Been going here a handful of times with no problem. I decided to order something new, Ordered one of the Top 12 drinks. "The brown sugar milk tea with cheese foam" (third drink on the picture menu) this doesn't look anything like it. :/ Backstory: My husband came in to order some drinks and the staff asked with boba? He said no. When he came home, I was like what the heck is this? I texted him exactly what was on the picture menu written. On the picture, it has boba but it wasn't written out so my husband only went base on text msg. So I decide to come to the shop to ask if they could add boba. I spoke to the person who seemed like the owner. I explained the situation to her and asked her to add the boba, I was willing to pay the $1 add on. She said my husband didn't want boba when asked (implying it wasn't her fault).... Which I didn't say it was her fault, I just came back for the boba. It's not like I wasn't gonna pay for it. Her demeanor and attitude overall was not great. On top of that, the drink doesn't even look anything like the 3rd drink on the menu. She literally just took my cup pour it into a cup with boba. The owner customer service is very lacking. The experience with the staff was always pleasant... minus the owner. As for the drink, the brown sugar milk tea with cheese AND BOBA. Well, there wasn't much boba in it. Boba taste fine, but the drink was sweet. The cheese foam was good. read more

Small little shop, but plenty of seating to wait for your food/drinks or even hang out for a bit. Really quiet place, staff is super nice. The food is fresh and taste delicious! I go very often and would definitely recommend! They have lots of boba / fruity / tea drinks, plenty of food options as-well. corn dogs , waffle deserts, and my favorite spam musubi! read more

Ever since I first tried this place, I've been addicted ever since. Usually I'm not keen on going out of my comfort zone at boba shops and i usually get only oolong or jasmine milk tea. But as soon as I tried their jasmine milk tea, I knew I had to try everything else. All of their milk teas are so good and have this distinct fragrant taste to it, which I find pleasant. I absolutely love their slushies because the ice is chunky and not too smooth. And their butterfly pea tea series is so pretty and delicious too. This shop has literally opened my palette for boba drinks and I literally come here at least once a week I did try their egg waffles and as much as I'd like to add to the praise, the waffle was actually tough and I'd say Snowdaes and Sweet Journey does a better job at making them. But regardless of that I only go for the drinks anyways so I'm keeping the 5 stars read more

We went in tonight in last minute (15mins before closing) they don't even give us any hard time that the fact that they are closing, and unfortunately for them there are abunch more people coming in after us. They are becoming super busy. But never in a slightest I seen or they show how sucks is that for them that they need to stay longer because a sudden rush. Their drinks are awesome too!
