Evening before she was to begin treatments she was told provider no longer worked there and that she could have treatments by a newly trained nurse. Scrambler device they use is NOT FDA approved and, because precise electrode placement is essential, better outcomes are seen when a provider is more experienced and better trained.

I will miss coming to IH and would still recommend it to folks, especially those joining a gym for the first time. IH has upgraded its facilities significantly since I first joined and I'm excited for what's to come for them in the future!
