The best coffee shop in Lowell! Khmer woman owned and we love their involvement in the community. I don't drink coffee but will come here for some. The space at Western Ave is also amazing with so many different artists and creatives!

Coffee amazing- philosophy admirable. But we are never sure when you're open or closed or closing early or not using dishes for an hour prior to closing. We waited 12 minutes for 2 coffee drinks totaling $15.

I always have a great experience there. Coffees are well made with excellent ingredients. A tad expensive regarding food items.

Unfortunately, what I ordered just didn't land. I got the seasonal campfire latte with protein powder and a matcha brownie. In hindsight, I should've kept it simple and skipped both the protein powder and the brownie. The latte tasted pretty chalky from the protein powder, and the matcha brownie unfortunately seemed stale, like it had been baked a few days prior. The vibes and service were solid, so not a total loss. I likely just ordered the wrong things. Maybe we'll give it another shot and try something simpler before we head back home to the West Coast.

The first time I was there I got one of their seasonal ice cream lattes (like an affagato) and it was good two scoops of ice cream with espresso for $6 was a good deal and it tasted good as well the ice cream was good quality and the espresso was freshly and toasty. More recently I got their seasonal mango sticky rice matcha and it was very very good I would likely reccomend a matcha over a coffee if you were to come here. I had a baked good and it was only alright, I would skip it. The atmosphere is hit or miss, sometimes the artwork they have on display is nice but sometimes it is kind of freaky. It also is typically pretty hot and a little smelly with sticky tables. The staff could not be nicer though, they are very knowledgeable about the menu and are happy to help if you have questions and get your coffee ready quickly.

Located slightly off the beaten path where the former Nibana Cafe was located: across the street from Lowell's city hall, Pollard Library, and a half dozen staples of Lowell's drinking/dining district. Eclipse fills an unfilled niche for that quiet, relaxing cafe with delicious coffee in a friendly environment that's actually conducive to curling up with a great book (perhaps from your local library!) or hammering on keyboard for your job that you're tired of spending in solitary confinement at home on the other end of a Zoom call that never ends. Here's a place that's welcoming to all, offers wonderful coffee, and is an easy jaunt across the trolley tracks right off downtown. Strong air conditioning in this steamy hot summer days of 2025 also make it a great place to visit when your home A/C goes out in the middle of the summer. Getting your car fixed at VIP? Skip the god-awful K-cups and obnoxious TV talking heads and swing by here to relax and treat yourself to a great cup of coffee. Picking up some books at your local library that's noticeably missing any coffee to keep your going during final exams or an all afternoon book marathon? Come get eclipsed by friendly service and extra caffeine. Walking to Market Basket or Olympus Bakery for some tasty food or pastries? Why not treat yourself to a tasty beverage to make that short walk/drive a bit more memorable? ProTip®: while you may have your personal favorite, consider branching out a bit and trying some of Eclipse's specialty lattes, particularly the fashionable Dubai Bar latte, which has just enough chocolate and coffee to balance itself out. All in all, if you're looking for coffee and an alternative to the hustle and bustle takeout focused cafes that dominate most of downtown Lowell, Eclipse Cafe is a must-see that may just become your new place to be!

The nice woman told me that she does not have any cakes due to high customer order, but she can make me one if I can wait in 30 minutes. I got the cake after waiting and I brought the cake home to surprise my family. The decorations on the cake are beautiful and the taste of the cake is fresh and delicious. Everyone in my family enjoyed the cake. Thank you the owners of the bakery who made this cake in a special night.

Everyone knows that you have to get to a Chinese bakery early in the morning for the freshness and availability of all their wonderful delights. The dessert/cake display case left much to be desired. Again, it could have been that we arrived later in the day but it didn't seem like there was anything pleasing to the eye. Usually I get super excited and over order the typical Chinese sweet treats and end up with a box full of green tea cakes, sponge fruit cakes, mango custard, and sweet rice cakes. I didn't care for anything here except something called the "Triple" baked bun with was three separate baked buns stuck together with custard, taro and red bean filling. The baked buns are displayed on a rolling bakery cart with each group of buns labeled accordingly. There was a great variety of baked buns that included taro, tuna, hotdog, pork, and one that I've never seen before, "Steak & Cheese." We had to get one to try. Prices were a little higher than the usual Chinatown fare at $1.50 or $ 1.75 for most of the baked buns. My husband and I split a regular steamed pork bun that was filled with the usual pork filling, hard boiled egg and Chinese sausage that is common among all baos. I'm not sure if it's because we were already ravenous, but the pork bao was pretty good. I'd definitely get another one. They offer a decent menu with teas, milk teas, specialty drinks, and smoothies. I usually opt for no sugar or low sugar, but even with that, their milk tea and smoothies are just okay. The milk tea, for instance, doesn't have enough tea flavor to balance out, even when I go light on sugar. What I do enjoy, though, are the quick bites, especially the onigiri. It's a great savory option to pair with the drinks. Overall Service: It's fine. I had a quick interaction when I was in person, but I usually order through delivery apps. The food is always packaged really well, with no spillage or mess, which I really appreciate.

We got a Pink Lady, Oolong Milk Tea, Spam Onigiri, Salmon Onigiri and Takoyaki. I think the onigiris could have been better. Some of the salmon and rice fell out while taking out the wrapper. My boyfriend mentioned that the onigiris seemed smaller than he remembered. The takoyaki was good but it was a little doughy. Oolong milk tea had a stronger tea flavor, which I didn't mind. I usually don't like popping boba, but the Pink Lady drink was good.
