Like many others that have had to work at home since the pandemic started and their work requires long hours in front of a computer daily, I had developed some lower back pain, as well as a constant numbing sensation in my left hand's ring finger and pinky after twisting something in my left elbow one day. I reached out to this business as it was the closest Chiropractor to my home and saw that it had good ratings, which I now know to most likely be given by their "Rate us a 5 star on Yelp/Google and we will give you a free one hour massage" deal. I waited to try out one session before buying a package from them as they quoted me a 20% discount compared to individual sessions. The longest and best session I got was the first one, most likely due to them wanting me to buy the bundle, the sessions afterward started being shorter and shorter, with one of them having started 20 minutes late, and the session itself only lasting 14 minutes, when I asked the Doctor about this after the sessions she believed that she gave me over 30 minutes, which I promptly corrected as I made sure to time my session due to the delay. When I then asked when my time would be made up the next time I went in I was told that the session's durations were up to the discretion of the Doctor and what she believes is "enough" for each session. This seems rather ridiculous as no other Chiropractor I have gone to in the past has given me anything short of 40 minutes, with the average being about an hour. This business also books clients back to back with no gaps, as well as taking in clients that show up at the wrong/day and time instead of having them return for their properly scheduled time which causes delays that I have experienced twice myself. This further makes me believe their priority is in making as much money as possible rather than trying to cure their patients. Ultimately, the 1 star is due to the doctor having fixed neither of the problems that I came for, as you can see in the X-Rays I have attached of my before and after treatments of 21 sessions. Upon viewing the comparison the doctor even dared to tell me that "sometimes nature doesn't work out in your favor", rather than admit her incompetence or lack of skill in fixing my issue. With $1673.60 down the drain and no improvements to my condition, I have now started looking for a new Chiropractor/Physical Therapist as my pain has worsened in the past month, for anybody else reading this please do yourself a favor and save your money + time by looking elsewhere.

I've been struggling with arthritis and chronic pain in my hands for several years since I…read morerecovered from carpal tunnel syndrome. I've tried various treatments from western doctors, but they only seemed to treat the symptoms and not heal the core issue. So after seeing some government research on the effectiveness of acupunture for treating arthritis, I decided to give it a shot. First session and most of my pain went away for a few days. Before treatment, my pain was around a 6/10 constantly. After the first treatment, it went down to around 3/10. Pretty effective so far, but would it last? After about 2 weeks of treatment and herbal medicine, my pain levels dropped to around 3/10 consistently. The inflammation reduced a fair amount to the point where my hands weren't constantly swollen red all day. Since my condition was pretty severe I decided to get treatment for about 4 months, 1-2x a week, and doing physical therapy on the side to rebuild my hand strength. Now I can gladly say that I'm mostly pain and inflammation free in my hands. My hands are still a little weakened from overuse and there's some lingering soreness in my right hand, but my physical therapy is helping with that. I can actually lift weights again, which I'd go into relapse if I tried that before I began treatment. All the staff were always so friendly and accommodating to me. The clinic was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with relaxing classical music playing in the background. If anyone's worried about dirty needles, I haven't caught anything besides the occasional minor bruising and swelling after sessions sometimes. But they all quickly healed in 2-3 days. My insurance covered costs, but even without insurance it still would cost less than western doctors with insurance. I would strongly recommend anyone suffering from arthritis to try out acupuncture and maybe do physical therapy as well. I thought I'd have to live like an 80 year old in my 20's forever, but I'm thankful for everyone at hopespring for helping my recovery.

The first red flag appeared when the ND wanted me to designate him as my PCP. Who does this? RED RED FLAG. The first meeting should be your interview with your care provider and see if it is a good fit. Customer service is very very poor with their staff. All they do is read a script. They don't listen to you. I was most likely on some list to rid me. This is a trend in many medical places. I feel this place misrepresents itself in a manipulative way to lure lonely people who want to be part of something. Beware. They try to suck you into spending money at this place. People are lonely these days, and they manipulate a person into spending money to feel loved and cared. It's a business. BEWARE. An ND has no power to order real medical tests as I also found out from a medical testing center staff stating I need a MD to put in an order. THEY CANNOT ACCEPT THEIR ORDER from an ND. I wrote a review on Google and they replied with false statements. When a place has to write a long, lengthy personal reply - it's a red flag. They should try to find out how to do "better". "please call the office to discuss" would be norm. Nobody apologized. It was so bizarre. I do think they drop a lot of patients. Why do they have a script? I believed in the Naturopathic way to solve many ailments, but after this I don't think so. They don't have any pull to even have you go get medical tests done- except bloodwork. Beware. I actually went to Virginia Mason and got proper attentive care. BEWARE

I arrived about 10 minutes early, Carlton was still with another patient and was about 15 minutes late to start my appointment. When I finally got into his office, he immediately told me, he's unable to treat tinnitus. I appreciated his candor, but it was weirdly abrupt. I have never had such a short medical consultation of any kind. I had literally just sat down. Back in reception, there was already someone else waiting. He then charged me $60 for the 'office visit'. I was in his treatment room for maybe 2 minutes. That's when I realized, he was double booked and running late. But he still wanted some money. Ugh. And then as I was leaving, he calls out, right in front of the other patient, "come back if have you regular aches or pains, but I can't treat THAT". Yeah he made it sound like I have some kind of 'irregular' condition. So basically I paid $60 to wait in reception for 25 minutes and then get embarrassed on the way out.
