I only communicated with Olga (the massage therapist) while I was there. She was incredibly unwelcoming. She gave me incredibly negative vibes so much so that I felt like I needed another massage afterwards. Massage was also mediocre at best. I don't remember if she asked me why I was there (I think she did) but she definitely didn't ask me if I liked soft-medium pressure (I don't) or if I was cold or hot. I don't expect a spa but I was expecting a little bit customer service. I didn't walk out because I was in pain but I left there still feeling in pain+ frustrated. I don't recommend going there at all. I now have a great massage therapist. I am sure you can find somewhere else.

The facility is clean, inside a business building and shares a space with a chiropractic care. My guess is it's the same owner/operator but has two business in one shares space. The quality of the massage was good. The therapist seemed to be experienced and skilled but for some reason failed to alleviate all the parts I asked for. I've definitely had better massages at one of those Chinese foot spas. She may have had more knowledge of muscles and its intricacies but the massage itself was marginal. I also booked an hour massage and paid accordingly but only got 45min. When I asked why they told me first visit is only 45min due to patient intake forms. I was confused as paperwork only took 3min.

I felt totally comfortable joining in on the yoga class as a total newbie! The massage experience at Verde is magnificent. They offer clients a warm neck pillow while waiting in their relaxing space. The therapists also take time to get to know their client's reasons for seeking massage therapy. Efrain listened to my concerns and took into account previous injuries- he is patient, understanding and very professional. Verde is family owned and located in a fun and exciting area of Newcastle. I highly recommend giving them a visit soon!

Staff: The entire staff is professional, so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about whole health- not just training hard. Facility: Beautiful and well thought out. Clean, bright and welcoming. They have restrooms and cubby holes in the exercise/group class area for your belongings. I love that it is INSIDE of the room so you don't have to worry about security of your things like other studios (where your things are out in the lobby). Equipment: They have squat racks, benches, exercise balls, row machines..all sorts of things. Also, there are mats if you forget your yoga mat. Extras: They offer massages and have the most chic, cozy and relaxing space for their massage rooms. I was surprised at how big it was! Parking: Free parking right in front Overall, you won't regret going here. Great energy and people. So many classes to accommodate your fitness level and schedule. This concept is so well done and well thought out. Truly a lifestyle BRAND that is about your physical, mental and emotional health..not just another fitness studio by any means!

The first red flag appeared when the ND wanted me to designate him as my PCP. Who does this? RED RED FLAG. The first meeting should be your interview with your care provider and see if it is a good fit. Customer service is very very poor with their staff. All they do is read a script. They don't listen to you. I was most likely on some list to rid me. This is a trend in many medical places. I feel this place misrepresents itself in a manipulative way to lure lonely people who want to be part of something. Beware. They try to suck you into spending money at this place. People are lonely these days, and they manipulate a person into spending money to feel loved and cared. It's a business. BEWARE. An ND has no power to order real medical tests as I also found out from a medical testing center staff stating I need a MD to put in an order. THEY CANNOT ACCEPT THEIR ORDER from an ND. I wrote a review on Google and they replied with false statements. When a place has to write a long, lengthy personal reply - it's a red flag. They should try to find out how to do "better". "please call the office to discuss" would be norm. Nobody apologized. It was so bizarre. I do think they drop a lot of patients. Why do they have a script? I believed in the Naturopathic way to solve many ailments, but after this I don't think so. They don't have any pull to even have you go get medical tests done- except bloodwork. Beware. I actually went to Virginia Mason and got proper attentive care. BEWARE

this place is a scam!!! do not trust them!!…read more "tracy" from "Auto Accident Recovery" called me and left a voicemail to schedule an "accident injury evaluation" after my car crash last week. i called back the number (425-458-1754) immediately and was connected to a Chelsea, who said that the person who had just called me must have been Miriam. she offered the same accident injury evaluation, and she mentioned it's free. i was very confused; this has never happened to me before, and i've had three car crashes in total. i asked her if this was an insurance thing (i have progressive), and she said no, it's a public service. this most recent car crash was with a public bus, so i wondered if it was a service offered by the state, which would be very nice but also was somewhat doubtful, considering we don't have public health insurance in america. i told her that i didn't have any injuries and my insurance had recently told me that no bus passenger had reported any injuries, so i didn't think this was necessary, and she pushed for me to get evaluated by a professional rather than self-diagnosing. she scheduled me for an evaluation for next week in their Bellevue location, and when i asked for their location, she said she'd text me the details. this also sounded a little weird to me, since i'm used to email confirmations. when i finally got the text, the clinic location was this one, Create Wellness Center in Bellevue with Dr. Kim. this was confusing to me, bc this name was not Auto Accident Recovery. when i tried to look up Auto Accident Recovery, the very first result was a reddit thread saying they had also gotten a cold call from this organization, and everyone underneath said it was a scam. the second search result was a place called Accident Care Chiropractic that listed a bunch of cities near me but not Bellevue. there was also no Kim on their team when i looked up Create Wellness Center, i found this yelp page with several reviews talking about a Chinese worker. Kim is a Korean last name. First, I thought people were just being ignorant, but after several reviews really seemed to corroborate that the worker is Chinese, and after finding some mentions of acupuncture, i wondered if it actually is a Chinese place i also found a website saying that Create Wellness Center recently started working with Accident Care Chiropractic. then there were appointment spots open to book for only Dr. Sean Kim in the locations listed on the Accident Care Chiropractic website, but this time also including Bellevue. i was pretty confused, but i supposed it could have been that Kim is a new member of the team and Bellevue is a new location, and the information online is not updated, and Kim is the only one with open availability. i also found a facebook page for Create Wellness Center (Bellevue) that has very few followers and post very frequently with absolutely no comments on any posts. the phone number was not the one that called me, and it was also a different phone number than the one listed at the end of every single post. i was confused, so i called the number that called me--and it had been totally disconnected. very fishy!!! unfortunately, apparently, i can't report a business on yelp, and i know that business owners can report reviews, so this one might be pulled down by these scammers! i also could only put in a general facebook page report, and i couldn't report the listing on google, so!! these people are probably going to get away with this scam, which totally sucks!!
