I like the food and coffee here but, the service is disorganized especially with mobile orders. I tried to pick up from the window and was told I had to come inside... my food was ready within 2 minutes of getting inside so I'm not sure how that would have been different if I had ordered from the window. I then waited for my coffee.. I had to ask for it after a few minutes and no one was working on it. Hopefully just working out some kinks with the mobile ordering.. may just stick to ordering when I get there. read more

Ice coffee here is flavorful and amazing! I tried the cinnamon bun, yum! I also got a Portuguese English muffin, like sweet bread, with egg, cheese and bacon. I've been coming here on a non consistent basis for a few years. Overall, I would suggest coming here if you're looking for a new coffee place with a drive thru. They have a ton of ground coffee flavors, which actually taste like what they state!! A couple nice options for vegetarians and gluten free diets. I just wish they had gluten free bread to fit my dietary needs. The only breakfast option I can get are hashbrowns, which are good. I would come here more if they had actual GF breakfast options. read more

Stop by the drive Thru on Thursday 7/21 heard two girls laughing it up over the speaker so i kind of new this would not be the best iced coffee ever. Ordered medium iced coffee with 2 Splenda and 4 milk. Ended up 4 Splenda and dark coffee or Ordered iced coffee it was 97 degrees there was Hardly any ice so not very refreshing. Made this a stop on my dessert tour but because their drinks are so deliciously dessertish! I just love their breakfast sandwiches too. Heav'nly Donuts has become part of my daily commute, and I wouldn't have it any other way. The drive-thru never has more than one or two cars in front of me at 8:15/8:30 and it's obvious that the staff are the reason why. They make me feel like a part of their morning every day with friendly voices and faces. My coffee is always made exactly how I like it and the seasonal flavors are delicious! The yogurt parfaits are better than anywhere else and don't get me started on the sandwiches and hash browns...YUM! read more

While the drink selection is good, it seems that a lot of employees do not want to make the drinks that require more time - or, let's face it, more clean up - at this location. It seems inconceivable that ALL blenders could be "broken" at the same time... They offer a large option of blended drinks but never seem to be able to produce. Also, while it is understandable to have a cut off time for these cleaning-intensive products, a half an hour+ before closing seems excessive. read more

Beautiful place with many choices BUT the crew can't make a iced coffee for the life of them . I'm not saying everyone but the crew this day my lord . Let's just say I ordered two medium ice coffees both were watery I tasted no coffee . Donuts stale as heck and mind you it was 12pm . I used to work at a donut shop for 12 years and a coffee shouldn't taste like this and I get donuts sit out but my god ... I don't even want to go back to this location . I really want to one star this place, but that might just be my annoyance talking. Where to start? In the realm of first world problems and paying people to make you food there's not a lot that peeves me more than inconsistency, and this place is about as inconsistent to every other Heavn'ly I've been to as they come. I get my order as I ordered it about 10% of the time. Today I went in and asked for a "bacon sausage egg and cheese with extra cheese on a toasted croissant"... The girl at the counter wrote it up and brought it to be made... Didn't say anything at all. When I get the sandwich I tell the kid making it that it was supposed to be a toasted croissant to which he responds: we don't toast the croissants. 1. Really? Because Pelham St. Does... 2. Why wasn't I told this at the counter when I ordered? Get in the car, open the sandwich: no extra cheese... 'KAY... Other times it's been a wrong coffee or the sandwich is on the wrong bread.... And it only ever happens on the morning shift. The crew that's usually there between 2/3:00 and close usually nails it. Other times it's been bad attitude or being told "I don't know what that is" when ordering the same thing I ordered two days prior. I'm pretty well done with this location and will drive the extra ten mins to the Pelham St. location from now on. read more

We try to come here instead of Dunks just to help the smaller local businesses. The donuts are pretty good, though not Donut Shack levels of awesome. If you want one thing to try, go for the Portuguese sandwiches. Coffee-wise I find they cannot nail a "regular." There is always too much cream, no matter how it is phrased at find of ordering. As such if we really want to play it safe and get a coffee, that sometimes makes us search it out elsewhere. read more

This place is 50/50 with their coffee orders. I have been here 50+ times and out of those my coffee orders have either been half right or wrong. They don't punch the New England Coffee cards when they sell new England Coffee.... Not a fan of microwaved egg for their sandwiches but thats just me at least there real eggs. Staff needs to relearn how to behave and retrain on food safety. I waited about 5 minutes to order as the workers finished their side conversations first. After I placed my order, the worker then makes my coffee and stuck her bare hand in the cup to remove the ice. I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm assuming she forgot I asked for less ice and just noticed. She then proceeded to cap it and shake it all messily. The cup was so messy she used her dirty shirt to wipe it down. I threw away the coffee right away. I can't imagine what they do to the food or donuts behind closed doors. Nasty won't be back ever again. read more

Manager is great, funny lady , last week had to stop in at 3:30 AM to pick them up and she was there waiting for me ready with my order,,even gave me her cell phone number so I could text her my order the night before if it's larger than usual.... Very quick in the drive through, the line moves quick most of the time. Workers can prevent shitty customers. Coffee is always good, I usually get iced banana foster. Breakfast sandwiches are by far much better than DD. I'd recommend trying it if you haven't. read more

I frequent this local donut shop a few times of week since they open early, have great breakfast sandwiches, and delicious pastry, muffins and bagels. And I prefer to support local business. Despite having a multitude of fresh coffee flavors, I usually stick to one flavor since that seems to be the only one that hasn't tasted burnt. For awhile I kept giving the cold brew a chance but it also had a harsh flavor. One issue I've had is despite ordering the same thing, I'm charged a different price each time. My order ranges between approx $6.50-$9.50. I'm usually on my way to work and don't care enough to fight the few extra $$ but I later wonder why this happens.... read more

I know it's a tough year but it's no excuse to throw the towel in entirely. I use to like this place. It was my preferred breakfast location for years. Sent dozens of people here off vouchers. Every employee has a bad attitude but Mark. Every time I get a bacon egg and cheese on anything they give me a grease dipped sandwich with nearly raw bacon. Regardless of asking for light or well done bacon it's very evident they take a hunt of meat plop it in the center of the sandwich and mash it together. Do you understand how disgusting it is to eat a sandwich drenched in grease around the corners to get to a center of nearly raw bacon. Bruh. They don't even try to spread it out when it's not busy it's even worse. Barely even wrap the sandwich in an outer wrapper. Things falling apart. But y'all manage to glue the bacon to the top part of the sandwich so it's absolutely impossible to take it apart and accordingly distribute said bacon across the sandwich more so reasonably. I would of gave you 2 stars if you didn't change donut distributors because your new people suck. You taste the fish market grease on the donuts just terrible. Like their hot coffee and iced coffees (especially chocolate raspberry) and love their breakfast sandwiches. Donuts and pastries are very good and fresh. They have hard boiled egg and fresh fruit also. Parking is kind of limited, but I tend to go on off peak hours to avoid the crowds/limited parking. My only major concern, is when you sit outside, the yellow jacket bees are all over you. I always have to go back inside within a few minutes whenever I try to enjoy my coffee at their outdoor tables. Don't know it it's the flowers they plant, the sweet pastries, or what, but the bees are definitely a buzz kill (pun intended) when they are in your face. Four stars for the food and coffee, and minus one star for the bees. read more
