A friend took me here based on the good reviews, there was only one bad review which mentioned that the a person who seemed like the owner did her nails and she received several cuts. The SAME exact thing happened to me!!! She cut skin around the my toe nails and my fingers. It was so painful! I tried to be patient, I figured that the toes are harder and the mani should be fine. How wrong was I! My index finger was full on bleeding and I had to tell her to stop so I could clean it. I didn't even let her do my other hand or apply polish. I just wanted to pay and get out of there to apply Neosporin. Now my fingers and toes hurt so bad and I wish I wasn't so patient. I honestly expected a really good manicure based on off of the reviews but honestly got the worst. I came in asking for a full set and was helped right away. I believe it was the owner who had done my nails and she was very kind and sweet. I asked for pointy acrylics painted white and with silver diamonds embedded at the base of my nails. The process seemed fine at first until I noticed I had acquired multiple cuts on my fingers. I didn't want to make a big deal since it seems common for me. The shape of my nails were off and I had to ask her to reshape them even after the paint job... I think I just had my last straw when I realized the paint job was terrible. It was so messy, I could have easily done a better job painting my nails myself. When the diamonds were placed on they weren't even in the middle! I'm not gonna lie I was pretty pissed and didn't want to yell and act like a total diva but once I had gotten home and went through my day I realized I couldn't do anything without cringing or crying. It turns out she had filed the sides of my nails way too much exposing my skin! I can't even do simple tasks like opening a door. Here's one star for the customer service. read more

I really like the nail polish selection. I got shellac nails and I like it and the lady took he r time doing my nails. She even massaged both of my hands afterward. She was nice and chill. The only done side was that I felt like she could clean it more a bit around my cuticles. Otherwise, I like my nails! The price is pretty decent and affordable! Amazing! I stopped by on a whim. The outside is nothing to write home about, but I never judge a book by its cover. I walked right in (about 1:30 on a Friday afternoon) and had no wait at all. I was surprised how clean and cute it was inside. Cong did my nails, he is the brother of the owner. They are SO clean, and friendly! He meticulously cleaned each tool with alcohol before he used them on me. It was absolutely painless, no painful over nipping with the cuticle cutters, he was so gentle. Cong did a fabulous job on my nails. He took his time and they're perfect. And for only $25 for shellac, that's basically unheard of. I'd give them a bazillion stars if I could. Great price, excellent service, and very sanitary. I got tag teamed for a mani pedi and they did an excellent job. The polish lasted more than a week without chipping. (My clumsy self usually chips polish within two or three days). The hand and foot massage was extensive and included hot stones. The Vietnamese owners were very personable and sweet. And the price was the best I've found in Seattle. The only downside was the facial lady was a no call no show that day, so I had to go somewhere else for that part. But for nails, this is my new favorite. I'll be back. read more

The only nail salon I ever go to. Do not expect a glass of champagne or anything of the like - nothing remotely close to fancy but the establishment is well kept. I only see Cuong for service so I cannot speak of the other nail techs. Nonetheless, Cuong is highly detail oriented and does an exceptional job every time. He will thoroughly examine and reinspect each nail before polish for any stray cuticles. He never rushes and is always so kind and easy going. This is no place for those who assume some sense of entitlement. Come through with some respect and you will be treated like so in return. read more

Came here the other night with friends because of the good reviews. Made an appointment for the 3 of us at 5:30. The first of us got started at 6:15... There were 2 people (and one guy sleeping in one of the chairs) working on 3 customers when we got there but one of them left after he was done. Didn't say anything to the other nail technician or us and never came back. So after she was done, she finally started on us. And I gotta say...If you want to be tortured, look no further! The nail technician who worked on us was really rough on my cuticle... so much so that a couple hours later, a few cuts started to open (see pics). While the nail technician (the owner I think) was friendly herself, she did not do a very good job. Also, the place was pretty dirty...Will not be coming back. read more

I did really like this place, I still do...but I had called and scheduled an appointment..... and i got ready and went to the salon, was on time and everything... and I walked inside and told the woman I was there for my appointment at 4:30 (I can't remember exact time). The woman looked confused, so I proceeded to tell her "I had called and I'm was the one who booked an appointment for the pink and white.... I literally just talked to you maybe 30 minutes ago?.."..., and that is when she started to giggle and tell me that oops, she didn't write me down and so they didn't have time to fit me in now because they were closing soon..... This is also where I have an issue, they advertise that they close at 6..... but they always close at 5? It makes no sense. Oh, I forgot to mention, that when I actually called earlier in the day, NO ONE WOULD ANSWER! I called, and I'm not even kidding, over 20 times. And voicemail EVERYTIME. It was extremely irritating. And when I brought it up to the woman, she laughed... that's so unprofessional. I always have seen the man when I've gone in there. And he did my pink and white pretty good, the only thing I didn't like was that he never used the little round thing to stamp out the acrylic, for where the white powdery was placed... be just placed the tips and then he basically would place the white powder and just like trace over the white tip if that makes sense. But it was fine, he always did a pretty good job.... but this lady.... she was TERRIBLE. The curve where the white meets the pink, was so uneven, it was not curved as it should have been... it was horrible...... my boyfriend was even mad about it and told me I can get the done somewhere else. I will try and find some photos because they were horrendous. And for a $50 service..... I expect it to be pretty damn good. Unfortunately, I've decided to go to another salon, Sola Nails. I'm very loyal to my nail tech, and this one was just disappointing to say the least. When I can't get at least one damn answer and I'm calling a business, I'm not going to waste my money because it clear that they don't care too much when it's brought to their attention and the owner just hehehe. And forgets to write your name down... I mean it's just rude and really their loss in the end of a loyal customer... I found this place once I moved into the neighborhood, have tried out other places, but I keep coming back. I have only gotten manicures and pedicures, but they are done with quality and consistency every time I go. They also do beautiful nail art / designs. The color selection is great and the prices are reasonable as well. read more

I hate it when I step in the door, the staff asks me what I'd like, I answer with a DIP manicure and regular pedi. They get the pedi done and then admit that they don't do dip, but they can get the look with acrylic. I should have left, but I stayed and had an awful manicure read more

It's right across the street from Safeway - parking lot is tiny, but it works. Great service from your typical Vietnamese nail salon (not that I've gone to a lot of them)...it's nice that you get a quick hot stone massage to your legs included for the price of your pedicure ($22). read more

I consistently get great service and results, mostly for pedicures but I've gotten a couple of manicures there as well. The place is small but clean and very affordable. They even do a hot stone leg massage as part of the pedicure, no additional cost. The gentleman who owns the place is very nice and he's the first person to correctly address an ingrown nail issue and now I've never had to deal with that problem again. His wife (?) is also very good and pays a lot of attention to detail and my nail polish always lasts (good colors and quality!) They also do wax, but I haven't tried that although they seem to have quite a few customers who come in for those services. read more

I have a place I usually go to for fills in Issaquah but I rand out of time and popped in here. It was very clean, and they were able to take me right away. The man who did my fill was nice, we didn't talk much but he seemed to appreciate my business and go the extra mile for my more than my usual place that I pay much more at. By far the worst nail place I've ever been to. She cut too deep where both my finger and toe were bleeding. The french manicure also was badly done. The white polish was smeared, making the french manicure looking cheap and unprofessional. I'd never go back here again. read more
