I had to send my email about 4 times before they got it right because they kept misspelling it. This has led to me trusting them about as far as I can throw them. I never felt any of the benefits and it actually made a condition I developed later a lot worse. quite frankly for the price, it is not worth it unless you have insurance. My biggest complaint has to be the fact myself and another patient were told not to eat kale and greens because they supposedly cause inflammation. This is absolutely untrue there are studies to back it up. Leafy greens help sooth inflammation and would lead to the patient feeling less pain. I don't know where Sean is getting his information from, but he needs to stick to being a chiropractor and not peddle false information. I do get it though, a customer in pain always returns, so you gotta keep them in that state I have left this place feeling like they just want you to keep coming back to make a buck off of you. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Years later, after a truck smashed into me and I was in pain that my doctor nor massage therapist simply were not able to help with, I was recommended to Dr. Kobata. I was skeptical remembering my previous bad experiences but I was to the point of trying anything. I'm glad I set up an appointment with Dr. Kobata! For the first time, I felt like a person being cared for rather than easy insurance money. Dr. Kobata and team were welcoming and did everything they could to work with my busy work schedule. The office was relaxing and welcoming while the treatments helped relieve my pain. I got to a point where I simply wasn't getting any more out of chiropractor-style medicine and rather than continue with appointments, Dr Kobata referred me to another specialist to go deeper. That to me is a sign of a true health care professional and I greatly appreciated the candidness and eagerness to get my health on track. Completely unexpected! Even though I had moved on, working with a specialist, it had been some time from that point to when my lawyer was finalizing things with the insurance company, Dr. Kobata really came through once again for me and went on record to ensure my case was solid. My lawyer reached out to me to say just how impactful his message was and how he fought for me. Bottom line, I highly recommend Dr. Kobata and should I need a chiropractor, he would be be first and only one to call. Thank you Dr. Kobata for all that you did for me, I'm truly grateful!

this place is a scam!!! do not trust them!!…read more "tracy" from "Auto Accident Recovery" called me and left a voicemail to schedule an "accident injury evaluation" after my car crash last week. i called back the number (425-458-1754) immediately and was connected to a Chelsea, who said that the person who had just called me must have been Miriam. she offered the same accident injury evaluation, and she mentioned it's free. i was very confused; this has never happened to me before, and i've had three car crashes in total. i asked her if this was an insurance thing (i have progressive), and she said no, it's a public service. this most recent car crash was with a public bus, so i wondered if it was a service offered by the state, which would be very nice but also was somewhat doubtful, considering we don't have public health insurance in america. i told her that i didn't have any injuries and my insurance had recently told me that no bus passenger had reported any injuries, so i didn't think this was necessary, and she pushed for me to get evaluated by a professional rather than self-diagnosing. she scheduled me for an evaluation for next week in their Bellevue location, and when i asked for their location, she said she'd text me the details. this also sounded a little weird to me, since i'm used to email confirmations. when i finally got the text, the clinic location was this one, Create Wellness Center in Bellevue with Dr. Kim. this was confusing to me, bc this name was not Auto Accident Recovery. when i tried to look up Auto Accident Recovery, the very first result was a reddit thread saying they had also gotten a cold call from this organization, and everyone underneath said it was a scam. the second search result was a place called Accident Care Chiropractic that listed a bunch of cities near me but not Bellevue. there was also no Kim on their team when i looked up Create Wellness Center, i found this yelp page with several reviews talking about a Chinese worker. Kim is a Korean last name. First, I thought people were just being ignorant, but after several reviews really seemed to corroborate that the worker is Chinese, and after finding some mentions of acupuncture, i wondered if it actually is a Chinese place i also found a website saying that Create Wellness Center recently started working with Accident Care Chiropractic. then there were appointment spots open to book for only Dr. Sean Kim in the locations listed on the Accident Care Chiropractic website, but this time also including Bellevue. i was pretty confused, but i supposed it could have been that Kim is a new member of the team and Bellevue is a new location, and the information online is not updated, and Kim is the only one with open availability. i also found a facebook page for Create Wellness Center (Bellevue) that has very few followers and post very frequently with absolutely no comments on any posts. the phone number was not the one that called me, and it was also a different phone number than the one listed at the end of every single post. i was confused, so i called the number that called me--and it had been totally disconnected. very fishy!!! unfortunately, apparently, i can't report a business on yelp, and i know that business owners can report reviews, so this one might be pulled down by these scammers! i also could only put in a general facebook page report, and i couldn't report the listing on google, so!! these people are probably going to get away with this scam, which totally sucks!!

We were first referred to Pete to help my daughter with her chronic ankle problems. Pete informed us that concussions can cause your lymph system to get blocked and the lack of being able to drain toxins from your body can have impact throughout your entire body (and in my daughters case, definitely her ankles). She was like a new person after 1 session with Pete.. She went through the whole basketball season without complaining of her ankle issues once (hadn't happened for the previous 3 years). At the end of the season, my daughter took a brutal elbow to her temple and was diagnosed with another concussion. She had extreme bruising for 3 weeks (dramatic really). Yesterday we went to Pete again.. he said things were very stuck and the blood and swelling in the bruised area had no place to go and that we were likely to see improvements. Well this morning my daughter woke up and her bruising was completely gone... not to mention she feels better then she has since the incident. We will definitely maintain a relationship with Pete. He has a very great spirit about him and has me wondering how he can help the rest of my family.
