I had no idea how much muscle, balance and strength would be lost during non weight bearing for 6 weeks. I had been to PT, a chiropractor as well as another non traditional chiropractor with limited relief. Then I found Jennifer. Not only was she able to help me walk with ease, but she adjusted my body and gave me more range of motion and ease of movement than I had enjoyed prior to surgery. I can't explain to you how KMI works, but I can tell you it has improved my life and quality of life. The two biggest changes for me were: 1) The ability to breathe! I know that sounds very weird, but I was a shallow breather unable to take in full breaths. I could not breathe into my belly or back but would instead raise my shoulders to make room for a deep breath. Jennifer did her magic and I was AMAZED when I could breathe deeply and expand my full rib cage (including belly and back). 2) Ease of movement. Even walking was difficult for me as my body was unbalanced and it just felt like effort to even walk. As Jennifer released my stuck fascia and enabled my body to move freely, I was amazed at how effortless it was to walk and move. I was then followed outside, and the staff member actually got into my car to prevent me from leaving. I had to physically ask her to get out of my car. Shortly after, the payment went through as expected. I understand wanting to confirm payment, but this situation was handled in a way that felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable -- especially toward a long-time customer who was clearly trying to pay.
