Chiro One bought the practice when the original Chiropractor retired. My insurance covered my visits when my original doctor was practicing, then suddenly "didn't cover" treatments when Chiro One took over! I had to pay out of pocket for 12 appointments with Chiro One, then after 12 visits my insurance "magically" kicked back in, visits went back down to what my insurance covered. That's bull. I should have consulted my insurance carrier, but that's on me. The down(est) side- Chiro One Corporate has the doctors in this practice taking patients into a hot box to develop a "care plan", which translates into a "financial plan". How embarrassing for the doctors, that's the job of the staff. Other negatives--there is no privacy when being adjusted, the adjustment tables are in the middle of a huge room. There is no phone communication with this office either, only texts. What about those who don't text? Be prepared to check what your insurance covers, don't believe what you're told. I feel like I was lied to the moment Chiro One took over.
