After reading great reviews, I decided to take a quick bus ride to Smile Spa--and I'm so glad I did. I texted ahead right when I landed, and Molly was able to fit me in. She took the time to understand exactly where I was hurting and delivered one of the best massages I've ever had. She included hot stones and hot towels, explained everything before starting, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. If you're okay with deeper pressure, I highly recommend it--it made a huge difference, and I felt incredibly relaxed and refreshed afterward. I walked in exhausted and left feeling completely re-energized. The spa itself is simple but perfect for what I needed: real pain relief and genuine care. Molly is kind, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. Burien is also a nice area with a great stretch of restaurants and shops nearby, making it an easy and worthwhile stop during a layover. Highly recommend texting or calling ahead--this was 100% worth it.

We decided to stay even though we were greeted by a woman in a sailor moon outfit. She and an older woman gave us a couples massage. The drywall doesn't go up to the ceiling so there was plenty of noise distracting from the massage. Despite all this strange stuff, we enjoyed our cheap massages and came back today. We called to make an appointment yesterday for a 90 mins couples massage and were greeted today by a woman in a robe who asked if we can do 30 mins instead. She said to call next time and make an appointment. They don't speak English here and were using their phones to translate which made the interactions more confusing as we had an appointment and they told us to call next time. In summary, they give some good ass massages for cheap but who knows what you're walking into and whether or not you'll be seen for your scheduled appointment.

Bad experience here. Saying it needs to be more? Last I checked tips were optional for great service. I was so shocked that she said no and to raise it that I didn't even know what to say. (She also pointed to a piece of paper saying they like tips to be 25% or more, then repeated the "or more" out loud) We then went to have the massage which first of all was at least 15 minutes less than it was supposed to be, and second just not a good massage. The room was cold, hardly ANY oil was used, mostly dry rubbing. And the woman left the room multiple times to speak with others. Definitely not worth a 30% even if I wasn't forced into giving it just so unprofessional, I'll definitely not be back

I know the owner mildly because of seeing a previous massage practitioner named Scott who previously worked here/there. (Scott no longer practices at this clinic/office/space.) She called me back, refused to refund any or all of the money I had paid. She said the problem lay with me for not insisting or asking the guy to do deep tissue; she offered to provided me with a discount on a subsequent massage. I found a gem today at this foot massage spot. His name is Leo. I walked in. Asked for a 60 minute massage. I debated on the CBD oil probably should've done it but next time it was only $60. At these places, you have to decide if you want to keep your clothes on for 40 bucks. And you gotta wear the right clothes to do it. They have to be clothes you don't mind if they get a little icky and comfortable. Or if you want to pay 60 you go in the back to a nice private room and get naked. Both are great adventures depending on what the day brings for you. On the table and, swear to goodness he was like Edward Scissorhands with making different massage tools. I literally have never had a man be more thorough and go over every part of my body twice if not, three or four times. He primarily focused on my back because I had some locked up arm muscles, hip muscles, all of it. He found one of my knots and worked it out, this man was truly amazing. Towards the end, he brought in some hot stones and even offered to do some cupping. Now he's not for the weak. If you like a soft massage, Leo is not you. His hands are big and strong and he's gonna work you out. I don't think he will be satisfied until he gets the kinks out. He's not afraid to get into the hips in those areas that the younger masseuse are timid with. There was nothing, out of line about this Massage at all, he utilize the sheets in the class perfectly. This is a steel. I've paid Triple and not gotten just as good as massages of this one. His technique is something I've never experienced before. Way to go Leo I'm a fan 4Life. As for the location, typical foot massage about 10 or so open seating foot massage seating and then about three or four rooms in the back. If you've been debating just come on down if you need Massage, there's plenty of others to assist you with that.
