Maybe it was because they had only been open for about 30mins. It's in a corporate complex, so I thought I was lost at first. But they have a nice sign above their door. It was very dark when walking in. Each room is just like a curtain for a door, so not the best privacy, but there is some. They do just use a simple towel to cover you, so keep whatever clothes on that tou feel comfortable with. They don't advise you on any of that. They just give you time to get settled on the table. I assume undress or don't to your liking/comfort. The walls are thin, again the door is just a curtain essentially. You could hear people walk in, and next to your room. The lady massaging me at one point was even talking to the other massage lady in the next room. For the price, the massage is good. I did 90mins, and the massage itself was relaxing, but the movements are also so quick. They even did some stretching which was nice. Overall, clean place, decent massage for what you pay and they are very nice. This is just like the reflexology places or relaxation stations you see around here.

There were a few moments outside of the tipping situation that were unusual like towels & drapes not being placed correctly on our exposed areas & giggling/whispering which you don't usually want to hear while you're bare naked on a massage bed. However -- What I found insanely unprofessional, disrespectful, & arrogant, is the fact that both a masseuse & who I can only assume is the spa owner: laughed in my friends face over a tip, pointed at it, acknowledged & asked "what is that, thats it?" & harassed my friend into leaving a larger tip after I had already tipped a good amount for our duo massage.
