I ended up booking an appointment and went back midday on a Monday. The ambiance is incredibly relaxing and feels much more like a full spa than a typical nail salon. I booked a mid-tier pedicure and it was amazing. When you arrive, you get to curate your experience from their herb, scrub, and tea bar - smelling everything and choosing your scents before even picking your polish. It's such a fun and thoughtful touch. The service itself felt truly luxurious. The massage was fantastic, the chair reclines fully, and I ended up dozing off with a heated eye mask and neck pillow. It really feels like you're being taken care of from start to finish. My nail tech was wonderful - she walked me through each step, explained what she was using, and was attentive the entire time. I got the Little Mekong River pedicure and I will say hands down this is not just a pedicure, it is a spa EXPERIENCE. You start by choosing different aromas and flavors for oil massage and then choose flavors for the herbal soak. They'll later boil that tea into a container and pour it into the tub so you can soak your feet in it. After the nail cutting and feet repair, they lean you back on the chair almost at a lying position and give you a luxurious warm heavy eye mask, a warm neck pillow and proceed to give you a relaxing massage on your feet, legs and neck. They also have a steamer near your feet area and apply a patch to detox your feet. I had the pleasure of having Joyce work on me and she's so serious about making this an unforgettable experience. I've been to the Little Nail Room twice now and the first time I went they were very busy for the holidays so my service felt a little rushed. I got gelX extensions with a star design on each nail and it didn't look entirely like the inspiration photo, but I could tell the nail tech was a bit stressed and they still turned out cute, just not how I imagined. However, when I returned to have my gelX extensions removed, Tommy took his time to make sure my natural nails were okay and provided such good customer service :) I appreciate how clean the space is and how you're immediately greeted and offered something to drink. I had my first gel-x experience here and I'm not sure how I'm feeling about it. After sitting with my nails for a few days, I do have some concerns with the technique used. The nails were applied before cutting my cuticles, which I think made the trim less effective...4 days post mani I had visible cuticles on each finger. I also think perhaps too much glue was used to secure the nails because as you can see in the photos, some of the nails are horribly angled and look very unnatural. I will say the tech did a pretty good job with the design based off the inspo pic I showed him. The establishment is very modern and cute, but for the price I paid and what I got, I am disappointed unfortunately and will likely go elsewhere for future nail care. read more

I decided on the Bình Tây Market Manicure, which comes with a sugar scrub, a hand and shoulder massage, and my favorite part... a paraffin wax soak! While I was getting my manicure, I kept noticing all the thoughtful details in the space: the towels, the wooden spoons and bowls, and just how beautiful and calming the whole shop feels. The space is beautiful, well decorated and comfortable, and they manage their ventilation exceptionally well. I live nearby and booked an appointment last minute for the Little Saigon pedi and the Tân Định Market mani. While I was waiting for my services, the sweet woman who greeted me gave me a tour of what the upgraded pedis entailed and I decided to go with the Xin Chào Sapa pedi instead. The whole experience was magical. This was hands down the best mani pedi I've ever had. I felt like I was inside a spa and each menu item was carefully curated with the client's relaxation in mind. With the upgraded pedis, I was given delicious warm soy milk to enjoy while I was getting my toes painted. Tommy was my nail tech and even though my services went past closing, nothing was rushed or skimped on. I would have given Little Nail Room 5 stars, as I've had impeccable service there. If you can - request Wen or Cloe or Joyce, as they're the best people who have worked on my nails. However, last time I was there I got subpar service. This was a new person to me and the first thing they did was cut my finger. They filed my finger flesh too hard and drew blood. On more than one occasion they used a file on my actual fingers instead of my nails - which was strange since I don't have calluses and my hands are pretty soft. The actual nail treatment wasn't as tight as I had experienced previously. By the end I could see gaps from my nail and the polish - so my nails look like they were painted a week ago instead of being fresh. I'm still going to return, I just hope they can get everyone on the same level. read more

I wanted to find a good, quality nail salon as a surprise for my girlfriend's HRT anniversary, and this nail salon goes above and beyond. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in, and they gave us options for tea/coffee/ or water. All the staff here move around, doing different stations, but they do it with an amazing sense of time, so you're not just sitting there for a while. Everyone seems to have their little specialties. My girlfriend ended up getting the gel-x manicure with little flowers at the tips. I also wanted her to have a spa day so I got her the Ben Thanh Market manicure experience, which she loved. It included an exfoliating scrub, clay (I think) arm mask, oils, a massage, and warming gloves over collagen gloves and a final lotion. They rinse your hands in a basin and she got to choose the scent of it, like, wooowww. She struggles with dry skin but after coming here, her hands are incredibly soft. I cannot get over how trans-inclusive this place was either! Sahar was the one who greeted us, and was so supportive the entire time. For example, my girlfriend didn't know what base coat to use under the design she wanted, but Sahar gave her a suggestion, and she loved it! She diligently checked in every single time that the technician left the table and she seemed so excited (literally GIDDY) for her when it was done.
