This is Jack. He is PHENOMENAL. A true professional in the top echelon of his peers that is inspiring to see. He is so excellent that I imagine him as a type of Jedi Master! And as an aside, he always greets me with a big friendly smile and seems genuinely happy to see me (even with a language barrier). What a gift for me that he works close to where I live! I also offered to follow up shortly to confirm once it cleared, as I needed to leave to pick up my daughter. Instead, I was repeatedly told to stay and wait. I was then followed outside, and the staff member actually got into my car to prevent me from leaving. I had to physically ask her to get out of my car. Shortly after, the payment went through as expected. I understand wanting to confirm payment, but this situation was handled in a way that felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable -- especially toward a long-time customer who was clearly trying to pay. It's disappointing because the massage itself was good, but the overall experience left me shaken and unsure I would feel comfortable returning.
