I had a great experience here, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I came back a few times and had good experiences each time.

This review is long overdue. I have been coming to vitality chiropractic center for over 3 years now and Dr. Ian Williams and his team are excellent. They always provide the best care and service. I see Dayna who is a seasoned, professional and knowledgeable massage and wellness expert! I also see Dr. Williams who is great at what he does, he always listens to your needs and your body's. They have made my overall health much improved and are always a joy to visit with as well. Highly recommend dropping in to take care of your body! read more

Since I posted my original review, the business owner has reported my review to yelp and emailed me and requested that I remove some information. Names that I used were already publicly available on the business website and in previous reviews and information I learned during an appointment was so generalized, there should be no issue there. I observe a lot going to a place as long as I did and there is a lot already posted on the internet similar to my experience. Whatever...I have revised and reposted my original review to reflect the owners wishes. I stand by the rating based on my experience, and will not be returning. This review is meant to make customers aware of some of the things that I have experienced so they can decide whether on not they want to do be a customer or not. I went to vitality for a few years. Unfortunately, Vitality has a lot of employee turnover and so I saw quite a few providers. Eventually, I started seeing Dr. Williams (the owner). Dr. Williams had a reputation as a top chiropractor but after a few appointments, I was a little disappointed in my experience with him. There are some negative reviews on Yelp from 8-10 years ago that accurately reflect the experience with him and I don't know why recent reviews are positive becuase nothing has changed. Given the owner's request of me to take down my negative review, and the positive review that was posted immediately after my original review, I strongly doubt the credibility of the postive reviews here. I am sure he has gone after other negative reviews the same way he has gone after me, which is probably why there are so few recent negative reviews. I could not describe my expereince with him any better than some of those old reviews, and I wish I had read those reviews prior to seeing him. He was often aloof, distracted and disheveled in his appearance. He complains a lot about his life. He gave a good adjustment, but it was always generic, rather than my targeting problem areas. I would have switched to the other chiropractor, but I did not have much faith that she would stick around given the trend. I am definitely not the only customer that has noticed the red flags and the decline in the experience. When I first started going to Vitality, you could barely find time on Dr. William's schedule (or any provider's schedule for that matter), which is why I initially saw the other chiropractor. Now, you can probably just walk in and be seen with no wait - that should give you pause before coming here. About a year ago, I first considered finding one of my former chiropractors as the appointments with Dr. Williams were becoming increasingly cringy, but Vitality requires you to see their chiropractor to use insurance for massage (which makes it even crazier to realize how many chiropractic appointment slots are available) and I was still getting great massages at Vitality even if it was not with my original provider. Otherwise I definitely would have left sooner. About a year ago, I was optimistic that things might improve, but long term, things only got worse. The mood of the office declined every time I came in, and employees looked more depressed and more burned out and it really made me wonder what was going on. I get people can have bad days at work, but this was clearly a trend and seemed to follow the declining trend of my chirpractor experiene. read more

super great staff, easy to schedule and clean office and client rooms. would highly recommend!

Cassie is an amazing acupuncturist, very knowledgeable and has helped me in my treatment of chronic back pain. She also does cupping which brings a lot of relief to my back tightness. Dr.Amos is a skilled chiropractor and I'm also giving high reviews for the massage therapists there. Dayna, Shay, Antonio and Coleman give great massages and I'm lucky to be able to go to one location to be treated. Check in is easy and they are quick and efficient. Thank you Kendra, Bianca and the rest of the staff! Parking is easy as well! read more

I can say I'm very lucky to end up at the place. It's perfect because it's like All in one spot and I love it. I was very skeptical of massage before I met Coleman and chiropractor. Dr.Amos literally keeps me moving and keeps me on top of my active life style. Welcoming warm atmosphere and amazing, friendly stuff. Thank you guys! read more

After experiencing a flare up of an old back injury, I looked around for a highly rated massage therapy location with same day availability! Vitality was my first call after hearing so many positive thing, and the receptionist was SO friendly and got me in that afternoon! I've had 2 massages with Cynthia and she's done great. Really deep massages and able to break up all the knots. The front desk receptionist was also friendly in person, making me feel very welcome. They have a pretty high tech set up with patient forms available online, and iPads to check in for your appointment, sign paperwork and rate your symptoms. I'm so thankful I've found Vitality! Bonus is that it's also walking distance from my house, but they have ample free parking in the lot. It's located at the base of Wolverine Way bear Bellevue High School. I would definitely recommend Vitality! read more

I've been using Vitality Chiropractic for my musculoskeletal care since moving here in 2016. Whether for adjustments, massages, and acupuncture or the necessary tools to keep my body running, every aspect is taken into consideration for getting you back to your functional self. The team of doctors and massage therapists are there for you and take the time to address all your concerns. Scheduling is easy and the availability of appointments is great, despite COVID-19 restrictions limiting number of patients per day. They take great care in cleaning all spaces and every team member is wearing a mask, some double. Hand sanitizer is available in almost every room. I haven't had any issues getting adjusted while wearing a 2-layer mask with carbon filter. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and team at Vitality for chiropractic treatment. I would highly recommend Vitality Chiropractic to everyone! Two huge reasons: Dr. Ian Williams and Shay Simon! I always land on Dr. Willams table with injuries from running...all self-inflicted. I've seen Dr. Williams for almost 10 years and every time I see him, he fixes my injury. He's knowledgeable, gives straight talk and is very pleasant to be around. I would advise that seeing him more often is a healthier choice, then blazing in like I do, when things are belly up! Shay Simon aka Healing Hands (literally) has a magic touch. I am not fond of massages, especially when I must have one. Shay is amazing, she explains every muscle she's working on and discovers all the knots and cobwebs that need to be removed! You'll leave her table feeling light and springy! read more

My neck feels amazing! I've had neck pain for 20+ years and have gone through a myriad of treatments and doctors (and other chiropractors) with only minor relief. Dr. Williams has turned me into a functional human in less than a month. I love this office! The front staff and doctors are friendly, honest, helpful, and punctual. I chose to go here even though it's not covered by my insurance and am so glad I did. read more

Absolutely LOVE this place. I have been going to Dr Williams for my "tuneups" for over 7 years. The chiropractic and massage services offered here literally saved me. I was in a bad accident and was in constant pain until I came to Vitality. I did a regimen of massage and chiro work and felt brand new! Then I began working with little kids (Pre K Teacher) I kept hurting my back (tiny furniture, sitting on the floor, bending, holding the littles). Anytime I'd feel a little off I'd visit Dr Williams and he'd adjust me and I'd feel great. He even gave me some recommendations to stretch and strengthen. Even though my back is much much better I still visit at least once a month. I moved to Seattle in 2016 and have been in West Seattle since 2018 but I still make the drive to Bellevue because they're seriously that good. Everyone here is wonderful, kind, and accommodating and it's just a nice place to be. Also Dr William's pupper sometimes visits and he's just too stinkin cute. read more

-------------- After my most recent visit, I'm taking off a star from my review. Although I liked the chiropractic care, I have to say their desk and billing service isn't as great. So much so that I left their office in complete frustration....just be weary. read more

First time patient. I'd like to make a counter reply to the one negative review. I had a case of a pinched nerve in my back. I was in extreme pain. I could not stand upright without intense stabbing pain from my lower back. The front staff was very friendly. Dr. Ebbin adjusted me and I did feel better. Just from experience, I know these kind of problems take time to fix. They recommended a massage. It was not pushed. I did try it and I felt it did make it easier for my follow up adjustment. After a few treatments, I feel 100% better. Each time I was treated a felt a little better than the last. With pinched nerves or pain problems it is a gradual recovery. I'm glad I found Vitality and highly recommend them. read more

I had not tried acupuncture before, however after seeing my mom's success with it for her post stroke recovery I was determined to give it a try. Cassie is my current acupuncturist. She is considerate, gentle, calm, thoughtful and attentive. Has my comfort and wellness in mind at all times. I get acupuncture for neck, shoulder pain and general wellness management. It feels great to me. read more

Best place to get care in Bellevue. I was in two auto accidents within a span of a year and Dr. William's and his team got me back on track. Only kind, caring, and professional people at Vitality Chiropractic Center. Also, a huge thank you to Coleman, my Licensed Massage Practitioner at Vitality for helping me so much on my journey to recovery! The whole team is wonderful. Definitely recommend coming here. read more

Great massage therapists here, and they are almost all in network with Regence Blue Shield, which is getting harder and harder to find. I have used several of the LMTs and they are all great. The reception/scheduler is also very friendly and they send texts to reminds you of appointments as well. Highly recommend. read more

Great place to go to loosen up joints and muscles. Schedule an hour with a chiropractic massage therapist followed by 10 minutes with the chiropractor and you'll leave feeling like a new person. They've even got acupuncture for nerve work. This is a great one stop shop for all your wellness needs. read more

Vitality Chiropractic is fantastic! My husband and I see Dr. Williams for adjustments. We both have physically demanding jobs that cause havoc on our bodies, so getting our spines cared for is a necessity. He is highly skilled in the techniques he uses and in tune with what your body needs. I always leave the office feeling better than when I arrive. His staff always greets you with a warm welcome, and the space has a relaxing ambiance. Highly recommend! read more

I've seen Dr Williams for couple years, and he has helped me a lot. There are many times I can barely got out of bed, and can barely walk due to my lower back pain, but after adjustment with Dr Williams, Just one session, I can straight my back and walk like normal. I'm still struggling with the pain sometimes, but overall a lot of improvement over the years. knowing Dr Williams is here to help, I put my mind at ease:) read more

As a person who uses Yelp frequently, I would like to give thanks to Yelp again for letting me find the best Chiropractic clinic ever :) Unfortunately, my fiance and I have gone into an auto accident on Christmas Eve last year and was totally lost on what actions to take and where to go to get treated so I started my research and found Vitality Chiropractic Center. Every staff in this clinic is so sincere with their treatments and the best thing about this clinic is the comfortable atmosphere. You will immediately unlock your tension from daily stress and also your lips and start blabbering away with your assigned therapist, so if you're the type of person who likes upbeat & jolly atmosphere give it a try. We have been treated from literally every masseuse in this clinic due to scheduling complexity but everyone is so talented and well educated with a difference in their tactics/styles of treating you. As for my chiropractor, Dr. Ian William is a genuine guy who will be honest with you about your health progress and most importantly he doesn't have the doctor syndrome issues like few other chiropractors out there. Now it's been 4 months, and still going, since we have been treated and I can confidently say I don't even have to pick out names who to see to friends and family for a massage or acupuncture or spinal adjustment because they're equally as good. Thanks, VCC! read more

I have chronic neck and back problems and have been to countless chiropractors and Dr Job is by FAR the best I've been to. Most places give you a few quick cracks and you're out the door. Dr Job takes the time to actually figure out what's wrong and doesn't rush your time together - it's more like physical therapy as he's also given me stretches & exercises (plus personal trainer style advice for lifting weights properly). I've been going for the past 2-3 months and have a dramatic improvement in my posture with less neck and back pain. Highly recommend Dr Job and the crew read more

Incredible Acupuncturist/Herbalist. Diana treated me with a special herbal formula. I was a little taken back when my fever, sore throat and other systems began relieving the next day! I had never experienced such a quick change to those symptoms before in my life and was back to a normal routine much faster than expected. Thanks so much Diana!! You are a very special person with a great sense of compassion. I am looking forward to seeing you again. Much Respect. read more

After moving here two years ago our family needed to find a new Chiropractor and after researching offices in the area we decided to try Vitality Chiropractic and I am so glad we did! Dr. Ian Williams has been fantastic to work with when I had severe lower back pain due to earlier injury that healed wrong. Ian was able to find a way to fix the issue after many visits of troubleshooting, it was a stubborn issue but it has now been fixed and had no issues since. Recently I was in a car accident where I was rear ended and had severe neck and shoulder pain. Dr. Ian went to work and got me back to 100%. I go monthly for checkups and highly recommend working with Dr. Ian for any injuries you may have. read more

I've had really consistent, great care at Vitality chiropractic for the past 3 years across the board. Dr. Williams is really kind, focused and communicative. Highly recommend! Vitality has helped me with my migraines and body pain like no other chiropractic office has before. Dr. Amos is great and has helped me get control of my migraines and the massage therapists are all wonderful. And Cassie is great for acupuncture! read more

I called the front desk to book the massage. I was confirmed with a massage on Wednesday 12pm. I canceled the other appointment this week, moved my work schedule, sacrificed lunch time to accommodate this appointment. I drove all the way and arrived at the office, and was told the appointment wasn't booked and there is nothing they can do. If I had a late cancellation I would be charged, but there is nothing if they cancel on me. So be careful wasting your time, better double check before you head to the appointment. read more

I second the "Fabulous" office comment! I followed Dr. Williams from another Chiropractic office where he helped me with chronic pain. He is thorough, has a friendly manner; and has been very innovative in his approach to my care. To be fair, I have to mention I am very impressed with the office staff, who are so helpful and courteous. I also see 2 massage therapists for 2 different types of massage. Both are fabulous! If you are looking for deep tissue massage, ask for Jennifer; if you are looking for cupping, Vixai is the person to check out. read more

So I may need to update this review as time goes on but here's the scoop! After two back surgeries on my low back in 2007, my back flared up again after doing some personal training. The pain was so severe I could barely walk and was popping pain meds (Tylenol, etc.) endlessly as well as icing it without much relief. I phoned on a Saturday after reading these reviews, and surprisingly, I received a call back--not only from one of the Massage Therapists who happened to be working that day, but also from the Chiropractor, Dr. Ebbin! He told me he would come in the next day (Sunday) since he had to chart notes anyhow and to meet me there in the early afternoon. I was so grateful! Having grown up in a family of medical doctors, I've always been a little weary of Chiropractors, but have seen them occasionally for treatment when nothing else seems to help. After one session, I had a little relief, and after the 2nd session, my pain level reduced significantly, and my mobility increased! I saw Dr. Ebbin and Dr. Williams 5 days in a row, went away for the Holiday weekend and finally noticed that my pain level actually reduced to a level 1-2! I'm extremely happy with this practice and cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire staff are great including Vixai, the Massage Therapist I saw one day, and the front desk gals! Everyone is super helpful and friendly, putting you at ease. Dr. Williams was also able to help me with the pain in my thumbs, which has also reduced significantly! Yay! I didn't realize that tinnitus (ringing in the ears) could be helped through Chiropractic care, and they're also working on that with me. It's not gone, but the buzzing noise has softened a bit. I'm feeling hopeful that my back pain issue is permanently on the road to recovery, as I was facing fusion surgery, and I'm trying like crazy to avoid that. Thank you to Dr. Ebbin and the entire staff at Vitality Chiropractic. Be proud of where you work; it's a rare gem! read more

I had been suffering from chronic debilitating migraines for several months before enough was enough. So I called to see if I could get an appointment to help alleviate my pain. Not only was the appointment same-day, but due to the severity and nature of my issue they got me in that hour! When I walked in, they were so quick to help me find comfort as soon as possible. I saw Dr. Williams within minutes of walking in. After the new patient intake exam he got me right to the table for an adjustment. He was not worried about spending an hour with me to help find relief for the intense pain I was experiencing. Dr. Williams is, hands down, one of the best chiros I've seen...he's good people. I always enjoy seeing him, and he really cares about you as a person outside of the clinic as well. read more

I saw Cassie for acupuncture at Vitality. I have been feeling a heaviness in my liver and tightness in my solar plexus area and didn't have much appetite. She was amazing ...a very loving and caring presence. I think I found my acupuncturist. read more

I've been going here for years. Don't know why I haven't provided a review. I've seen a few a Chiropractors over the years and Dr. Ebbin has been one of my favorites who I've seen for the last few years. All the staff is friend and I find myself usually sparking a conversation with them. Dr Ebbin listens to his patients and ensure they leave feeling better. He also provides awesome hand massages when you manage to somehow lock your muscles or to clear your sinus when under the weather. They also have massage staff on site and are all very talented. Each use a different technique so ask the staff for a recommendation to fit your liking. read more

This is the best chiropractor office I've ever been to. Dr Ebbin is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and in my opinion, miracle worker. I went in to see him after a work trip were I suffered from chronic neck pain and very painful migraine. Within visits he and Charles my massage therapist alleviated my pain. The office staff and organic environment is as equally delightful. A very non-clinical setting. The massage rooms are nestled in a wooded area and very enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr Ebbin and his staff. read more

My wife were involved in a car accident last June. We were referred in... feeling somewhat overwhelmed with the endless choices in back health. When my wife initially walked in the door she was made to feel warmly welcomed and totally secure with the excellence of the front staff team. Wow talk about on top of it! Very nice and totally competent. Upon meeting with the doctors and massage staff we decided this would be our place to heal. Now several months later massages and adjustments we are closer to the solution mentally and physically than before our unfortunate accident. Highly recommend!!! read more

Went to Dr. Ebbin today for the first time. I am from California and woke up in extreme back pain...the doctor was gracious to get me in today. By far the best experience I have ever had with a Chiropractor. They use wonderful technology to quickly show you what is happening with your back. Mine was pretty whacked, so before adjusting me he put me on a machine to work my back a little, then Dr. Ebbin completed my visit with a traditional adjustment with an added technique yanking my legs to get all the kinks out! I appreciate the attention and thoroughness of my visit being that I was just passing through. You are so lucky Bellevue residents!!! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Corey Ebbin's since the 1990's. He has saved my life (chirporactically-speaking) more times than I can count: when my car was hit head-on by a drunk driver, after a fall down a flight of stairs, after sleeping on those terrible hospital beds they provide for the dads when both of my children were born, a most recently after the Tough Mudder obstacle course. In addition to this, he values and promotes pro-activity and being as healthy as one can be despite those traumatic experiences that can happen along the way. Dr. Ebbin works to be available, is highly skilled, exudes an air of calm, has a great sense of humor, and is a fantastic human being to boot. HIs staff is friendly and engaging, the space is serene and lovely and everyone gets a piece of fresh fruit to take with them when they leave! Always a wonderful experience! read more
