The flavor and texture on the roast potatoes side was perfect. I'm not an acai eater normally, but the Signature Acai could convert me. We also had an iced latte and iced coconut matcha latte - both excellent. The menu is large and varied, with a great variety of bowls, sandwiches salads, wraps, tacos, snacks and all day breakfasts. We had a little trouble telling the açaí bowl options is it apart, though they all looked great, and the yummy potato side I got didn't seem to be on the menu, but those are things I imagine will be ironed out as the opening proceeds. Do ask about the potatoes! The dining area itself was bigger than I expected, bright in color and sunlight, and comfortable. One side did get a little tight on space from the line, so might be something to consider during a busy time. Ordering is at the counter, and not at all rushed as it might have been given the number of customers. The staff had the right balance of friendly helpfulness without too much chitchat, given the line was backing up a bit. Still we got through a very short wait in just a couple of minutes - really the amount of time needed to read the menu. Bathrooms were clean with all the essentials EXCEPT paper towells. Just the blower, which in the one I picked blew cold air which made it more useless than the normal blower. Hopefully they fix that and add paper towels, but otherwise excellent. Parking was the biggest confusion, but once you know it is straight forward. Unless you need a handicapped space, park across the street where the brick office building is. For some reason there are no signs saying to do this, but staff confirmed that was the correct location. There is a pretty misleading sign pointing customers to parking in the garage, but the vast majority of that parking is reserved for residents of the apartments, not customers of the restaurant. I wouldn't even try that next time there are so few spaces. A frustrating side note to this is that I tried to call the restaurant to ask where to park and couldn't find a number on the website. This was super weird, and I see I am not the only one to have this problem. They really need both a parking sign and an actual findable phone number.
