And when I went up to the front, I had scanned the venmo code and put in a 15% tip, ready to pay as long as they didn't pressure me again like last time.... but then they did, so i immediately lowered it before sending it. And then she stopped me and asked me about the amount, I told her I paid and still tipped, and she wouldn't let me leave for 5 minutes until finally telling me I was fine to go. Good massage, but absolutely awful customer service. I would never recommend going here to anyone.

One week after install, ALL wefts had managed to come unsewn at the initial stitching plain as day when looking at me straight on.
