this place is a scam!!! do not trust them!! "tracy" from "Auto Accident Recovery" called me and left a voicemail to schedule an "accident injury evaluation" after my car crash last week. i called back the number (425-458-1754) immediately and was connected to a Chelsea, who said that the person who had just called me must have been Miriam. she offered the same accident injury evaluation, and she mentioned it's free. i was very confused; this has never happened to me before, and i've had three car crashes in total. i asked her if this was an insurance thing (i have progressive), and she said no, it's a public service. this most recent car crash was with a public bus, so i wondered if it was a service offered by the state, which would be very nice but also was somewhat doubtful, considering we don't have public health insurance in america. i told her that i didn't have any injuries and my insurance had recently told me that no bus passenger had reported any injuries, so i didn't think this was necessary, and she pushed for me to get evaluated by a professional rather than self-diagnosing. she scheduled me for an evaluation for next week in their Bellevue location, and when i asked for their location, she said she'd text me the details. this also sounded a little weird to me, since i'm used to email confirmations. when i finally got the text, the clinic location was this one, Create Wellness Center in Bellevue with Dr. Kim. this was confusing to me, bc this name was not Auto Accident Recovery. when i tried to look up Auto Accident Recovery, the very first result was a reddit thread saying they had also gotten a cold call from this organization, and everyone underneath said it was a scam. the second search result was a place called Accident Care Chiropractic that listed a bunch of cities near me but not Bellevue. there was also no Kim on their team when i looked up Create Wellness Center, i found this yelp page with several reviews talking about a Chinese worker. Kim is a Korean last name. First, I thought people were just being ignorant, but after several reviews really seemed to corroborate that the worker is Chinese, and after finding some mentions of acupuncture, i wondered if it actually is a Chinese place i also found a website saying that Create Wellness Center recently started working with Accident Care Chiropractic. then there were appointment spots open to book for only Dr. Sean Kim in the locations listed on the Accident Care Chiropractic website, but this time also including Bellevue. i was pretty confused, but i supposed it could have been that Kim is a new member of the team and Bellevue is a new location, and the information online is not updated, and Kim is the only one with open availability. i also found a facebook page for Create Wellness Center (Bellevue) that has very few followers and post very frequently with absolutely no comments on any posts. the phone number was not the one that called me, and it was also a different phone number than the one listed at the end of every single post. i was confused, so i called the number that called me--and it had been totally disconnected. very fishy!!! unfortunately, apparently, i can't report a business on yelp, and i know that business owners can report reviews, so this one might be pulled down by these scammers! i also could only put in a general facebook page report, and i couldn't report the listing on google, so!! these people are probably going to get away with this scam, which totally sucks!! read more

I visit this office for massages. The massage therapist I believe are not licensed. I do not see their license on wall. The person, I prefer to see have firm massage and listens to my request and can find knots. Her availability is intermittent. 1 person massages is very light. 1 person keeps the door open and massages over clothes and is like a Thai massage with applying pressure and balancing opposite sides of body. English is second language and not able to communicate my needs. They speak loudly outside of the door. Front desk is helpful. They need more massage therapist to accomodate schedule. Michelle -- is your typical Chinese auntie where no pain, no gain! I told her the pressure was too much and she did back down a tad but then it was right back to the full hard pressure. She's a little rough which her draping and pounding and she uses a gua sha type device to scrape that feels like it has a sharp edge -- it literally feels like a sharp blade going up and down your back. She must have a sharp nail as well because every so often there will be an edge that will catch on my skin. She also blew her nose in the middle of the massage and I did hear her possibly hand sanitizing but that doesn't seem like it's sanitary enough to go straight to touching your skin. She also told me to flatten out my back and I had to tell her that I couldn't because I had a musculoskeletal issue that I had noted on my intake forms. Seems like she doesn't really look at the forms to form a therapy plan either. After the massage that night as I was going to bed, it still felt like I had some bruising around the shoulders from when she worked on it too hard. When I checked the mirror there was definite bruises forming! I tried booking with another massage therapist and it got rescheduled TWICE! The therapist also keeps limiting their days so it gets really hard to schedule an appointment if you have a "normal" 9-5 job that you cannot work remotely from. read more

First off, I didn't ask what type of massage they provided nor did I read the reviews below. When I started getting a massage, there was a moment where I wondered what I had signed myself up for. That feeling quickly passed when I started feeling an incredible change in my neck and shoulder, which had been strained for over a week. They provide a more Chinese style massage, one they blends acupressure with massaging. The end result is a very thorough massage that identifies and treats every problem area. I couldn't move for 3 days ,was on multiple pain killers, nothing worked. Came in for 1 session and instantly felt better. The next morning I was able to get out of bed myself! Came in again next day for another session and I think I can ween off of pain killers now. I've always had a bad back but never to the point where my back would spasm up that bad. The massage therapist was very professional. His pressure points were dead on and helped me so much with my stiffness. The chiropractor was also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing back pain issues! I'm sorry but I have to minus back 1 star due to billing issues. I was always in network and paid just a copay. They recently stopped taking my Premera insurance but didn't tell me till after I finished my session and left me to fork out 50% of the bill. They should tell their clients before therapy session if they stopped taking my insurance. I will need to find a new chiropractor for my adjustments. read more

I also had a chronic pain in my back and found out that it might be related to my prolonged ill-posture in my chair during work and could setup a treatment plan that I followed in the next couple of months. Now, after all the treatments, I feel new and I learned how to manage myself to sustain my body throughout my life in order to enjoy it. The staff is also very nice and I felt like I was really well treated there. This place has a few massage therapists and Sonya is phenomenal. It happened in May and someone hit my car from behind. I just wanted to do the basic neck check but they recommended hiring lawyers for my case every time I went there and 3-4mo treatment...then they wanted use my medical insurance or out of pocket to cover the bill in case the other's insurance doesn't cover all...I paid in person then received a call from them said there is no record showing the payment and let me provide the proof...two month later, I still don't receive any treatment materials or documents I should have...It is the first time I experienced this.They do have professional chiropractors. Usually my appointment is at 10:00 but I got a reminder saying it was Monday at 10:30. I sent them a message correcting the date not the time. I love this place! The whole office is super nice and friendly. From the front desk to the chiropractor. The massage therapist there is amazing. I have been to many massage therapists and he's the best I've been to. He does more of a Chinese-style massage- you don't undress, or even close the door. You just lay on a heated (yay!) table face down and he works his magic. I've had back and beck pain for a long time and do lots of lifting/Crossfit, and he just knows what to do to make it all better. I don't even have to tell him. He just knows. With other massage therapists, I'm always wishing they would just do a spot a little more to the left or whatever, but he just does it. He understands the body very well, and was actually a doctor back in China! I always feel sooo much better after each appointment with him. He doesn't speak much English but that's ok. He is very kind. Super strong too. He always checks to see if the pressure is ok, but if you want him to dig in, he will! Which I like. My husband is a big, muscled guy who also does Crossfit and the massage therapist still can dig in and give him a great massage (even though I'm sure my husband wears him out! :) ) The woman who is the Chiropractor there is also very intuitive and amazing herself. She stretches you and adjusts you, and also seems to understand the body very well. They are continually educating themselves there. They even send the front desk workers to seminars! They do laser light therapy, and even acupuncture there I believe. They will also apply kinesio tape if you need it. They have a little room with a TV, so I can even bring my kids during a chiropractic appointment if I need to. The staff is super helpful with my kids, which is awesome! I had recommendation from one of my coworkers that Dr.Sunaga is super friendly and "good" so I decided to stop by this clinic and see if I could squeeze myself to her schedule. First of all,deposit of her full schedule, Dr. Sunaga was so generous to see me even after her work hour. Second, I never expected to feel this much better after her "magic" skill.
