I cannot begin to express my satisfaction to the servers at Top Donut all of them. They go above and beyond for customer service. The coffee is delicious and ranks #1 as my 1st choice. Super fluffy and delicious donuts! DO NOT get this location confused with the Lowell location, it's like night and day. Different ownership! We got a variety box and it was amazing. Their glazed donuts are to die for! The store is very clean and decorated very nicely. Staff is super kind and welcoming! Will definitely come back to try their drinks read more

While the donuts here are delicious the rest of my order was just okay. I got the vanilla crème donut and it was super yummy. My hot latte was lukewarm and very milk heavy. I also got a bagel with cream cheese and was disappointed to find that the cream cheese was on the side. Service was super fast in the drive through at 7:30am on a weekday. There were a few tables to sit and eat inside as well. read more

I'm usually a regular that comes in early morning after my night shift, ambiance is nice inside the store checkerboard floors and nice music. But the service is 50/50 I usually order the same thing every time I come around and every time I come after work they always give dirty looks. Last time I ordered Nutella and fruit, They gave me old bananas and strawberries, they tried to hide it with a heavy amount of chia seeds but once I bit into the bagel the fruits were warm, old and mushy I usually don't have problems with them but after getting bad attitude and old fruits they for sure upset read more

This place hits the mark. A grand slam! Delicious donuts, delightful staff (who says service with a smile is extinct?!!), excellent prices, and convenient with plenty of parking! Tried them for the first time today and will definitely be back. read more

I have been going to this establishment for quite sometime now. Their coffee is always fresh and delicious and the donuts are much better than competitors. The cream or marshmallow donuts are delicious but so are other varieties. The employees are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Top Donut. read more

New location from this family-owned local chain with the same great donuts AND inexpensive, tasty coffee that you are accustomed to having at TD. The interior is really nicely done, clean, lots of seating, and lots of parking. Quick service, as usual. What I really like about this location is the updated feel of the whole shop. Lots of fun new seasonal donuts, espresso-based drinks, and other extras like acai bowls, breakfast foods, and the super-delicious "creamy bun," which is a glazed donut with your choice of ice cream filling, all heated and sealed in like magic. TL;DR - A fresh take on a local classic, same sweet family and warm donut shop vibes. Best place to stop and munch a minute on a weekend morning with the family. read more

These are the best donuts in town if not in Massachusetts in my opinion. The people who work there and own the place are unspeakably nice. Coffee is made to order and they do not screw up like other places that will remain nameless. Lots of variety and exciting things on the menu all the time, including, but not limited to seasonal specialties. You can actually pre-order the donuts. They have also different flavors and they're super fancy. I love this place. read more

The donuts were not overly sweet, which I liked. The chocolate cruller was my favorite since it was a moist spice cake. The bagel & lox sandwich had only a few tbsp of flaked salmon, and my bacon, egg & cheese sandwich sadly had no cheese. It was overall okay. read more

Always great coffee and the freshest donuts EVER! The drive through is always quick moving and staff is super polite.

Best egg sandwiches of all the fast food places around. Dobuts are lighter tasting and not heavy on the stomach.

The best donuts by far! I love the buttercrunch and chocolate stick. Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee is also very good. There are plenty of seats inside and a drive through. Don't hesitate to check this place out!! read more

Fantastic! Drove past the new Top Donut in Dracut over and over and never stopped in. Wife and I always went to Einstein Bros. Bagels in Chelmsford for our weekly Bagel and cream cheese but something changed there and we decided to explore. Top Donut has large, fresh, tasty bagels and the bagel sandwiches are HUGE. If you get an egg & cheese for example, they put two eggs on the sandwich. If you get a breakfast meat they place one egg. If I had one complaint it would be that they do not put the cream cheese on the bagel and do not cut the bagel in half. They give you a plastic knife and a small tub of cream cheese. If you want a BIG, delicious breakfast bagel try them out, I promise you will not be disappointed. Good fresh food!!! read more

Always great, speedy service. Went in inquiring about 2 items I had recently seen discussed on reviews. Jamaican Me Crazy Cold Brew (hints of vanilla, caramel, and mocha) which is delicious and the Creamy Bun. The Creamy Bun is delicious. A warm donut filled with ice cream and toppings and drizzled with sauce. I got mine with Crunch-a-saurus ice cream (blue vanilla) with Oreo topping and drizzled with Caramel (which absorbs into the donut). Delicious. read more

Pretty cool little donut shop, it rivals the local Dunkys in the area ;) had a really good donut call a cinnamon twist. It wasn't overly sugary but still sweet, almost like a crossant bread twisted. Caramel lattes are great and they have regular hot tea as well! read more

I had always heard that Top Donut was THE place to get donuts in the Merrimack Valley, but never had the chance to make it to their other locations when I learned this new location had some interesting new items on the menu - creamy bun with ube ice cream?! That enough incentivized me to go check it out l, and it was WELL worth the drive. I had no idea what I was missing out on when it comes to good donuts, and living closer to Boston I have some pretty good choices around me. Once in their brand new, modern yet cozy store on Grand Opening weekend, you could see the staff takes pride in their product. I happened to go in the early evening when things had slowed down, and the donuts tasted like they were freshly baked - and they were! The owners were there and told us the Grand Opening was such a success and so busy, they brought in 3 bakers to keep their shelves stocked all day. This was refreshing to hear in the age of so many donut shops going the "limited quantities, when we are out we close up" mentality. I had my pick of all their options and didn't get stuck with the old fashion donut just because no one else wanted it. I sampled a little of everything, from the French Cruller to the Apple Fritter to a strawberry sprinkle variety. I had never had a French Cruller before and wow, no idea what I've been missing out on all these years. Light and fluffy, not too sweet, it is the Cronut before the Cronut was a thing. To wash down all the sugar I tried their Thai Iced Tea, which was a nice addition to your usual menu at a donut joint. It was a bit sweet for me, but then again I had just eaten a box of donuts, so I'll have to try again (excuses, excuses). With tons of coffee favor shot options, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches and even an açaí bowl option on the menu, there's something for everyone at this beloved donut shop and I will definitely be back. read more

I love top donut butttttttt Very inconsistent with making coffee. 1 day its good next day its not and it's 5$ for a banana cold brew with cold foam that most of the time is not made well. The banana sits at the bottom of my coffee and i have to mix it with a straw half the time and other half i don't even taste banana. When they first opened coffee was great now it's like workers throw coffee together and call it a day. Hopefully next time since it's wasn't super busy and I was the only one inline today and no inside ! my coffee will be better since I'm paying $5 for a coffee. read more
