made up for it. I did end up giving $20 as a tip - she totally deserved it for her excellent massaging techniques. read more

10 out of 10 no notes. I got a Swedish with Amy and it was the best massage I've ever had in my life. She found all of my knots in my shoulders and actually worked them out one by one. She found ones I didn't even know existed! Her hands are gentle af yet so strong. I asked for the "heavier" massage. I told her I want it to hurt so good. She's sooooo strong!! I absolutely loved it. I'm totally coming back for Amy. She does only speak mandarin but her hands and her 20 years of experience speaks for themselves. Tip your massage therapists yall!! It's hard work! Don't be a dbag just because you feel entitled. This is such a precious little spot. read more

I am giving 2 stars because I have been to Jade Harbor multiple times and in the past have had good experiences. I typically come once a year, on my birthday for a 90 minute massage. This year I had a bizarre experience, where the lady was talking to the other lady who worked there almost the ENTIRE massage. It might be on me for not saying anything but I just was taken off guard. Then after the massage, before I was finished paying, I was told "you must tip me at least 20%" I understand this was a service and I always tip services generously. But I was taken off guard that I was being demanded. I was going to tip in cash and did the calculations in front of her, that I was tipping 18% AFTER she was talking to her friend in my massage room the entire time. She wouldn't accept 18% tip and told me I can tip on my card 20%. I don't know, the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately, I won't be returning anymore. Do with this review what you will. read more

I woke up to bad inflammation/PMS symptoms/joint pain throughout my body and decided to get a massage (and brought my boyfriend to join me in a couples massage). When we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and kindness. The room was clean, inviting and peaceful. Very professional. My massage was EXCEPTIONAL! 10/10! I got the CBD oil and hot stone treatment (my masseuse even put the hot stones on my lower tummy to help with my cramps. That was incredible attention to detail). By the end of the massage, I felt like I had a new body. It was exactly what I needed, and all of my pain felt released. My boyfriend loved his massage too! I absolutely recommend this business to anyone in need of a massage. Whether you need to relax a bit or have your pain go away, this is definitely a phenomenal place to go to! Will definitely come back when we are in town again read more

I enjoyed my massage here! It was quiet and clean, which is important to me when getting a massage. The lady was very tough and helped get my knots out! Just be sure to tip 20%!! Overall it was a very relaxing experience and I felt so pampered here. Definitely helped get rid of my tension and make me feel like I'm walking on air when I walked out! read more

I think I've found my go-to massage place! I had a 60-minute hot stone massage with Yoyo, and it was a wonderful experience. Customer service: the front desk staff and Yoyo, my massage therapist, were friendly and professional. Environment: The treatment rooms were clean and organized, with soft music playing in the background. Massage: My massage was relaxing and effective at the same time! My therapist listened to my concerns, and addressed the tightness around my back, while still giving me a balanced, full-body massage. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending Jade Harbor Spa to others! read more

I had a great experience here! I booked an appointment via Classpass, but they seemed to have great prices and availability for walk-in or other appointments as well. I arrived 10 minutes early and they were able to take me right away which I appreciated. The massage itself was wonderful, my masseuse made sure I was super comfortable and was able to target my neck and shoulders just like I had requested. She also gave me the best scalp massage of my life! Of all the comparable massages I've gotten in the past few years, this spot was my favorite. I will be going back! One tip- bring cash because they charge a little extra for card transactions. read more

This was by far my best massage experience ever! very clean and friendly ,my massage therapist was amazing! She listened to everything I requested and applied the exact pressure I requested. I felt relaxed and rested afterwards. My mom also came with me for a massage and her therapist was she said she was amazing as well. We will definitely be back again. read more

Yoyo was fantastic! She's got such a tiny frame, yet she didn't tire once over the course of my 3 hour deep tissue Jade Harbor combination massage, digging deep with her fingers of steel, her knees, her elbows, sitting ontop of me and squeezing and clamping her thighs tighly around my shoulders, walking up and down my body...she hit every fiber of muscle she possibly could and I walked out of there with a sensation of absolute bliss! Thank you Yoyo! read more

Very good massage experience. We did couple massage. The place is clean. The massage therapist listens to our needs and did a great job to address them during massage. read more

Booked a 90 minute massage for noon. I get there and they tell me to get undressed and on the table, which I do. Ten minutes go by and no one comes in, so I poke my head out and am assured someone will be in soon. Takes them another ten minutes until someone comes and proceeds to give me one of the worst massages I've ever had. At the end, I wasn't going to give any tip because of the wait, but the lady was nice so I gave $15 for the wait and the terrible massage. The lady then has the audacity to point at the $15 and berate me for it being such a small amount for a 90 minute massage. Definitely don't recommend! read more

Wet hair after being sick for two weeks they treated me so kind. Massage was amazing and exactly what I needed to get back on track.

Pretty bad customer service. My friend and I booked with Katie and YuYu for an hour each. Katie met us at the entrance and asked who likes it harder. My friend definitely likes the hard deep tissue massage while I scheduled for a Swedish massage and asked for medium pressure. I go undress in the room and waited about 5 minutes. No biggie. Katie comes in and starts massaging really softly. I waited about 15 minutes or so before I asked for a little harder. She argues with me that I asked for "medium." Lady! Everyone's strength is different! Don't take it personally! The overall massage was okay, but nothing to brag about: she mostly used her elbows with lotion/oil. She finished a few minutes early and I went to the counter to pay with a different lady. I gave the lady a $100 bill and she stares at me. "Do you want change?" Ummm yes, please...She asked me how much I wanted back and I replied $20. She looked shocked that I only wanted to tip $10 (about 15%). She then tries to educate me that I need to tip $20 because that's 20%. No, thank you. That's actually close to 30% tip. She stares me down and then stomps her way to the back to scream in Chinese to another lady. They talk shit for a few minutes and then she comes back to toss $20 at me. Awkward. Then they do the same thing to my friend's tip. Ummm it's called a tip, not mandatory 20% extra fee! I will NOT be coming back. Tacky. read more

*Check out the reviews for Yi Spa; it's the same place. First time visit. Went for a 1-hour couples massage ($140). Michelle gave my partner an awesome Swedish Massage and Yoyo gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. She used her knees and elbows quite a bit. Lots of pressure, and she checked in once or twice to make sure that was okay. She covered my back, glutes, legs, arms, neck, and scalp. She didn't touch my feet much, so I assume you can pay for a foot massage separately. I was super impressed when she cracked my back at the end. Didn't know I was in for chiropractic as well! Walked out feeling like Jell-O. I've seen some negative reviews regarding tipping. There was nothing negative about my experience in this regard, so my advice is as follows: tip decently and stop thinking so hard about percentages. $20 on a $70 massage means you appreciate their work. read more

Just got home and I'm still sitting in my car. I've had an average amount of massages I think but this was hands down the best massage I have ever received from Sasha at Jade Harbor Spa. Had a very long day in which I thought a normal massage will make it a bit better. But instead of normal I got exceptional every technique Sasha used felt like it was hitting a new area that could go unnoticed. The room was clean and office was organized. Definitely my favorite therapist at one of the best places. And for a tall guy with back issues I don't feel any tightness. I honestly would keep raving about Sasha if I had anything new to add she's just that great. read more

Just okay for $80/hr Massage was rough, less skilled! I'm in pain now, I won't be visiting again but you can try your luck. read more

Not good at all. They were disorganized, the woman who massaged me was so rough, often using my body to lift herself up, the towels they use are rough, and to top it off, they harassed me for tip that I didn't think they deserved. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and won't be back. read more

Wow, what an incredible massage! I've found my go-to place in the PNW. I needed a massage desperately after sleeping incorrectly and being on the road/plane for work a lot. I booked a massage last-minute with Mihir and arrived ~20 mins early. They were kind and let me wait in my own personal room. Facility is clean, and there was a nice fluffy robe and clean sofa inside the room waiting for me. The receptionist even brought me a bottle of water while I waited. I love that each person gets their own room, unlike other places that have just a curtain dividing the space up. It felt relaxing and comforting, despite it being mostly no-frills. Mihir was kind and a great massage therapist. I wish she had asked where I wanted more attention, but overall she gave a *great* massage. She asked what kind of pressure I liked, and that was nice. The CD playing relaxing music in the background kept skipping, so eventually she turned it off, but I actually prefer quiet anyway. For $70 (+$2 if you pay with card), it's a great bang for your buck. I tipped $20 for my one-hour massage. True, membership at Massage Envy costs the same, but you're supporting a local small business at Jade Harbor/Yi Spa! read more

I had bad lower back pain and tight legs due to over hiking the day before. Called and got a walk in appointment right away. Shasha did a fantastic job with my full body massage focusing on the back and thighs. She was patient, skillful and she kneed on my back which helped to release the tight muscles. I felt so much better and a new person after the massage. This is the right place to go if you need deep tissue massage with great result. Highly recommended! read more

Professional services and wonderful lady's. I love to go there always are friendships and happiness

I was feeling like a deflated balloon, all twisted out of shape... So, in a fit of nocturnal brilliance, I scheduled a massage at the witching hour - 12 am! I crawled in there less than 11 hours later, expecting to see a whole team of masseuses. But nope, it was just one lone warrior with hands that felt like they'd been blessed by Zeus himself! You know the kind of massage that hurts so good it makes you question your life choices? Yep, that was it. I'd willingly book again! read more

While waiting for my car to get serviced at the Audi dealership down the street, I came here to get a massage. And wow! I'm so glad I did. Michelle got all the knots out of my neck and shoulders, and she found tension in my lower back that I didn't even know I had. At some point, she pulled out hot stones and it was such an unexpected treat! I was in heaven. A 90 minutes massage was $110 + tip, which is the best price in town. I can't comment on the pressure to tip that other yelpers mentioned, because there was no pressure at the end of my visit. I really enjoyed the massage and I will definitely be going back soon! read more

After a long hard hike yesterday, needed a massage since I was feeling very soar. I was basically looking for any place that can accommodate me since it was a Sunday and ended up here. They were able to give me an appointment within the next couple of hours. Clean, tidy and compact place. The staff are very friendly. For the price, the 60 min massage sounded like a good deal. The masseuse was good in giving attention to the spots where I felt very soar. But having said that, based on my experience over the Last several years, the massage was not upto the mark. I don't have too many bad things to say but just did not work out for me. Might not go back again Updating this review for the feedback posted by the business owner. It is true that they called me and offered to give 15 mins free massage. But only on the condition that I delete my current 3 star review and give them a five star review. The person that I spoke to was so demanding and actually was more worried about business getting affected which is fair but that doesn't mean she has to be harsh to an unhappy client. Overall her manners were disappointing even though at some point during the call I did think of giving them another shot since I don't want anyone's business to be affected. But that also doesn't mean I will write good reviews that I don't believe in. I am sad that I have to write this. Hopefully they fix it going forward and good luck to them. read more

The massage was good but I was really disappointed at the time of payment with how much they pushed me to leave a higher tip amount. Come on, tips are supposed to depend only on how much the customer feels happy about the service without the merchant directly asking (or pushing!) for it. I feel the original massage rate is just to attract people and then they put you in a situation that you have no option other paying 25%+ tip which is non-sense. You may easily end up paying higher than other places that post higher rates on their websites! read more

This is my 2nd visit, and Isabel and her team are amazing. They've developed their own unique way of massaging that's unlike the style the massage chains teach . I get massages twice a week for chronic neck/back/shoulder pain and I will continue coming here until I relocate. Isabel and the other lady I had today both ask about where the pain stems from, and after doing an initial assessment they both knew where to focus their time and attention. My neck pain stemming from my arms, my back pain stemming from my feet, shoulder pain from my chest/arms. I thoroughly appreciate the technique and perspective you receive from Chinese massage therapists and just can't say enough. I love this place because when I call in they always seem to have at least one spot open every day. The massage chains around here, specifically massage envy, never have a same day appointment. For massage chains, I guess that's the allure to always be busy, and having to book in advance. It's tucked away in a tiny parking lot, but there's always free parking. It's a no fuss, great massage place ran like a local lady. And the price is reasonable. $69 for a one hour massage. read more

Very good place. I have been here 5-6 times now, each time with Shasha. She does an excellent job with the right pressure. She is very nice as well, which makes the experience well worth it. The place is kept clean and well worth the money read more

Yi Spa is THE place to check out in the Bellevue area for a massage that hits all the right places. I had the best experience today! The place is cute, tidy and clean. My partner and I got a couples massage, the room was nice and the beds were heated. Michelle was my masseuse. Her pressure was on point! A little bit into my massage, my boobs started to get pinched because laying on your stomach does that to a woman. I spoke up and she immediately grabbed a boob pillow that solved the issue right away! Snaps for that because that's a first!!! I was so happy to not be distracted anymore and I got to continue enjoying my massage. Michelle did such an awesome job, she even cracked my back at the end! This is my new go to spot. read more

Can't believe this place has such high ratings. Not only was my massage mediocre but the masseuse left in the middle of my massage 3 different times answer the phone. Then, they had the audacity to heckle me for a higher tip. I'm sorry they charge a $2 fee for using your credit card but I tip on service and am not tipping higher for the extra 2$. Definitely will not be back. read more

For the price ($70/hour for full body) I don't think this was worth it. The masseuse didn't spend any time on my hips which was where I had a lot of discomfort and sometimes, she was just lightly rubbing me in places, not really massaging. I told her I'd like it harder but not much difference. She also left the room 3 times to answer the phone which was disruptive. It was also too hot in the room and I was sweating by the end. For $70 I'd expect more. you can get better Chinese massages at other places that charge less -like 40 an hour. read more

This spa is hit or miss depending on the therapist you get. My massage today wasn't good. Not relaxing at all. I tipped 11% and the therapist gave me a hard time. Pretty surprising behavior. Really needed a last minute massage to work out some kinks in my neck and shoulders. Saw the yelp reviews and decided to give it try since it's only a 5 minute drive from my house. Glad I did! I had Isabel, who apparently is very highly requested (I had no idea. I just asked for a one hour massage.), and I can understand why. She's obviously very experienced in feeling out the problem areas and tackling them. She really helped release the tension in my neck and getting the range of motion back on my shoulders. Another thing to note, the massage was a full hour. Not 50 minutes but advertised as a hour long like some massage places. This place is no frills. Basically, a small waiting area and 2 or 3 massage rooms. But for $65, it is well worth it! Yi Spa gained a new customer and Isabel now has a new groupie who will request her again. read more
