Definitely not your typical chiropractor office -- they're more Asian based so it's not exactly what I'm used to. You go into your massage room, circle on the chart where you want to focus on and then lie down on the table. I saw Jessica on my first visit and she rubs the same spot over and over again quickly (like you're rubbing a stain out of your clothes or something). It's not like the typical Western slow, deliberate movement but rather fast rubbing. I do appreciate the fact that they try and keep the massage oils out of your hair and she does a hot towel wipe down of the oils after as well. Usually other massage therapists would have you turn over to focus on the other side but this is strictly a back only place. My second massage was with Meizhou and it was probably my worst massage ever. She was sniffling the whole time and I could hear her blow her nose and massage me one-handed and then resume massaging. She had gloves on and almost all of the massage was done over the sheets. She was also rubbing/grabbing very quickly everywhere and focused mostly on my legs which I hadn't circled on the chart. It was starting to be painful and I told her and she did back down for a few minutes but went right back to high pressure grabs/rubs. Again, not the typical Western slow, deep tissue massage but rather squeezing and lots of knuckle/elbow on ribs/spine bone on bone action. The hot towel was also super hot and I flinched when she placed it on me which she kinda laughed off as well. Warning!! I went to bellevue clinic for post car accident. they are lack of skills. the only thing they care about is money. Dr.Lee forcibly massaged me so I had bruises. the acupuncturist pocked through my pants. they burst my veins so I screamed to take it out. they did not sanitize the area. i couldn't move my finger so I called the clinic about it but they treated me as lunatic. the doctor didn't supervise receptionist when they took the needle out from my butt. all I wanted was simple apology but the manager name Jazlyn was rude and mean. they did not apologize for indiscrimination medical practice or avoidance. to anyone who are considering this place, please think twice!!!!!!!!! read more

Tdlr: There is something not quite right with their new chiropractor Dr. Lee. Mid October I'm in a car accident resulting in me having whiplash. During my first and only chiropractic massage with Dr. Lee I thought he was friendly. We had a great conversation. I noticed after my massages with Dr. Lee and Mrs. Cao I was feeling nauseous. That coupled with me feeling better from the whiplash I cancelled my remaining appointments. Fast forward a little over a month later my neck hurts again in the same spot of my whiplash. I make an appointment to see Dr. Lee. When he comes in I greet him. He angrily tells me "you didn't say goodbye before leaving". The level of anger in his voice didn't match what he was telling me so I asked him again. Why he was angry? He said "because you didn't say goodbye". I apologized profusely. Before the massage he mentions if there's any pain to let him know. During the back massage he was applying so much pressure I was involuntarily screaming in pain "Dr. Lee, stop" "please" "you're hurting me" were all things I remember saying. He didn't immediately stop or even lighten up when he should have. As if he was getting back at me for not saying goodbye to him. I felt scared and unsafe during our last appointment. Something you definitely shouldn't feel from a doctor working on your neck. Looking back now there were multiple times I should've walked out during my last appointment. read more

I can't thank Dr Koh enough for the improvement on my lower back and the shoulders. I came to Kore Chiropractic after having a terrible back spasm and for overall tightness on my body. My first treatment felt intense and overwhelming, but the tightness on my neck, shoulders and back started to ease up very quickly and I was feeling so much better just after one session. Like many others that have had to work at home since the pandemic started and their work requires long hours in front of a computer daily, I had developed some lower back pain, as well as a constant numbing sensation in my left hand's ring finger and pinky after twisting something in my left elbow one day. I reached out to this business as it was the closest Chiropractor to my home and saw that it had good ratings, which I now know to most likely be given by their "Rate us a 5 star on Yelp/Google and we will give you a free one hour massage" deal. I waited to try out one session before buying a package from them as they quoted me a 20% discount compared to individual sessions. The longest and best session I got was the first one, most likely due to them wanting me to buy the bundle, the sessions afterward started being shorter and shorter, with one of them having started 20 minutes late, and the session itself only lasting 14 minutes, when I asked the Doctor about this after the sessions she believed that she gave me over 30 minutes, which I promptly corrected as I made sure to time my session due to the delay. When I then asked when my time would be made up the next time I went in I was told that the session's durations were up to the discretion of the Doctor and what she believes is "enough" for each session. This seems rather ridiculous as no other Chiropractor I have gone to in the past has given me anything short of 40 minutes, with the average being about an hour. This business also books clients back to back with no gaps, as well as taking in clients that show up at the wrong/day and time instead of having them return for their properly scheduled time which causes delays that I have experienced twice myself. This further makes me believe their priority is in making as much money as possible rather than trying to cure their patients. Ultimately, the 1 star is due to the doctor having fixed neither of the problems that I came for, as you can see in the X-Rays I have attached of my before and after treatments of 21 sessions. Upon viewing the comparison the doctor even dared to tell me that "sometimes nature doesn't work out in your favor", rather than admit her incompetence or lack of skill in fixing my issue. With $1673.60 down the drain and no improvements to my condition, I have now started looking for a new Chiropractor/Physical Therapist as my pain has worsened in the past month, for anybody else reading this please do yourself a favor and save your money + time by looking elsewhere. read more

Definitely not something to brag about, but I've been in multiple car accidents, have encountered plethora of chiropractors and even worked along side a few of them when I used to work as a Paralegal at a law firm some years ago. Never was I the biggest believer of chiropractic treatments but Kore Chiropractic definitely changed my view. Dr. Koh has been nothing but a God sent!!
