Dr. Daniel Braff is awesome! I came in with chronic neck pain and a knee injury, and he helped me tackle both issues. He is a great listener, and a great guy in general. I was told previously that I need knee surgery, and he advised that I at least try strengthening. I am glad I trusted him because within a month I improved significantly and have avoided surgery. My knee used to lock up constantly while walking and now I can even hike and play sports again with few issues. Daniel gave me helpful exercises and made me feel comfortable with the level of pain during exercises; I learned to distinguish between normal growing pains and true harmful pain. My chronic neck pain of 3+ years is complicated. It can be daunting to address, but Daniel instantly gave me so much relief. I am still working on preventing flare ups because much of it has to do with poor posture over time, but I am SO much better off than before. One of the greatest things about this treatment is I finally have the tools to help myself when I can't make it in to see a provider. These longterm tools will help me hopefully reach complete healing. Rehab specialist, Clint, is kind, offers great directions and support, and is clearly a wonderful person. He works well with providers to give you the best care and makes sure you don't have any questions before you leave. Shoutout to Amelia, the office manager (aka the sweet face you always see at the front desk). She is diligent, kind, and attentive to detail. Her warmth really makes visits at Elevate even more enjoyable. Thanks to the whole team, such a gem of a place. read more

I am very pleased with my recent experience at Elevate. Jason was very attentive as I explained my range-of-motion challenges. Using a deep tissue massage-like therapy called active release technique, he worked through tight affected areas breaking down adhesions. This part of the visit lasted about thirty minutes, at which time I was seen by a PT (after having consulted with Jason) who customized an exercise program to help me re-build strength, improve range-of-motion, etc. We went through a series of exercises, always adjusting for proper form. (After the visit the office sends an email with the exercises in short video format to help you remember). Each visit built on the previous exercises. In total, I had about 6-8 visits. Elevate consists of a team of knowledgeable and caring professionals, in a space that is warm and inviting. I have been to other PT offices in the past that have been adequate and satisfactory. Elevate is co-ordinated and streamlined and made for a seamless experience, leading to, in my case, a speedy recovery. I highly recommend. read more

Dr Suresh is so good. I don't refer my clients to many chiropractors but her knowledge in her craft makes me feel confident that my clients (and family) are getting the care they need. read more

I have been dealing with pain in my neck and shoulders for a while now, and have sought out different chiropractors and PTs over the year, and honestly it was tough finding something that was able to help in a meaningful way. I am very thankful that my wife found this place and over the past 2 months Dr. Anjie has been helping me with significant improvements to my condition. The combination of chiropractic and PT has been a game changer, and her ability to identify proper exercises that worked with my schedule and my will has been helpful for me to actually do the exercises (and setting very specific, doable goals too). Her explanations and guidance in the exercises, and setting realistic expectations all motivate me to actually go through with the program and persist. Looking forward to keep going back and continue see further improvements in the future! read more

Elevate really worked hard to understand my level of pain and mobility to ensure that the solutions they provided worked for me and my abilities. Angie and Clint were incredibly friendly and made me feel no shame for my body being in such a stressed state! Their approach with chiropractic care and physical therapy allowed me to get instant relief and strategies for long term care. I would return to Elevate for any of my back or pt needs in an instant! read more

Best chiropractic care I've ever received. Dr. Adam's super power is healing people. He clearly has a deep understanding of the human body and is highly empathetic in getting to know your situation and how to best treat you within your comfort zone. He's not going to just crack your back and tell you to get out. He will work your aches and pains until you feel a more than noticeable difference. The physical therapist Clint is great and he was good about making sure I walk out of there doing the exercises properly. The front desk is friendly and very on top of scheduling. The whole experience end to end was seamless and I would highly recommend Elevate Chiro to anywhere else I've been. read more

Best chiropractors in Seattle! I have been to 3 different chiropractors in Seattle. The other two met with me for about 5 minutes. Adjusted my back with 2 or 3 cracks and sent me home. I got no explanation and certainly no advice for at-home care. I was then charged more than my co-pay amount and had to complain to get my money back. This experience was like no other. They spent time with me. Explained what was going on. Pointed to the bones on a screen to show me. They took their time with me, adjusted me, and then sat with me in the back area explaining different exercises I could do at home (even sent me home with a ball). I was charged my regular co-pay. Don't go anywhere else. Now that I am pregnant and experiencing sciatica pain, I am coming back to them :-) read more

Last year, I developed a shooting pain down my leg after a few months of running. After multiple PT appointments and weeks of doing exercises that only further irritated my injury, I was told I should call my primary care doctor, who had a two month long wait. I happened to run into Dr. Ryan at an event at the local climbing gym and he was the first professional who had even a working theory of why my leg was bugging me, and what we could do to get it healed. I called Elevate a couple days later and had my first appointment with Ryan within a week. Even after the first visit, I started feeling better, and after five, my daily pain is down to nearly zero. Ryan did a great job explaining his treatment plan and what he was doing and why each step along the way, and the exercises he and Clint helped work me through have helped with the pain and my general strength. The team is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and kind -- highly recommend checking them out! read more

Wow, these guys blew me away, or blew my pain away, to be precise. I've been battling sciatica for about 5 years now. I've tried straight PT, and spent about six months being treated by another chiropractor who would spend about five minutes with me per visit. Nothing helped. I gave up running and even walking was triggering it. My sister had a great experience at Elevate and recommended I give them a try, so I made an appointment. Wowsa, what a different chiropractic experience. Adam spent an hour with me during our first visit to diagnose the issues and do some miraculous deep tissue massage. That was followed-up with a PT session with Clint. I couldn't believe the immediate relief I felt just from that first session! Each subsequent session was similar with about 30 minutes of chiro/deep tissue massage and 30 minutes of PT. We continued treatment for about 4 weeks, maybe 10-12 sessions overall, and my sciatica is COMPLETELY GONE. I was also having some foot issues with a Morton's Neuroma that I was told would likely require surgery to correct. Adam felt the pain might actually be fascial, and he went to work on that, too. They also gave me foot exercises to strengthen everything. I couldn't believe it when my foot pain ceased as well. I am totally amazed and so grateful to be free of this staggering discomfort! I do want to note that deep tissue massage is not at all "soothing" and it can be quite uncomfortable as the practitioner is breaking down the fascia. They'll ask you to rate your level of discomfort so that it isn't too bad - be honest (not brave). :-) A big, big thanks to Adam, Clint and the team! read more

Not to oversell it, but the people who work here are absolute rockstars at what they do. Dr. Jason, Dr. Ryan, Clint, Sam, and Katie are the people you want in your corner if something's not right. Elevate was my third attempt at finding a place that could help me with chronic low back pain that I had aggravated with weight lifting. Dr. Jason was the first person to really listen to everything I had to say about my injury. I'd never had an intake appointment so long or so thorough. Right off the bat it was clear that he really cared and was going to figure out what was going on. I was feeling pretty discouraged and frustrated after struggling with this issue for so long, but he helped me get in the right headspace by pointing out that he'd seen a lot of patients get great results with injuries very similar to mine, which I really appreciated. Appointments are split between time with the Dr. you're seeing and time with the rehab specialist, Clint, who takes you through the exercises. I quickly learned that while I'd done similar exercises, I'd never had someone make sure I was really doing them correctly and without compensating. (Clint's level of knowledge with the exercises is truly above and beyond.) They've also created videos of nearly every exercise, and they send a post-visit email with a list of the exercises along with links to their YouTube video demos of each one, which is so helpful. Because I'm a powerlifter, they've spent a ton of time reviewing bracing and proper positioning for squats and deadlifts, since not getting that right contributed to my problem in the first place. This attention to detail with the exercises and laser focus on preparing me for my sport, paired with Dr. Jason and Dr. Ryan's treatment, has made all the difference! After about 4 months, I am basically pain free. It is incredible to be able to do normal things, like sit down for dinner at a restaurant, without being in a ton of pain by the end. Also, in the middle of my treatment, Dr. Jason broke his wrist, which at most places would've caused some scheduling difficulty, but no! Katie and Sam rescheduled all my standing appointments for my standard time with Dr. Ryan, making the transition truly seamless. Dr. Jason is often around during my appointment times and will take time out of his day to check in on how I'm doing even though he's not currently treating me, which feels really above and beyond. It feels so rare to find a place that runs like a well-oiled machine and also provides truly outstanding care, but that's Elevate. If you're dealing with pain that just won't go away, definitely give these folks a try. read more

Dr. Ryan and Clint are kind of amazing. I've had chronic neck/shoulder pain for a couple years, enough so that it became impossible to do my regular job. Improvement has been hard to come by, having seen countless MDs, therapists, and chiropractors. After only a month, I've seen pretty dramatic improvement. Cannot recommend enough. read more

I met with Jason Hodges and Clint Maschhof a couple of months before a scheduled total hip replacement surgery. While protecting the hip, my back and knee had gotten so out of whack that they were causing more pain than the hip joint. The first session with Jason made a world of difference! Successive appointments, plus exercises and breathing techniques taught by Clint brought daily relief so I could confidently go into surgery, assured it was only needed for my hip!! Clint's guidance also worked surprisingly well as I breathed my way through recovery pains. I'm so thankful for Jason and Clint and would highly recommend Elevate Chiropractic to anyone in search of a body reset, pain relief and healing. read more

I have been going to Elevate for a few months, and my experience there has been stellar! They are incredibly helpful and transparent about billing/insurance, the care is excellent, and they combine chiropractic and physical therapy, which I really appreciate. I've been going to Elevate for the past three months. I came in with knee and shoulder issues from a huge drop in activity level thanks to CoVID. From that first session, Ryan had me on a plan that had instant results. He helped me through my first two issues and now we are attacking issues I've had for years but had just gotten used to. He talks to you like an old friend and is so patient and kind. Katie and Clint are also amazing and so friendly. If CoVID has been hard on your body, Elevate will help you feel normal again. read more

This review is WAY overdue. Let me start by saying I used to have *opinions* about chiropractors. I thought all they would do is crack my neck and rush me out. This is NOT the case!! I saw Dr. Hodges 2 or 3 years ago for an injury from tight hips. Treatment from Dr. Hodges combined with the mobility work with Clint fixed me right up. More importantly, they gave me the knowledge to recognize when things start tightening up and what to do to prevent this recurring injury. About a month ago, I woke up in the middle of the night with a loud pop and what felt like a bad charlie horse in my neck. I had severe pain and couldn't move let alone get out of bed. And tears. Lot of tears. I immediately called to make an appointment and got in the next day to see Dr. Ryan. With his enthusiasm to get me fixed up and deep passion and knowledge about his practice, I was back to running and working out a week later. It's been a month and I am totally pain free, which I didn't think would be possible. I have already referred my husband and friend for various things and they love them just as much as I do! TLDR; Elevate offers a holistic therapy from the bone to the muscle and beyond to heal existing injuries and prevent future ones. They accept insurance and Katie makes it a breeze to deal with insurance. Call now. You will not regret! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Ryan and Clint for Chiropractic and Physical Therapy for a few years at Elevate and it's been a really great experience! Any time I have a specific ache or pain, they give me very targeted care to resolve my pain for immediate and ongoing relief. So grateful to have such an amazing team to keep me going. I would also like to specifically call out how careful and trustworthy they have been while receiving adjustments and exercises to meet my needs during pregnancy. Thank you Elevate! read more

I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Hansen and Clint. Not only did they adjust and treat my lower back pain, but they helped me strengthen my core through strategic stretches, breathing techniques, and light movements that prevented the reoccurrence of the initial issue. I have dealt with a lot of aches and pains over the years. I've had doctors tell me they would never completely resolve or just to do no activity and rest. Elevate has helped me to feel better than I ever have. Pain free! They help me to stay active and encourage me to do so with the right mobility work each day. They even provide easy to follow videos to remind me of what mobility work to do. The staff is friendly and helpful. They earn my highest recommendation! read more

I love this place and Dr. Jason Hodges has helped me so much! I have neck, back, and numb hand issues and don't like "cracking," so he does alternate therapies which give me relief. I recently had a car accident in which someone ran a red light and altho I am OK, I was in a bit of pain. I went to Dr. Hodges that same day, and walked out of there in almost no pain at all---after a car accident! It was such a blessing. He is treating me for my injuries, and I don't think it'll take long at all until I am all good. I will still continue to come get routine & preventative treatment here, as I think it's so important when you sit at a desk all day! After my therapy with Dr. Hodges, he hands off my treatment to their Rehab Specialist, Clint Maschhoff. Clint has so many new and innovative ways of doing PT that I haven't seen before. He is patient and ensures you are doing the movements correctly. The stretching and exercises mixed with my treatments with Dr. Hodges help so much! Their Office Manager, Katie, is so nice and always works with me to try and find times that work with my crazy & ever-changing schedule! Love this place & recommend you try it out, you will be very happy! read more

I've been to many chiropractors before, but the team at Elevate offers (by far) the most comprehensive treatment plans that actually WORK! I came to them for first-time sciatic pain that quickly resolved with their approach of offering chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises. I've worked with both Drs. Jason and Charlene who are excellent. Clint, the rehab expert, knows exactly what to target to build stability so that the immediate pain is not only remedied, but also helps prevent future pains from flaring up. Highly, highly recommend! read more

I have a physically demanding job and had been having serial episodes of 10/10 neck pain. I was so desperate to get relief, however was super scared to get adjusted because I was in such pain. From day 1, Dr. Ryan Hansen catered my treatment plan to my needs. My first visit he took an entire hour to listen and to educate me in a way that was collaborative and easy to digest. Dr. Ryan is gentle and listens to things that work great and stops things that don't. I also love that the team at Elevate puts an emphasis on rehab (Clint has taught me so many exercises to do at home or at work). They never make you feel forced to come, their goal is to get you so you don't have to come in, which is so cool. Since going to see Dr. Ryan and Clint, I haven't had a severe neck flare-up since. Pretty incredible. Any time I have an appointment, I so look forward to going in to add more tools to my toolbox. Do yourself a service and go, this team is so awesome and I'm so thankful for them! read more

100% recommend Elevate to anyone and everyone! I've had back and knee issues for a couple of years now and was reluctant about getting help for it due to a previous experience at a different place that was a huge waste of time and incredibly unhelpful. My partner (also a big fan of Elevate) finally convinced me to give Elevate a try, and it has made such a huge difference! Dr. Charlene is, of course, knowledgable and knows her stuff, but she is also fun to have a conversation with and has been really great about answering any questions I have about the soft tissue work and the adjustments. This, combined with Clint's very patient and encouragement-filled rehab sessions has helped me get to a place where I feel like I have more control over how my back and knees feel. read more

I came in from out of town so I was given the junior person, Brittany, who was very nice but I am sorry to say that I do not know how she graduated chiropractic school. She could not adjust my neck, she just waved my head around. This was after almost an hour of the softest, least ART-like muscle work I have experienced. My neck was in no way released. Eventually I had to ask for someone else to do the adjustment. Jason came in and did a very quick adjustment, successfully, but he was there for about 20 seconds and it was pretty minimalist. My neck is about 7% improved, I had my time and money wasted, and most unfortunately, I lost my opportunity to get my neck fixed and enjoy my visit. I understand new practitioners need to practice, but it is unfair to let someone so unskilled work on people without warning that this is not going to be real care. read more

I'm so grateful I found Elevate and Dr Ryan! The office manager Krista (and Katie) were prompt in replying to all my emailed inquiries. My 70 year old fairly active mother has experienced extreme pain due to sciatica. She's seen countless doctors and a spine specialist, physical therapists and a Chiro. I reached out to several new Chiro places, and Elevate was by far the most pleasant to communicate with. I'm happy to report that after just one visit my mom is already raving about her positive experience. She was able to sit comfortably and stand without unbearable pain for the first time in a long time. "Their treatment was really different!" Dr Ryan really took his time with her and clearly knows his stuff. Thank you Elevate!! read more

Elevate Chiropractic's mixture of physical therapy and massage has transformed my relationship with my body. I originally went to Elevate because I woke up with a sore neck. After working with Dr. Jason for 1 session, my neck improved dramatically. Though the real difference has taken more time, as all good things do. With the help of Dr. Jason and Clint, I have learned over 40 exercises to improve the strength of my body. I no longer wake up with a sore neck, I no longer get wrist pain, my left foot no longer huts randomly after walking somewhere. The difference is real. Additionally, Elevate knows that these things take time. I visited a different chiropractor, and they tried to sell me 3 months of going in 4 times a week for an obscene amount of money. I talked with Dr. Jason about this, and he said I would be better off getting a unlimited yoga membership and using it. At Elevate, they are looking out for you for the next 10+ years, rather than the next 3 months. Thank you to everyone at Elevate for being the catalyst for me rediscovering my body and building a pain free foundation. read more

Elevate is AWESOME. No, really. This is a forward thinking practice that focuses on healing of the body as a whole. Using a combination of chiropractic care (ie. adjustments, massage) and rehab (strengthening), this team works to help your body recover and heal long term. Both Dr. Jason and Dr. Patrick are phenomenal at what they do, and truly seem to care about their patients. They are mindful to your aches, pains and physical recovery and are so warm and welcoming. In the last 10 years I've seen my fair share of physical therapists and chiropractors (also due to living in different countries). Never have I had such a complete care and holistic approach as at Elevate. Dr. Ryan really took his time to listen to me, and offered me a range of different therapies (soft tissue work , laser therapy, neck extension, adjustments).Together with rehab specialist Clint I got to work on a set of exercises. Every session took one hour. At the beginning of the treatment, they gave me a clear time frame (X weeks, twice a week,..) in which I could expect improvement. They also got me to take X-rays at the beginning to make sure there was nothing structurally wrong or injured. After every session, I received an email with videos and clear instructions of the exercises. I will definitely return, and I'm very relieved that my search for great physical therapy in Seattle is finally over! read more

Elevate is the best combination of treatment and exercise I can imagine. I am so pleased with the coordinated care I've received. I am new to chiropractic and sought help after a foot injury. On the recommendation of my yoga instructor and massage therapist, I sought out Dr. Jason. Dr. Jason's approach is thorough and comprehensive. He addressed my overall condition, not just the complications resulting from my injury. My rehab program evolves as I progress. I am constantly challenged and encouraged. Dr. Jason and Clint, the rehab specialist, work as a team. Their close coordination and willingness to adjust the program gives me confidence and the motivation to keep after it. That's important to me, since I am 73 and looking for an approach that will keep me active in the long term. I can recommend this practice without reservation. read more

I've been an athlete my entire life and with that comes injury. I sustained a severe neck injury racing motorcycles four years ago that I will probably never completely heal from but was finally able to function and return to work and a normal life within a year after the accident and a necessary surgery. This year I decided to pick up bicycle racing and after several months of riding & racing, the pain in my neck gradually increased until I was completely debilitated. I was unable to work or lead a normal life. The pain was so unbearable I was considering a second surgery. In an effort to avoid another and possibly unsuccessful surgery, I was referred to Jason and Elevate chiropractic through another bike racer and within a month the pain was nearly completely gone. I was back to living a normal life, able to work and I can still ride and race my bike! Jason's unique approach as a chiropractor includes soft tissue as well as musculoskeletal  manipulation, mobility and physical therapy. I wouldn't send anyone anywhere else! I highly recommend Jason and his entire staff. read more

I've been needing to see a chiropractor for years, but put it off. After a car accident, I decided it was finally time to make an appointment. I'm so glad I found Elevate Chiropractic and Dr. Lee! He was able to treat the injuries I received from my accident, as well as treat some of the chronic issues I've been having since the birth of my son (which was five years ago). What I chalked up to advancing age in terms of range of motion and aches and pains, was something that could be fixed with the help of a chiropractor. Who woulda thunk? I was able to move again, work out harder, sleep better and live without persistent pain from day to day. The approach Dr. Lee takes by combining adjustments, massage and rehab makes all the difference. I truly appreciate the holistic approach they take at Elevate, and it has made all the difference to my health. read more
