I returned at time appointment was expected to end (90 mins later) and when it came time to pay, three hours later, two other ladies were now working and rang me up for more than was quoted. I questioned why the price difference and showed what was quoted to me multiple times. The lady who provided the service and told us the prices remained quiet and the lady who might have been a manager just said sorry for the mistake and made no effort to unqire or ask what she had said. From running late to not honoring or intentionally misquoting prices prior to services being completed, to taking much longer than expected, we will be going elsewhere. Too many great options.

She got me in so fast, and I could not be happier with everything. Her space is *pristine* - I have never seen a nail space so clean. I'm talking hospital-level clean. It is so clear that she is passionate about what she does, and her skill level is next level. She shaped my short, natural nails perfectly, and even identified some high stress areas (I work with my hands) and filed in such a way to reduce future breakage. We did a beautiful semi transparent pink polish that complimented my undertones, and she suggested a subtle French tip which I absolutely love. The end result is a super subtle, super beautiful "my nails but better" look that I adore. My only gripe? - that I live in Philadelphia and she's in Seattle and I can't see her every two weeks. Over the summer, I got a classic gel manicure and gel pedicure here for a special occasion. I was excited to give this place a try as I read the good reviews under new management. I came early morning and was the only customer inside. During my pedicure, my toe was cut and it started bleeding and hurting. I understand accidents can happen and was calm about it. However, I was then surprised that the tech tried to hide the mistake by pouring blue liquid over my toe whenever I looked away and moving on with the rest of the pedicure as if my toe was not bleeding or in pain. It was stinging from the liquid. The tech tried to cover up their mistake so I wouldn't notice but I spoke up multiple times to say that my toe is hurting from the cut and there was silence from both techs who were doing my manicure and pedicure. They continued on without pausing and checking to see how I was doing even after I told them it hurts. I was very uncomfortable throughout the rest of the service. I fully paid for my services $100+ at the end including tip but did not leave satisfied. No discounts were offered and I barely got an apology. My toe was in pain as I walked away and was so scared of it getting infected. I don't think this is acceptable service. There was a lack of accountability, professionalism, and care/comfort for the customer.
