I've come to love this place. A friend recommended Studio a few years back, and I've been a fan ever since. I've had massages at other places, but haven't found a place that matches the quality and value Studio provides. My fiance and I have tried multiple places, and Studio is our fave. We appreciate the reasonable prices for 60 min and 90 min massages. The atmosphere is quiet and calming, and the service is top notch. Scheduling is easy online but the staff have also been lovely over the phone. Studio isn't a franchise. As a small business, they are doing amazing! One was a 60 min massage with Melissa and one was a 90 min massage with Dena. Both were deep tissue and had me feeling great! I've been going for massages here since 2020. The first appointment was me and my daughter, Kaylah. I treated her here just because I love her and wanted her to get some real good massage. Our first experience in 2020 was fantastic. We both give many therapists a try as they all have different background, experiences and skilled in different areas. So far we have had Zola, Tish, Melissa, Jenni and Oaxana and have had great experiences with them. We come about every 2-3 weeks. We are currently on the membership plan $180/month 2 massages/month. They now offer Esthetics. My daughter and I have yet to try this. At this time we just feel our bodies need the massages more. LOL! We highly recommend them. read more

I've been to The Studio Massage 3 times now and I've had 3 different therapists work on me. They have multiple high quality LMT's and my most recent session was the best. I found out they have 9 LMT's in total. My plan is to go through each one and identify my top two or three for long-term care. So I was super excited to come in for my prenatal massage, and I scheduled it on a Friday at around 4:30, and was able to get in for Saturday at 6:15 PM, for which I was looking forward to. On Saturday I woke up with a super sore throat and a bad productive cough, so I called because I obviously don't want to come in sick, and even their policy says to not come in if you're not feeling well. I called the studio, and Nicole picks up the phone, doesn't ask my name ahead of time to check the appointment, just quickly says that I will be charged for the visit despite me saying I am sick. She said "that's just our policy".How does that make sense? This business wants to charge a sick client because their own "policy" says they shouldn't come in, so then I should show up sick possibly having COVID or another contagious upper respiratory disease!?! Working in healthcare makes me feel very uneasy about how this place manages their "cancellation " policy. Imagine how many clients have had to come in sick to not risk being charged the full price of an appointment! Then when I said "it's my first appointment with you guys and you want me to come in sick?" Nicole then proceeded to look up my appointment and said "oh ok well since it's your first appointment we will waive the fee". Like gee thanks for being kind to your fellow coworkers and smart with health precautions, definitely makes me feel like this place takes standard precautions seriously, Not! This was a very disappointing first experience, you would think a place that caters to injured or high risk individuals like pregnant people would use a little more common sense. This unreasonable experience itself has discouraged me from even coming here, and it sounds like their massage therapists are awesome! Just be wary of how they handle these practices. read more

The Studio Massage has continued to be consistent in service. Check in and check out is seamless. Last week my massage was with Tisha. She is fantastic. Great pressure. My favorite thing about the Studio is the massage rooms. They are so comfy and the ambiance is so relaxing and inviting and very spa-like. The therapists are good, but I have found they don't really listen to what I'm asking for. I'm giving this place 3star due to that two times I have come my massages always are cut short by 5-10 mins. If we pay for 6min massages we expect the full 60min when the massage starts but it seems like the masseuses count the time starting when our appoitnment is not when after we undressed and they come in. They should be advertising 50min massages not 60min since that's what you're getting. read more

You can really tell that Jenny is a kind and loving free spirit. It's a vulnerable thing to recognize your body's stress, and to try and find someone to help you get a bit more right in life. You're literally at the hands of a stranger. It's a very intimate experience in a lot of ways, and I was so appreciative to be given such a wonderful person who emanates kindness! We're strangers, but she cares anyways. She cares about your experience, your body, your aches, and about how she can make you feel better. The care is absolutely genuine, and I can tell she's passionate about the work she does. I know you're not usually supposed to talk during your massage, but we ended up chatting the whole time. I found myself walking away with a healing body, mind, and soul. How cheesy, I know, but meet Jenny yourself, and you'll know exactly what I mean. The body follows the mind, she gets that. Her knowledge about the body, healing the body through muscle manipulation and massage, and her philosophy in life in general makes her an absolutely astounding joy to have as a masseuse! I am a bit picky about my massages, I will admit. I have been searching for a therapist for years. Today, I found my therapist! Tisha worked out kinks in my shoulders and reminded me of muscles I have ignored for probably decades. She was intuitive and really allowed me to relax and be in the present... typically I am a person who can take an entire hour to finally let go and relax. The space was beautiful, warm and calming, not clinical and cold as some could be. I appreciate the later appointments... especially as it is located in a high traffic area in the daytime. I came here for the first time after I received an email about Valentine's Day special and was so happy I booked with them! It was much needed after being stuck inside during the snow storm all week. I had a 90 minute massage that came with hot stone and a sweet treat. The space is easy to find (it is in the same vicinity as my orthodontist! ) and I really enjoyed the the decor inside, I feel like it really sets the tone and gets you in a relaxing mood. The geometric decor was on point. Overall, I enjoyed the massage - it was calming and relaxing, with good pressure (I like deep pressure when it comes to body work). The only downside for this experience was that the hot stone part seemed like an afterthought as if felt very brief for my long session. I would go back but probably just for the basic deep tissue without the add-ons. read more

I was suffering from headaches for 3 days which were the result of extremely tight, tense shoulder and neck muscles. Probably not sitting correctly while working from home. Pain killers weren't helping so I thought I'd try a massage. I expected to call around and make an appointment 2 weeks out but instead I found The Studio Massage. They have online booking so you can see if there are availabilities on the day you want and sure enough they had a New Patient opening later the same day! I booked a massage and went I later that evening. $70 for a 1 hr New Patient massage. They also have some masseuse which accept insurance which I'll look into for next time. The massage from Ann was fantastic. She was very attentive and the perfect pressure. The facility was quiet and clean. They adhered to social distancing in the waiting room and the masseuse wore a mask. I felt safe the entire time. More importantly, the massage did exactly what I hoped, loosened my neck and shoulders and no more headaches. I'll be back! read more

One of the best massage studios I've been to! The front desk staff is super friendly and all the massage therapists are super knowledgeable and helpful. The best part is the membership. Other massage studios that offer memberships are really expensive and have hoops to jump through whenever you need to take a break or cancel. I had to pause my membership for surgery and will be renewing it from 2 - 60 minute massages a month to 2 - 90 minute massages. I'm so glad I tried this place out and love it!
