If you like to feel incredibly stressed, anxious and unhappy this is the right place for you. Scheduling was hard but I think it was due to insurance and doctor's referral issues so that's OK. I only communicated with Olga (the massage therapist) while I was there. She was incredibly unwelcoming. She gave me incredibly negative vibes so much so that I felt like I needed another massage afterwards. Massage was also mediocre at best. I don't remember if she asked me why I was there (I think she did) but she definitely didn't ask me if I liked soft-medium pressure (I don't) or if I was cold or hot. I don't expect a spa but I was expecting a little bit customer service. I didn't walk out because I was in pain but I left there still feeling in pain+ frustrated. I don't recommend going there at all. I now have a great massage therapist. I am sure you can find somewhere else. read more

Scheduling was a little difficult as all their massage therapists seem to be booked out or unavailable. The earliest appointment that was available to me was a week and a half out. The facility is clean, inside a business building and shares a space with a chiropractic care. My guess is it's the same owner/operator but has two business in one shares space. The quality of the massage was good. The therapist seemed to be experienced and skilled but for some reason failed to alleviate all the parts I asked for. I've definitely had better massages at one of those Chinese foot spas. She may have had more knowledge of muscles and its intricacies but the massage itself was marginal. I also booked an hour massage and paid accordingly but only got 45min. When I asked why they told me first visit is only 45min due to patient intake forms. After emailing the company to find out pricing, they abruptly told me that they don't have any therapists that specialize in intraoral massage that are accepting new clients. I have been going to see Kelsey at Bellevue Therapeutic Massage for almost a year now. She is an exceptional massage therapist, who really understands the nuances of her clients' bodies. The best part is that Kelsey and I are yoga practitioners, so it is simple for me to explain to her my injuries through yoga poses. She quickly tackles and rehabilitates part of my body from any pain/aches/soreness. Kelsey cares about improvements and healing process our muscles from injuries. I cannot wait to see her every time I have aches, muscle soreness, or just for relaxing massage. She never cuts short any sessions; you will always get full attention! Kelsey only gives you the care you need and not try to keep you coming for unneeded work. The only downside is that, I think she gets more and more regular patients, and thus her schedule is quickly filled up. Call and reserve your spot as soon as there are openings. It is worth it! The office is very clean and the staff is professional. My neck locked up and I was in a decent amount of pain, Ashley did an amazing job loosening me up. She was very thorough, has strong hands and she took her time explaining things (when necessary) and yet allowed me to 'relax' during the massage. When my massage therapist of many years retired about 18 months ago, I tried a number of different places looking for the right place for me and my aches and pains. I found it in Bellevue Therapeutic Massage. The emphasis is on Therapeutic. Gina is well versed in anatomy and truly understands how all the muscles are connected and how a pain in one place is really caused by a problem somewhere else. I love that they use different techniques, including hot and cold therapy, to target specific problems. And, when I was having jaw trouble, she referred me to another therapist for an intra-oral massage - painful, but highly successful. She also just doesn't go through a routine massage - so many minutes on this area, move on, etc. Every session is starts with Gina checking in with where my body is at on that day. Some sessions we'll only work on specific areas, other days she'll do a full body. If I'm having particular aches and pains, she'll show me stretches to help work through them at home. This isn't a fancy spa or a place to go for pure relaxation...but if you want your aches and pains to go away, you can't beat it. read more
