She asked if I wanted light medium or hard. I said medium. No pressure. Didn't relieve any tension. I didn't even go in there with problems--I just was sore from working out. Yes, it's true, they do answer the phone during services. But this is a small establishment and they're a bit understaffed, so have some grace for these sweet and talented masseurs. I have been going here for a couple of years. Usually they are very friendly and their massages are good. I went in for an hour massage and the lady ran out three times to answer the door. That took away at least 5 minutes of my time which she did not compensate for. Then when I was paying with my debit card and gave her a $10 tip, she TOLD me to give a $20 tip. I told her tipping is my choice on what I want to give. She then started showing me other peoples receipts and how much others tipped. I told her it is up to the customers how much we want to tip. She acted like she didn't understand. I scratched out the $10 and gave her $15. I feel they should not ask or demand a tip. It is the customers choice on what they want to tip. I wouldn't recommend this place. Straight up. I noticed a gentleman walking in the massage place so I went to check it out. Mind you my body was already stressed out from driving and needed a lil tlc. To my surprise I ring the bell and the lady says." We're full, make a reservation no walk ins.goodbye!" I was shocked let alone stressed out already. They were still open till 9pm! She didn't bother to offer to schedule an appointment ahead of time. All she did was showed me a business card. There's no point in making appointment. Called and made an appointment at 4pm. They called back and ask to come at 4:30. Even though I'm on a schedule crunch, I tried to be understanding and agreed. Came at 4:30pm, they put me in a room and told me to get undressed. Waited for 20 minutes and no one came in. Eventually I had to get up and leave to make my other appointment. Watch out. You can make an appointment here and be refused service when you show up and be given zero explanation as to why. I called and made an appt for a one hour foot massage. Same as I had done two weeks earlier. I arrived on time and they led me to a room with a full body massage table. I reminded them i wanted foot only. They then refused to do it. They said they had no time for a foot massage for 60 minutes and could only do full body. 60 min foot massage they can only do that when they weren't busy. Whaaaaat? Let the record show there was not one single person there besides the two ladies working. Medically unable to get a full body massage, I left. What else was i going to do? I called to ask for an explanation because this was just bugging me...how rude! And i had 30 dang mins to sit in traffic to make it home after having driven there for no reason. With an appt, no less! An appt they refused to honor. I called and asked for a reason...they said "i don't know". I have a feeling the answer was something along the lines of "we have time but only if you do a more expensive service". Pure rudeness. Will never go here again. read more

Got taken here by my wife. Nice atmosphere and clean. We were greeted quickly even though we were early. The lady was friendly and professional. My wife was offered a free aroma foot bath while she was waiting. The massage was very relaxing. Though I haven't had many experiences with massages, this was definitely soothing an eye opener (or closer, it was that relaxing). Great Massage! Truly intuitive. Mali took an assessment of my entire body as she worked and focused on the areas that needed attention instead of spending equal time on all body parts. The quality was comparable to massages I have received by an LMP at my chiropractors office. She also used my body to create traction and really stretch my lower back and legs. For a small woman, it is amazing how much pressure she was able to apply by using knees and elbows. No need to go to a physical therapy office for a therapeutic deep tissue massage. My husband and I came here for foot massages. On the website it lists $30 for a 1 hour foot massage. At the end of our massages, I handed the lady my credit card and she asks for cash instead otherwise she would charge us an extra $3. So we gave her $100, and she told us she would keep the change for tip. We calculated 2 people times $30 equals $60, then we find out that the new price for foot massages was $40, so that should be $80 total, and she was telling us we had to tip $10 per person. In America TIPs are optional, not mandatory & the customer decides the TIP amount. I asked for $6 back from $100 & the lady would not give the $$ back. So rude. We will not be back here. read more

I like this place, it's right next to my house so I can walk over and then walk home. My last massage was painful at times because the woman's hands were so strong and she was really pressing hard on my feet. But, that's an easy fix, just let them know what type of pressure you like. I haven't had over the top amazing massages here, but they've all been consistently good to very good, and the ladies are very nice. I will continue to come here for an occasional treat! read more

Wow... i have been here many times and tonight I received a very sloopy and careless whole body massage by a new massage therapist. When rubbing oil on my back she kept hitting my head with her stomach, when applying oil she was lazy and did not get enough oil for my body, massage movements was not consistant (no kneading, just slapping oil on my body and few friction moves), barely touched my knots and pressure points, towel she used to wipe oil on my body was cold. Overall, I will go back to this place because of all the other therapists and location but I will definitely not have her be my massafe therapist again. This facility is clean and organized but if you find someone you like here thrn stick with her schedule. read more

I had heard that there was new owners do I thought I would check it because a good quality massage is hard to find. And I was very impressed with the massage I received, the LMP was Weiwei, I think she might be the owner. The best way to describe her massage is continuis motion, she does not stop to go from side to side or a different area, she uses her forearms a lot sliding up and down the back and legs and uses her hands on the neck ,shoulders , arms and feet. I have seen many therapists over the years and I would put her in the top 5% of all of them she is close to my place of employment so I'm sure I will return there again. The massage was okay. Hard to speak and understand the ladies. There's a martial arts class next door which made the appointment not so relaxing. There was also a lot of walk ins which allowed the masseuse to walk out and help a few times. As I was paying.. she tried telling me to double the tip. I walked in about an hour before they closed. I couldn't sleep at home because I have shoulder pain and lower back pain. My muscles tend to tighten up. I got the 1 hour massage, which was awesome. The lady I had took her time, she wasn't in a rush and she had the right amount of pressure and she knows where all my knots are in my back. She focus mainly on the areas with the most tension but also complete the full body massage. I know she went over an hour... that just tells you that they take their time. She barely talked to you only when it comes to pain or pressure wise but other than that she helped me relax. She helped me stretch some joints and muscles etc. after we we're finish, I felt like brand new again... I'll be coming back again and try out this "cupping therapy. I called last night to schedule two massages for me and my husband. The website said their hours were 10am to open. To ensure we had enough time before the football game I asked for 10am. The woman confirmed it was for two massages and asked if we could come in at 9:30? I agreed as that time worked better for us. She took my phone number and nothing else. When we got to the location the next morning at 9:30 on the dot there were no cars and the open sign was off. Shortly after the sign came on and we went in. A friendly woman greeted us and asked if we had called yesterday. I confirmed and for two massages. She said her coworker was not there yet but she could start on one of us. She pointed to me and I asked how long before her coworker arrived. She said 20 minutes. I looked at my husband and we agreed that would be ok and I'd go first. The place is clean but has weird smells. The room was fine and my masseuse was ok. It was a weird experience having someone walk on my back and legs and pelvic bone, but she at least got the knots out of my back. It was hard to focus as her coworker didn't come in for over 30 minutes and my husband didn't get his massage. The walls are very thin so you can hear the business next door even over the soft music. My masseuse's phone kept buzzing which was very distracting and after she told me her coworker didn't show up until late, all I cared about was how crappy it was my husband didn't get a massage. We just wanted to get out of there. And my masseuse asked for a tip. You don't ask for tips. You are given them based on your quality of service. We ripped because we're too nice. There were signs this would not be a good experience, but we didn't listen. I would not recommend this place and would have very low expectations if you do go here. read more

There's always one lady who does my massages and I usually go for the full body massage. I was hesitant to try this place out because I never see anyone walk in or out of this place. And the times that I've went, it was always only me inside or someone just stoping in for quick questions. The lady is great though. She gets all the knots out my shoulders and makes sure to massage all parts evenly (I've been to places where they'll massage one side and not the other) but not here. She utilizes the whole hour for your massage, and if interrupted once by a customer walking in, she'll do hot stones on you for free. But one time she left the hot stone on a foot a little too long, but nothing too serious. They also do cupping here, but I haven't tried it yet. Definitely always coming back here since it's a minute away from me, and she's good at what she does. read more
