This is still a great Chinese style foot massage place! I've recently moved away and will miss this place. A couple years ago, they opened up a second store front at the opposite end of the same strip mall with private table massage. I still went to the original one with the open room where you keep your clothes on and they soak your feet while you lay on recliners. I've never been to the table massage side but generally don't feel super comfortable at Chinese table massage places where you take your clothes off because the atmosphere typically isn't relaxing and it's too awkward and ghetto. Places like that usually cover my bare body with a cheap sheet or towel so I kind of feel exposed. Plus I don't like the rubbing motion with oil massages as much. When you get a massage through your clothes, the masseuse has to knead differently and I actually prefer that technique. Anyway if you want a good foot (and body massage) come here, to the open room side on the right of the strip mall. I've always gotten a male masseuse, like 3 different guys the times I went, and they are all professional, attentive, and kind. If you show up wearing a dress or skirt they will cover you up with extra towels. They check in with you every time about pressure, have soft hands, don't smell bad like bad breath or cigarettes, and don't dig with their nails or elbow inappropriately. They cover your eyes when you turn over for the last third of the massage, and put a pillow under your head to make sure you're nice and comfy. I still always fall asleep! This is the only place where they hit a special spot on my foot and my scalp/brain felt like it was being tickled. How do they do that?? It feels strange but I kind of like it. The front desk lady is mean though and terse. I was half asleep and not thinking clearly when I left the last time from a good massage and asked her for a loyalty stamp (just in case I come back to Bellevue just to get another massage) and she scowled snd tapped their signage like I was an idiot. Apparently, I didn't spend enough money because I only got a 60 min massage and I don't get a stamp for that. Whatever, she's lucky the masseuses here are so good!! They really know what they are doing. I recommend at least 90 min! 60 min goes by too fast and may not get out all your pain. The price is still good. $45 is great for an hour (even if they used to be cheaper) and they do such a good job! I usually give a $20 tip because I'm so happy with the service. read more

After this election week, I wanted to treat myself to a massage! Luxury spas are upwards of $170 for an hour! I've been here before and will continue to return. I called at 5:15pm and they got me in at 6pm, incredible for a Friday night. The swept me right to the back, where I removed my shoes and outerwear/purse - I remained fully clothed and was covered with a towel. The massage was spectacular! I had a gentleman with strong hand, he was tough but not at all painful. My shoulders are tight!! He didn't let up throughout the entire 60mins. The massage ended with a foot bath, I'm glad I wore loose fitting pants to roll up. This is a massage parlor where you're sharing space with others. My eyes were covered with a towel, and the soothing music made me forget others were around me. The total price for 60minutes of a fantastic "full body massage with foot soak bath" was $50, I was charged $2 for using Visa. I tipped $20, totaling to be $72. Not the luxury experience, but I arrived a few minutes early and drank tea in my car while playing jazz to offset that. Highly recommend! read more

I am a runner that often deals with leg and feet pain. The foot massage was incredibly comfortable. Will visit again.

The woman(owner/manager) at the front desk would say: "Thank you, have a nice day" to a Caucasian customer. But she would say NOTHING to a Chinese customer(her own kind). What a shame! There's always a neck and shoulder massage following the turn over, the guy was so lazy, he completely skipped that part, and didn't bother to even offer a small cup of water at the end(no basic spa manners). Some people think they still entitled to a good tip even though they gave bad service! Well some of us customers have the gut to stand up and fight bad service. Just a fair warning: don't buy their (buy 10 get 1 free) massage package unless you are prepared to put up with all their nonsense. I am very happy to give my business to other spa that has much better customer service and never step foot in this place again. read more

This place has a great deal on massages! We walked into an open room (we didn't have a reservation but space was limited) and they sat us onto a comfy recliner. The space seats about 20 people so you'll most likely be next to some people. There were about 8 people working, mostly males. The first thing you do is put down your jacket into a basket and they cover you in a towel. You wait for the masseuse to flip you over and they start working on your back. We got the 60 min total full body massage(30min), head and neck (15) and foot (10) for only $45! So it's a steal compared to other places. The back massage was nice, they mostly just do kneading. I have been to an osteopath who does targeted treatments so if you're looking for that, this is not the place to go. But otherwise it felt nice. When going to the feet, some spots were painful and there really wasn't a way for me to tell them to stop but that was brief and overall it was a pain free experience. I might go back again, especially for the price. It wasn't bad and it was very relaxing. They offer a cheaper price if you pay with cash and a punch card for a free massage after 10. read more

Service was ok. Checked in and was taken to a room in an adjacent facility. There was no check in paperwork done so I asked and was clearly told that it is $70 (seven zero) per hour. At check out, I was offered a bill for $72. I thought I would tip $14 and was then told to increase it to $24 (add $10 more), supposedly due to deep tissue massage. No where in the process was I told that I was being given a deep tissue massage. No reason to believe or doubt that but the main points are: 1) not being upfront about the service being different from what I was told at check in and 2) the way I was asked to add the incremental amount as a tip just does not seem right. The person was upset that I was tipping $14 (my math of 20% tip was apparently not good enough here) Lack of transparency and the antics at checkout just means I will not be coming back. read more

I get them every chance I get and I have tried numerous places between Mill Creek, Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond. Not one time at any of the previous establishments have I ever felt physically violated by the masseuse, male or female, except here. First time going & I went due to having severe shoulder pain for many yrs that even Dr's couldn't decipher what the issue is. I've been to physical thereapy, taken pain meds, got regular massages & still had pain to the extent of losing sleep or unable to work. The night prior I actually couldn't sleep due to the pain shooting though may arm and causing carpal tunnel pain. I finally decided to try this place & am very happy I did!! I wenr as a duo (who also had been suffering from lower shoulder blade & back pain, also did not tell his masseuse he had these pains either). They were very attentive, quick & kind with getting us in as walk ins without appointments. Chose to go with the neck, head, shoulder & foot for both of us. Their open massage room is dark, relaxing chimes playing & the lounge chairs also turn into massage tables which I liked. No need to relocate from table to chair and they're very comfortable. This is a clothes on massage where you lay face down first, they will place a sheet over your body for coverage and warmth. The massage itself is deep & they will find your points that need worked on while attending to the rest of your body. At times it does get painful, but not uncomfortable the pain is due to the pressure points needing addressed. At one point I moved to readjust & my masseuse quickly stopped to ask if I was ok!! After saying I was fine he proceeded alot lighter then went back into deep tissue to ease through. The head massage itself though... I'm pretty sure in intentionally moaned out loud . The foot reflexology starts with a quick bath soak. Then it begins. Again it can be painful, but the end results are amazing. I don't remember the name of my masseuse, but he was great. We both loved our massages & left shoulder & back pain free. Agian mind you I did NOT tell my masseuse I was there for years of shoulder pain. The fact they were both able to target these areas without being told says alot about their professionalism & skills. The prices are great! Even though you should always tip 20% plz tip more these guys work hard and are very detailed, more then 20% is very well deserved. If you disagree then you do you. Have been going here for a few years until the pandemic happened and have only returned recently. Still a very place for a foot/body massage. Understandably, the foot massage price increased from $35 to $45 an hour which is still a good value. Same routine with deep tissue massage. The employees doing this type of work takes a toll on their body. If they are fully present and doing a superb job, a good tip should be given. There are several negative reviews here. Don't pay any attention to them. Yes, it's a different experience being in a room with other people,but you can hardly tell. The room is dim, the music is nice and everyone is quite. Very clean too. The chairs are super comfy and the massage was better than much more expensive ones that I've had. I like the fact that I'm not alone. I suggest leggings and a tee shirt. They put warm towels on your face and legs too. I went with the $45.00 1 hour combo. They started on my back and legs. I didn't tell them but I have a torn rotator cuff. Some how, Vic, my masseur knew. He found every tight, sore spot and made it feel so much better. I think I'll start taking my lunch to work and save my money to go back every 2 weeks. Don't even get me started on the hot foot soaking before they massage your feet. The foot massage was fabulous. Normally I can't stand it when I get a pedicure. It tickles and I laugh out loud. Not here. Completely satisfying experience. They also offer a 90 minute massage for $70.00. I think it's best if you call ahead for that one. Walk ins for the hour one are no problem. I'm telling you, the best $45.00 I've ever spent. I can blow that on 3 lunches. This is so much better. This is like a drive thru version of spa. Quick massage and no pampering at all. They are open till 10pm and have a large room with spa couches. Everyone is massaged in the same room :) Package 1 include back, head, neck and foot. The massage is good (with clothes) and quick. My masseuse was bit tough had to ask him to ease off some pressure.
