Listing from Heav'nly Donuts website claiming location open til 10pm today.

I used to love Heav'nly Donuts, but in the last 6 months it seems IMPOSSIBLE to find a location that is open when the hours listed on their website and/or on Google maps claims they're open. Today, for example, Google sent me to a location that was allegedly open until 8pm. I arrived at 7:30pm and it was already completely closed--clearly the employees left long ago--and when I checked their website, the hours listed there were until 10pm?!?!? Seriously, I just want some doughnuts. Please update your website and listings on Google etc. so a girl can get her doughnuts!

    Coffee Roll

So why Heav'nly? Better coffee than Dunkin's. A wide variety of flavored hot and iced coffee. They also have Cold Brews, and frozen coffees. They also have a good variety of donuts, bagels, and other pastries. But the variety is just the beginning. The donuts are fresh, soft and a decent size! Aside from the donuts, they also have breakfast sandwiches that use REAL eggs. You can get them on an English muffin, croissant, or bagel. I recommend getting a "Barnyard" on a bagel. The prices are still very reasonable, even with inflation. The facility and bathrooms are clean, and the staff is quick and courteous. The dining area could use an update. It's not dirty, just dated. Maybe a paint job / some decor. Nothing that would dissuade me from eating there or not coming back. I highly recommend stopping by if you get a chance.

Best donut place in the Merrimack valley! A must! Coffee is strong. The food is all made in the store and not from frozen like Dunkin's.

Best breakfast sandwiches around, service is fast and I have no complaints. Gotta try the donuts next.

It is attached to a hotel and restaurant but was super photogenic and modern. The latte was really,…read morereally good. I was really impressed. I got a salted caramel latte with almond milk, half sweet, and it was perfect. The food was less impressive. They had to remake my sandwich because I asked for no cheese... but oh well, it was okay.

The hot lattes were flavorless and so mildly warm with actual cold spots, we wondered if ice had been put in them despite Not being iced coffees. The cold brew was no better in flavor. This is a Lavazzo espresso in an Italian-leaning shopping piazza, ya gotta get the coffees right, signores. Mingua. Then after a lengthy amount of time, our pastries were collected. All of the almond croissants looked as if entire bags of confectioners sugar had fallen open on them. Also a strange, not almondy flavor to the least-snowy almond croissant we paid an arm and a leg for and threw most of it away. Not worth the calories. Ditto the chewy and chocolate-lacking chocolate croissant. One spot of chocolate inside, horrible bready chewy exterior. These are croissants! Should be light and flaky by definition, even an Italian version. Not sure if Tuscan or hotel kitchen is at fault, or if they are shipped in from elsewhere, but the baked goods were baked bads. The avocado toast slice with tomatoes was the only winner in our entire order. We had been looking forward to trying this hotel cafe since it opened, and it was not at all worth our special stop or money or parking fee today. With so many cafe options, there is no need to give this another try when almost everything was a big letdown. If you are staying at the hotel, this may be the only game on the block, but I'm sorry to say they need to improve the service, efficiency, quality, and flavor. To put Artisan in their name is wishful thinking at this point.

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Thank you for the amazing service.

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.
