I called to see what they had available before going. They got me right in for a 90min massage. When i arrived it wasn't very busy. Maybe it was because they had only been open for about 30mins. It's in a corporate complex, so I thought I was lost at first. But they have a nice sign above their door. It was very dark when walking in. Each room is just like a curtain for a door, so not the best privacy, but there is some. They do just use a simple towel to cover you, so keep whatever clothes on that tou feel comfortable with. They don't advise you on any of that. They just give you time to get settled on the table. I assume undress or don't to your liking/comfort. The walls are thin, again the door is just a curtain essentially. You could hear people walk in, and next to your room. The lady massaging me at one point was even talking to the other massage lady in the next room. For the price, the massage is good. I did 90mins, and the massage itself was relaxing, but the movements are also so quick. They even did some stretching which was nice. Overall, clean place, decent massage for what you pay and they are very nice. This is just like the reflexology places or relaxation stations you see around here. read more

The massage was alright not the best, but the experience afterward left a bad impression. I tipped $15, which I felt was a generous tip, but the massage lady looked at it and laughed, making me feel uncomfortable. Tips should be appreciated, not expected to be a certain amount. Not everyone can tip $20 or more, and no customer should be made to feel judged for the amount they leave. Never coming back here & would not recommend! read more

I called on a whim! I decided at the last minute I could really use a massage. I did a quick search for places nearby and Blue Lotus came up. I gave them a call and asked if they had any availability today for a 90min? They immediately said yes and asked sooner or later today? I said sooner. They asked how soon can you get here? I answered 5min! They said great! Ten minutes later I was on the table getting the best massage I've had in at least ten years. My massage therapist Amber was fantastic. Great pressure and great attention to every little knot she found. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The pricing was average, service was excellent! I will definitely be recommending Blue Lotus and Amber. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can't wait to book my husband an appointment. read more

So I was visiting for a regional association meeting and wanted to get a message. I called and was impressed with the customer service. They went the extra mile and offered to pick me up. I really appreciate the experience and would recommend. I felt safe and the service was excellent. read more

Massage was decent. The lady asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said $15, she said how about $20. I said how about $15 then she ran my card for $20 anyways. Totally unprofessional. Will not be returning. read more

Been here a few times. Massages vary with the different therapists but almost all have been relaxing & therapeutic. Staff has usually always been professional, no pestering for tip, just preference for cash. Will keep going back! read more

Top quality massage! One of the best ones I have ever had. I was so sore from weight training and my shoulder was overworked. She stretched me and knew how to get deep into every muscle. Thank you again! Amazing experience read more

Went to this "spa" for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I was shocked at the way they run their business!! A lady took me in a room and gave me a small towel to cover my body and said she would be back shortly. I partially undressed and tried to cover my body with this small towel. When she came back she left the door open halfway!! I was so uncomfortable I almost got up and left. Her massage was not good at all!! Then the phone rang and she proceeded to answer the phone while she was doing my massage!! Absolutely unbelievable!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I cannot believe this place is in business!! So unprofessional!!! And the massage was horrible!!! read more

First time since we moved to Washington that we got a massage and let me tell you. This place was amazing, it's hard to explain how great it was just book an appointment and come see for yourself! read more

Blue Lotus Spa - After the massage, didn't think to take any photos inside. - Massage Therapy Near Me - Tukwila, Washington

Had a massage here 2 days ago and it was ok except for the owner barging in and lots of talking making it hard to relax! I called again today to book another massage and the girl insisted I bring cash ! She said in broken English " you havva time to getah cash " No thanks ! read more

Prices are great but come with exact cash for tip. I paid with card for the massage and wasn't given the option to tip on the card so I tipped in cash. I asked for change for a $20 bill and she proceeded to play dumb like she didn't understand what I was asking for and even got a translator out and kept shaking her head. All I wanted was a few dollars back so I could take the bus back. I planned to tip 20% but oh well. Lesson learned. read more

I've had occasional massages here over the last year with different masseuses and never a bad experience, all very good, skillful and nice. Went 2 days ago to their new location and had my first massage with Anna (Ana?) Which was probably the best massage so far I've ever had, relieved tight sore muscles in my back, shoulders and legs, gentle alignment/cracking of my neck and some manual stretching of legs and hip. Definitely hope to see her again, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. read more

I have had both 60-min and 90-min sessions. The price are $60 and $90, respectively. Although I gave tips, the lady who did my massage never asked me for it directly, which I appreciate Unlike some other businesses who includes tips into the total balance themselves. I was so sore from trainings. The lady's massage was great that I could take a martial art class right after that I would recommend to give this place a try read more

Worst massage I've ever received. Would never go back. They had one small sheet over the massage table that didn't even cover everything and I'm sure they don't wash the table cover that was underneath that sheet between clients. It was very unsettling. The woman who gave me my massage didn't even manage the hour right and ended up running out of time and wasn't able to finish my whole body... at least I thought she ran out of time. When I finished I realized I still had 7 minutes left. So my massage got cut short and she didn't finish my entire body. Then when I paid, and tipped $10 (when I didn't want to leave anything at all), the lady asked me several times to give $20 tip instead. Such a horrible experience. Would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

My wife and I stopped by for a 1-hour massage. The massage was amazing for the both of us and we left feeling very relaxed. Furthermore, our masseuses were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend others to book a massage here. read more

My daughter and I came here for a 60 min. Massage, we was in the same room. The owner was the only one that spoke English. The therapist spoke to each other during our massage. The owner had to take calls while giving my daughter her massage. I wasn't happy because that takes time away from her treatment. I told my therapist to work on my lower back she didn't understand. I had told the owner to tell her. It that didn't help. I felt 15% better from this massage. I was still in pain when I left. I told the owner and somehow she forgot how to speak English. Definitely not worth 60.00. I will not go back. read more

Great massage. Called last minute for a couples massage with my partner and able to get in within the hour for 90minutes. Techniques are not the ordinary (definitely got on the table, but probably more for leverage). Listened to me when I asked for change in pressure and included hot stone/warm towel. Would have given them 5 stars but the lobby was very loud and hard to completely relax during the time. Will for sure be going back again. read more

I went with my mom who hasn't had a massage since before lockdown. We walked into the room they only had one towel to cover , low dim lit, soundtrack of the same song playing over and over again. They did a good job on pressing on the pressure points on our backs where they spent most of the time on. They left the room suddenly with no explanation then placed hot stones with no warning. Like???? Idk read more

Seriously the best deep tissue massage I've ever had! I was sore for 2-3 days after but it was a good sore. My right shoulder which is always tense and seizing up has been good for over a week now. The ladies were polite and professional. read more

I was dealing with a hamstring issue and hopped in to see if they had availability. I was greeted by Lisa and she super was nice and polite. She noticed how much pain I was in so she made stuff happen and was able to squeeze me in. 90 min later I felt like a new man. I was able to actually walk without excruciating pain. Will definitely be going back! read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We called ahead and asked for massage for 3 people, they were running a 5% discount if Yelp was mentioned, and I told them we found them on Yelp. I asked the price for 1hr massage she said $155 after discount so we booked it. The massage was horrible, they sat on you the whole time or what felt like that, not an actual massage. When we went to pay, she said $165 and I said no, you said $155 and she argued so I just wanted to get out of there, then she has the gall to ask how much I was going to leave for a tip! I said $5 for each, and she said that's all. This place is a total rip off, they didn't honor their discount for mentioning Yelp and then bullied me into leaving a tip when I didn't feel like they deserved it! HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE MASSAGE AVOID IT! read more

My husband and I came to see relatives in Seattle and booked a 90 mins massage here, it was amazing and unforgettable! The masseuses were so good and friendly, better than any I've been to. Overall was a very good experience that left us very relaxed for the rest of our trip. Next time we visit the Seattle area I will definitely come back to the Blue Lotus Spa. read more

this is a nice place clean and warm. nice people . very relaxing I've been there many times. I recommend it

Judy , is absolutely amazing. She has helped decreased my lower back pains. She is very friendly, kind and extremely professional. She does thing where she sits on your back, and uses her knees to massage stressed muscles. Judy is the best massage therapist, ever! I enjoy going to Blue Lotus Spa... read more

I've had about two or three massages over the last six or eight months. Two of them were 60 min and one was 90 min. My masseuse was great, kind and knowledgeable. English not so great, but we made it work. On the other hand tipping was the problem. My last treatment my mind was so occupied about will I be chewed out for not enough tip? It kind of ruins the relaxing feeling. It's the owner who comes out of the back when it's time to pay to bully you for a bigger tip. The 60 min was $60 and the 90 min was $90 if I remember correctly. The 60 min I tip around 20% and for the 90 mins around $20. I would like to go there soon, but I feel like an idiot if that's how she will treat me. Decisions decisions. read more

Returned here on a Friday early afternoon (1230pm) and they were busy. I recommend calling beforehand to make sure they have an opening available. It could save you a drive. Still Highly recommended quality massages here. Best regards :) read more

My to go place for a relaxing massage in SeaTac area!Great staff and the massage is super good and relaxing.

Decided to check this place out due to the good reviews, and was not disappointed. No one could "fix" what I've got going on in one hour, yet if anyone could, it would be Lisa. If you are serious, not shy, and want someone to get in there, she's your therapist. That said, I'm sure she will tailor your particular massage to whatever style you like. Highly recommend and will be returning, I hope often! Thank you! read more

Very good massage at a very reasonable price. Will definitely make another appointment!n

If I can give them a zero I would I have made an appointment with them twice already oncr the lady Kept coming in and out the room and was just horrible the second time she called me to reschedule my appointment knowing I run a a very tight schedule laughing on the phone saying it's not my problem you have busy life read more

I had hurt myself putting up a display yesterday so I looked for the nearest massage place and found this little gem tucked away deep in a business park. I had my first massage with Cindy yesterday. It was wonderful. I told her about my trouble areas in my shoulder, neck and hip and she helped release them. I feel great today. She did start to do the thing where she sat on me and I told her it was not helpful so she went back to massage by hand. The next best part was she did not try to pull my willy like I had happen in Federal Way a few months ago. I have shoulder issues, not the other issue. They also have the cutest little puppy there. I will be back. And as I had seen in another review I was also laid on the table exposed but I was hot and asked not to have a blanket on me. I do not recall if a door was open but I am not shy. read more

I bought this for my boyfriend because he was helping me with a bathroom remodel and really going out of his way to help me out. The reviews were misleading. He said he was put into a room on a bed. The masseuse came in and immediately just ripped the sheet off of him completely leaving him naked. She never closed the door to the room. Throughout the massage she was yelling into another room having a conversation with another masseuse. She had the phone in the room with them and answered it multiple times while giving him a one handed massage. And she randomly kept straddling his head. He said it was impossible to relax. I highly recommend you search elsewhere if you're looking for relaxation read more

WORST massage I have ever had! I'm in disbelief of what I went through today. My "massage therapist" was LITERALLY crawling up and down my back on her hands and knees. At one point she sat on my back, feet by head and was what felt like riding me as if in some animal. SHE MASSAGED ME WITH HER BUTT!! So many time i thought just get up and walk out, I waited it through hoping it this was some kinda of prank... I saw the reviews to this place and thought to give it a shot but I REGRET THAT DECISION!!! People didnt lie about tip part though they do ask for a tip and dont appreciate if you dont tip or tip too less! I can't believe they have the ratings they do..... DONT NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!! read more
