I absolutely love the French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese and the coffee, highly recommend.

I am not a huge fan of any of the Perfecto's as I feel their bagels are far from what I would consider a "New York Bagel." There are many places in the area that have a better bagel and that is the base of anything that I would order from here. Whether it was a chicken salad sandwich (All white meat, celery, carrots, sesame seeds, mayo with and sweet onion dressing) which I find to be "watery" or the Tuna Salad (All white tuna with celery, sweet relish, mayo and a touch of dill) which I don't like because I don't like dill. That is not their fault. But the tuna is very strong to my taste buds. The Freezato which is their version of a Frappachino is decent although you don't have a ton of swirl flavors to choose from. This might be my new favorite coffee place. We've been twice now in just two weeks. The first time we got two iced coffee drinks: a cupcake flavored latte and the standard freezato. Both were perfect for a hot day. We also had the farmer's special which is egg, bacon, sausage and cheese on a french toast bagel with a side of syrup. Brilliant idea and perfect execution. The chicken pesto sandwich was every bit as good. We added bacon and tomato. On out second trip we repeated the chicken pesto sandwich, because it was that good. This time we also tried the blueberry cheesecake muffin. Oh. My. God. Best muffin ever. Also new for us here was the Cubano - another excellent sandwich. Service was friendly and helpful, if a tad confusing when ordering in person. You order the food first at the far end of the counter then order your coffee at the cash register and tell them what food you ordered. Ordering only was very straight forward. Inside was nicely air conditioned and provided a great spot to view all the tummy looking pastries. I very nearly went for the blueberry cheesecake muffin. They just can't make a cappuccino. They just make it like a latte. On time I order a cappuccino and they wrote latte on the cup, when I corrected her she said oh yeah I know it just didn't make sense. I Have gave them the feee back and a tried it multiple times just because it's convenient on the way but today i realized they just don't have it down or understand how is made or how it should feel( not super heavy). Milk ratio is too much to the rim of the cup and no foam, it tastes like warm Milk even though I asked for an extra shot. half of the staff is friendly. read more

I've been coming to Perfectos for years now and I always love my food and coffee. They have such unique coffee flavors that are brewed in the beans (no extra syrups for flavors), and my coffee is always made well. One complaint on the coffee is that they don't carry oat milk, which is my dairy free milk of choice. Their bagels are always delicious and freshly made in house. I can never pass up their French toast bagels (pictured below). Prices are reasonable and food comes out quickly. I always go back for coffee when I'm in town. read more

The food and coffee was okay but thats not my freakin problem with this joint. My freakin problem with this joint is simple : they f*******cked up my breakfast sammiches order. In the interest of accuracy - they should invest in a numbered system like that of a deli. 1st thing the coffee tastes as if it is dumped my mouth into a bowl of chemicals. I would rather drink 10 gallons of gasoline then drink another coffee. I usually get my coffee black but here I suggest you tell them to hold the coffee and bring a glass of milk. 2nd the sandwich was okay, I understand that there were a lot of other customers but how long does it take to properly toast a bagel. So very disappointed! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! The customer service is awful. I used the online app to place my order. I paid for the order and within 10 minutes I get a call from them accusing me of not paying for something. I tried to explain to the caller that I made the selection on the app and paid the amount listed at checkout. I arrived to pay for the items that did not "ring up"correctly and decided to talk to the manager about the rude call I received. He was worst than the person that called me. He was rude, condescending and loud! I'm not sure if you realize how many restaurants are going out of business due to COVID and how lucky you are you got my business. Worst of all - the bagels sucked! They were stale and bland. Supermarket bagels are fresher and tastier than the garbage they sell. Sexy. Charming. A fan favorite. No, I'm not talking about the latest Hollywood heartthrob. I'm talking about Perfecto's in North Andover. My husband and I sleepily walked in here one Sunday morning a few months back hoping to get a quick bagel and perhaps a coffee. We didn't set our expectations high and figured this would just be like any other cafe we'd flirted with over the years. I was shocked at the line, but we weren't too familiar with the area so we waited. The line moved quite quickly and before we knew it it was our turn. I typically stick with my normal everything bagel; but when I saw the jalepeno cheddar I couldn't resist. Hmm, what for cream cheese? I usually opt for chive... they had bacon scallion... I went for it. I ordered a "Jamaican Me Crazy" iced coffee and went to secure a highly coveted table to wait for my bagel creation. And then it came. Fresh baked that day. A perfect mixture of savory and spicy. I devoured every last drop and sipped my delicious coffee as I marveled in the thought that I had found my new breakfast spot. I don't care for flavored coffee, so I went for the Breakfast Blend when I mad a quick stop here. It was ok. Slightly better than Dunkin Donuts. The highlight of the visit was the chocolate raspberry muffin. Big chocolate chunks. Good raspberries. Muffin was a perfect size. Not too small and not the size of an infant's head. When trying to place a phone order for pick up, multiple times i was put on hold for at least 5 minutes, hung up on and ignored. When texting the orders, they never went through. This little store is tucked into the corner of the Butcher Boy Marketplace. I lived in North Andover for 2 years before I even knew it existed. This is where I would head with my friends after double sessions cheerleading in the summer to eat all the calories we had just burned in bagels, muffins, cookies and frozen coffee deliciousness. It's a nice escape from Dunkins, Starbuck's, and Bruegger's! Just thinking about those peanut butter cookies and snickerdoodles makes my mouth water! read more

As a mother that desperately needs coffee on an hourly basis and is constantly toting two kids alongs that would rather eat a bagel with cream cheese and a donut rather that have anything substantial, I like when coffee shops serve more than donuts and pastries (so I can eat too :). These guys have salads, paninis, soup (in the winter) all sorts of sandwiches and the stuff's not bad! My fav is probably the waldorf wrap, super duper yummy. The portions are outrageous, with a little price tag to go along with them. The coffee is ALWAYS fresh and yummy, a big plus for me since I drink the stuff black. The smoothies are way over priced :( but that may be my only big complaint. Tip* Get a muffin!! Tables and chairs over look the Butcher Boy parking lot, so when it's nice out you can do what I do and get some sun while your kids harrass the birds. We went on a Saturday late morning. Yes, it was busy and I won't take that away. However, we were asked what we wanted. We started with a pastry order she filled 1/2 of it and handed it to another clerk and walked away. The woman she handed it off to yelled it out like it was our entire order. She then wouldn't take the rest of our order, she gave us the "one moment" finger and then proceeded to start working on the coffee orders for other customers. Both clerks forgot we were even there. They were rude and obnoxious. We walked out and left. If this is typically a busy shift then have people on staff who can handle it. I'm not one to go there but my husband likes them. I question whether he'll go back. He said, "I shouldn't have to ask people to take my money." read more

Stopped in Perffectos today for the first time. Upon checking in to Foursquare , I opened a 'special' that said I get a free muffin with my coffee purchase. AWESOME, I thought , and decided on which muffin I wanted. I ordered a pumpkin spice coffee with light cream and sugar. When I showed the lady the offer on my phone, she consulted with someone and they said 'Oh thats an old offer." Hmm... this was peculiar, I thought. Is the price of one muffin worth the scathing review I am about to put on yelp? Really, is it? After a minute or two, the lady came back and said 'What kind of muffin do you want?" I was very pleased with their decision to honor the special, because I really didnt want to have to write a bad review over a .14 cent muffin. All in all, I was very pleased. The bagels here are truly first rate, and I consider myself very picky on this topic. They even come out of the freezer a year later and toast up great. Highly recommended. I'm so sad about how downhill this place has gone over the past couple of years. I used to go out-of-my-way to get to Perfectos and grab an iced coffee on a very regular basis. They have a wide variety of great coffee flavors, delicious muffins (the best is lemon poppyseed) and their bagels are pretty good. They also have an olive pimento cream cheese that is awesome for olive-lovers like me :) I used to rave about Perfecto's to my friends and make everyone go there with me for coffee. i USED to. The quality of service here is no longer worth going out of the way to get to. The last bunch of times I was in, I stood at the bagel counter for a few minutes before any of the girls even acknowledged that I was there, then they still made me wait longer to be helped. The coffee doesn't taste as good as it did to me before either. I wish I could still recommend this place to you because I used to love it so much - but the best thing that I can say for it now is that at least their service here is better than at their location in Andover. read more

The coffee from here is okay... yes the sandwiches are great but the coffee tastes cheap and their service does not make up for it. A smile wouldn't hurt them to give to a customer.
