I had been admiring my friend's nails for about a month so we decided to go to the spot she went to when it was time for a fill! We went in without an appointment early in the morning about an hour after they opened on a Friday and there were already two people there but pretty chill. There were three or four ladies on staff I think and they did a really good job rotating my friend, who was there for a gel fill, and I, who was there for a full gel set, to get done right at the same time. I had two ladies prep my nails for design and you can tell they take their work very seriously and take good care of their people. Their work is careful and thoughtful! They took their time to make sure the foundation of the nail was just right for design. I had Michelle as my design tech. She's been there for ten years and it shows! She's super efficient, the design was mad cute, and her timing is impeccable! Will definitely be going back cuz the price is all the right especially for what you get! read more

They got us started right away even though they were busy and understaffed. I was impressed that even many people waiting, the staff did not rush or get sloppy with their work. Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment a week prior for 9:45 am for a fill and a pedicure . The person doing my pedicure showed up an hour late and the person that was supposed to do my fill went to sleep in the other room and asked if I can come back another time. I said no bc I had already booked to have both done today and it's an inconvenience to have to come back. When the lady woke up to do my fill she half assed my nails and cut me on two different fingers. She told the other lady to finish my nails so she can go back to sleep. Before i sat down i asked for stiletto pink french tip with an initial on two nails, she said it wouldn't be an issue. however she gave me an ugly wide white french tip with a darker pink as a base and ended up telling me she couldn't add the initials because she didn't have a sticker for it and didn't want to draw it. she was taking walk ins when it was clearly way too busy, causing her to rush with me. wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

IT LOOKED LIKE I NEEDED A FILL BEFORE I LEFT THE SHOP!!! I found their Instagram, which has pictures of stunning acrylic sets and nail art. I booked an appointment and specifically requested the nail tech from Instagram. I was assured she would be working on me. However, based on the crappy work I can tell they lied because there is no way my nails were done by the same person on their Instagram. The lady who did my fill was being passive aggressive, seemed like she was rushing her work (even though it wasn't busy in the shop) and told me she couldn't do 4 simple designs I showed her on my phone until she finally said yes to the 5th design I asked for. She also nipped my cuticle 3 times in the same spot, even though I told her it hurt. The paint is sloppy at the cuticles, the corners are dull, and I have paint on my fingers. I can still see the blue she didn't file off from my last set on the sides of some of my nails. I tried to have her correct her mistakes but there were so many it was impossible. I'm going to another shop tomorrow to get my nails fixed. What a waste of time and money! Don't go here if you take pride in how your nails look because you'll be disappointed. read more

First time experience and I will be coming back. My go to salon is healthy nails in Normandy park. However this salon is half a mile from my house so I decided to give it a shot. They do offer SNS which is my fave. However this time I decided to get a new set of acrylic ombre. I usually don't like acrylic but i wanted the ombre look. I am extremely impressed. My hand set was 35$. I also got a pedicure that day which came with hot towel wraps, exfoliant and hot stones. Only reason why this isn't 4 stars is because I didn't get a paraffin wax dip for my feet which usually comes with my pedi at my go to salon. I'm unsure If it is offered here but will check and update on my next visit. Salon was clean and not busy. Also had A/C so lovely on a hot day! All the staff was super sweet. read more

I was lucky and there was only one lady in the salon getting her nails done. I got in right away and the nail tech did an amazing job. I have high expectations because my best friend is a licensed nail tech in four, soon to be five different states. As I normally travel to her to get my nails done, I couldn't do it this week because I have to work. However, the nail tech did the exact shape and color I wanted. She was attentive and made sure I liked it before preceding to go any further. I walked in and was out of there within the hour, and made it with plenty of time to get to work. I walked in today and like the last time I visited, there were only two women working. The lady doing the pedicure told me they were busy and it would be an hr. I was fine with that. Halfway into my wait, one tech answers the phone and tells a customer to come at 2:30. The same tech then takes the customer the other one was working on and begins her nails. She then tells me to come back later because it's busy and that only one of them can do nails. It's one thing to say coke back because you're busy, assuming because it's only two ppl, but it's completely different when one person can't do one of the main services offered. Quite naturally that would make services slow. Woman tells me that she didn't disclose that piece because I agree to wait! I AGREED TO WAIT BECAUSE I THOUGHT EITHER ONE OF THEM COULD SERVICE ME!! read more

I agree with the other reviewer, this place is a hidden gem.. Cindy just waxed my underarms and I'm really impressed. She got in there with a tweezer and made sure everything was gone which most people don't do. The only complaint I have is that the table was shoved against the wall so she couldn't get to one of them as well and I think there was more breakage the kneaded, next time though I'm just going to move the table. I don't know how this place has such good reviews. I came in here for a dip mani with removal, and they completely destroyed my nails. Instead of soaking off my previous polish like normal people, they decided to skimp out on acetone/cotton, only wipe off part of the polish, and then used a drill to sand off the rest of the polish (taking the top layer of my nails with it). It had plenty of time to soak so literally all they had to do was get a little extra cotton, soak it with acetone, and wipe the nails clean!! I even spoke up and asked them to remove the polish more thoroughly when they were wiping it off but they just brushed me off and proceeded to sand the sh*t out of my nails. My nails are now splitting/peeling almost daily and it's going to take me months to grow out this damage. They also severely underestimated the time it would take them to do the mani, made me wait an extremely long time despite me telling them upfront that I had a flight to catch, and then rushed through the job. In less than 2 weeks, it had chipped so much that I needed to get it redone. I'm pretty sure my regular salon judged me when I walked in with this mess on my hands. read more

The ladies were very nice, accommodating, and because i had no idea what i was getting, they helped me through the process. I got my very long and neglects nails trimmed, coffin style, and got shellac??? Haha. Hannah was my tech and i she did an amazing job. I went in and had called ahead for a walk in. I was the only customer in the shop however I still felt rushed. The woman doing my nails didnt hold back and was pretty hard on my hands/nails. Luckily I have tough skin. My appointment went pretty well(I had shown what type of nail design I was going for). At first one nail in particular did quite look right, and let it be known Im not one to speak up, but this time I politely asked her to add a sparkle color that was similar to the original and she went over it. They were all very accommodating with my silly color requests, gave amazing hand/foot/shoulder massage and it was an INCREDIBLE value! When Cindy told me what the price was (I paid only $50.00 since I was in during their 20% off time of day) and I was like, "that's it?!". When I got in my car, I checked my eyebrows. It was one side longer than the other side, and one side is skinnier than the other side. I was really mad. I went back to the store.
