Specialties
At Auzmoki Massage, we specialize in a range of massage modalities-- hot stone, deep tissue, sports, chair massage for corporate offices, medical massage for auto injuries, sport injuries, work injuries, pregnancy massage and general relaxation massage.
At Auzmoki Massage taking a few minutes after the massage is encouraged. Traditionally, it was custom to let the client sleep after the massage until the body was ready to go back into its daily routine. It is beneficial for both the client and therapist.
Each massage is tailored to the client needs. Every massage is unique no matter how many times you come to see us. We specialize in you.
History
Established in 2011.
Auzmoki Massage-- A Mother's Healing Touch.
How we came to be is all in the name-- Auzmoki comes from the inspiration of it all. Aushanae, Monae, & Kiona are the children of the founder, Janene Hampton.
It is the love of a mother who wants to fix every bump and bruise their children will encounter throughout their lives.
To bring comfort and relief from the pain and scars left behind, from sports to life changing accidents, and events so special as bearing a child. There is something unique about a mother's unconditional love and a natural healing that is hard to put into words. When you're hurt, only a mother's comfort and touch is all it takes to make it better.
Everybody deserves to feel relief when they are in pain. No matter where it comes from.
We realize not everybody has a massage therapist as a mother; however, as massage therapists, we have the ability to help not only our children but our friends, our families, and our communities with our gift and we do.
Meet the Business Owner: Janene H.
To say I am passionate about what I do would be an understatement. I love what I do.
Helping people with pain, be it physical or something emotional like depression or self image, is monumental.
How many jobs are there out there where every client who comes in is happy to see you? They are waiting excitedly to spend time in your hands and I absolutely love it.
Do I ever get tired? Yes.
Do I still look forward to seeing my clients everyday? Yes.
If I had to do it all over again would I? Most definitely.
Massage and motherhood are large parts of my identity.
When I'm not massaging, you can find me spending time with my daughters and grand-daughter, reading books from textbooks to fiction, or painting--pretty much in that order.
I have worked with chiropractors, naturopaths, cancer patients, and mom-and-pop massage practices.
I volunteer in several community events like The Bellevue Art show providing massages for the artists, & relay for life events.
