Many offerings of massages. November 2024.
Allisha B.

After this election week, I wanted to treat myself to a massage! Luxury spas are upwards of $170 for an hour! I've been here before and will continue to return. I called at 5:15pm and they got me in at 6pm, incredible for a Friday night. The swept me right to the back, where I removed my shoes and outerwear/purse - I remained fully clothed and was covered with a towel. The massage was spectacular! I had a gentleman with strong hand, he was tough but not at all painful. My shoulders are tight!! He didn't let up throughout the entire 60mins. The massage ended with a foot bath, I'm glad I wore loose fitting pants to roll up. This is a massage parlor where you're sharing space with others. My eyes were covered with a towel, and the soothing music made me forget others were around me. The total price for 60minutes of a fantastic "full body massage with foot soak bath" was $50, I was charged $2 for using Visa. I tipped $20, totaling to be $72. Not the luxury experience, but I arrived a few minutes early and drank tea in my car while playing jazz to offset that. Highly recommend!

The woman(owner/manager) at the front desk would say: "Thank you, have a nice day" to a Caucasian customer. But she would say NOTHING to a Chinese customer(her own kind). What a shame! There's always a neck and shoulder massage following the turn over, the guy was so lazy, he completely skipped that part, and didn't bother to even offer a small cup of water at the end(no basic spa manners). Some people think they still entitled to a good tip even though they gave bad service! Well some of us customers have the gut to stand up and fight bad service. Just a fair warning: don't buy their (buy 10 get 1 free) massage package unless you are prepared to put up with all their nonsense. I am very happy to give my business to other spa that has much better customer service and never step foot in this place again.

The service is just average. Forced tips, 20 percent at least. Even suggests you tip at least 20 bucks.

My friend has carpel tunnel. What massage do you recommend and how much does it cost? Does this massage parlor have professional massage therapists or is it just a casual place to get fun massages?

Your friend needs their arm flexor and extensor muscles stripped, carpal bones adjusted and ice on the flexor retinaculum.

I really needed this massage. While looking on Yelp for massage spots around Bellevue I stumbled…read moreupon this new business, Be Happy Massage Spa, which turned out to have one of the more affordable prices around town. Plus, they are still running their opening specials where prices are discounted for all different massages. Located in the Overlake Square Mall in the Bel-Red area, it's right next to Dough Zone. I called when they opened and was able to make an appointment for a 90-minute massage that same day, for the late afternoon. For the body massage, you're in a private room and can strip down. However, they also offer foot massages in their main room in a shared space. My masseuse was Jeff and he was very, very good! I lift weights and box everyday, so my muscles are always really sore. Therefore, I really needed a deep tissue massage to get some blood flowing to my muscles and help loosen up. Before Jeff began he asked what level of firmness I wanted and he made sure throughout the entire time I was okay with the pressure. It was definitely what I needed. With COVID-19, all staff were wearing masks and in the private room, the client does not have to wear a mask since they're mostly face down on the massage table. But everything was very clean and they change the sheets and blankets as soon as the client leaves the room. For 90 minutes, it was $75 and for an hour, it was $50 for a body massage in the private room. Great deal! At checkout I was given a complimentary bottled water and a stamp card where after 10 massages you get a free foot massage. I'll be racking up on that stamp card!

The space is open and not private; I felt very exposed. My 30 minute massage was only 25 minutes…read moreand I was charged extra for using a credit card.

The massage was strong, effective, and exactly what I needed--definitely exceeded expectations. I also love how organized they are. Each masseuse has a number, so if you find someone you like, you can easily remember and request them next time. At check-in, they ask how long you want the massage for and which body areas you want them to focus on, which makes the whole experience feel thoughtful and personalized. Amazing value for the quality. This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to regularly.

Saw the signs for a $49/hr massage so figured I would give it a try. Overall, it's just a typical…read moreAsian massage place. I think it's walk in only, and I guess they were pretty busy when I walked in because I had to wait around 45 minutes. It was nice they gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited because it was pretty warm and stuffy inside. I did full body massage where it's on a table. It's like a mass factory with a handful of rooms and 3-5 massage tables in each room so there was a stranger getting massaged a few feet away. Honestly the table was a little bit hard and my neck afterwards was more stiff than it was before the massage, so it wasn't very comfortable. The woman who massaged me spoke hardly any English and she didn't give me a great massage, half the time she was just pressing against my body, sometimes just pressing against my bones. I've been to other Asian massage/reflexology places where I've received a much better massage, so it's likely just hit or miss based on who you get, but this place definitely charged more than the other places I've gone to. For $60 cash after tip for a mediocre massage that I also had to wait 45 minutes for, it just isn't worth it in my opinion. Disappointed in this experience.
