We got baklava, Dubai chocolate, the 7-layer bar and gelato. Everything was very average. The pastries tasted stale and "off" and left a bad taste in our mouths. Shout out to Zach for saving the day! More on that in a bit. First of all, their storefront is incredibly inviting and is spacious for all group sizes. We walked in with a very specific request to fix a cake bought from another establishment, but ended up picking up some cupcakes and boba drinks to take home anyway. The menu is relatively extensive for a bakery and surprisingly, there were a lot of options to still choose from considering we were there at about 4:30pm on Saturday evening. Most bakeries are low on inventory by that time of day but this spot did well in forecasting based on Saturday night foot traffic. Bravo! I took home a Red Velvet cupcake which I gave to my nephew later in the evening but my Lychee Milk Tea that I ordered was fire. Most bakeries can't put out decent boba drinks so this was a plus for me. Next thing. We brought in a cake that was accidentally smothered in the process of setting up for my niece's birthday party. We explained the situation to the staff (which I might add were all very helpful) and Zach came out and responded relatively confidently "I'll see what I can do" -- it was so reassuring so we were incredibly grateful. Long story short, we waited in the seating area for about 30 minutes and Zach worked his magic -- he fixed the corner of a round cake where frosting was smeared off. Not only did he assist us with such humility, but he did it with care and with the honor of service to the customers who will support his business. So -- kudos to the entire team for being pleasant, working some impromptu magic, and for putting out some really good sweets and boba drinks. Keep shining in Lowell -- I see yall! read more

Lately I've noticed more and more employees with long hair not pulled back. I hold my breath hoping not to get a hair with my gelato and wince when I notice them reaching into the ice machine. I saw the owner was working tonight, as nicely and respectful as I could approach this awkward conversation, I explained I noticed more and more employees wearing their long hair down and it gave me a bit of anxiety thinking I might find hair in my food. He told me "that's your opinion". I was expressing a concern, not an opinion. I hoped by sharing this fear that was making me increasingly uncomfortable ordering my favorite treats, he would see me as a valued customer trying to give him valuable feedback. This review really upsets me to even write as I've been a long time customer of this bakery. Going there since 2017, I have never experienced such an uncomfortable and unpleasant employee. There is a blonde worker there who constantly makes comments about political situations when this is a bakery. Just today, she yelled "Fuck Israel" loud enough for the entire seating area to hear. Have whatever opinions you want, but don't act erratic and strange at work. I don't want seemingly temperamental people to be handling food and drink I'm ingesting. The caramel brownie sundae was worth the price; seemed like the ice cream was sandwiched by two delicious brownies. The employees were friendly, polite, and worked quickly. Despite working on large orders (you can see the tickets from the seating area, so I was able to understand the wait time), they were still able to get my order out pretty quickly. There's plenty of seating area. The atmosphere is welcoming. I'm looking forward to trying more sundaes. I've had a few of their cupcakes; they're never too sweet. Prices are not inexpensive, but reasonable given variety and quality. I've chatting with the owner, who's worked after hours for months to get the new space up and running and it's clear he understands the importance of the little things too many small businesses forget: greeting your customers, offering insights to a menu, and knowing the regulars. This is a great place with a delicious product. Family sent me a cupcake variety pack. A dozen cupcakes and four Vietnamese ice coffees came delivered for my birthday weekend. Well that's it I never want a birthday cake again! Why have one flavor cake when you can have a dozen delicious gourmet cakes!! The coffee was also yummy and packaged to travel with no issues. I was so impressed with my birthday delivery I stopped in to get the same for my wife's birthday two months later. The space is big and open with tables and Wi-Fi. Great to hang and chill grab a snack. They make full size cakes in all the gourmet sizes. Staff were friendly and helpful. I got a mango smoothie and it was bright and refreshing. Absolutely delicious and absolutely precious! I was picking up lunch from a view places downtown and decided to stop for some dessert. I ordered the salted caramel cheesecake and french vanilla cupcake. They were perfectly decorated and were delicious! The cheesecake cupcake was rich and had great layers to it. The french vanilla had a great light frosting that had almost a marshmallow consistency. Can't wait to come back and see what else they have to try! read more

Stopped in on a rainy late Sunday morning. There was plenty of parking due to it being the July 4th weekend. The bakery is fairly large with plenty of seating at long tables and a very nice beach themed decor. I was grabbing a bite to go but it looks like a great spot to sit and relax. The bakery item in the display looked tasty. I ordered a ham, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I think the breakfast sandwiches may want to be removed from the menu. The bagel seemed like grocery store prepackaged quality, thin and rather tasteless. The cheese was the same. I think it was put together then microwaved or heated together as the cheese flowed like a liquid and the bagel was completely soggy. Nice place, terrible breakfast sandwich. read more

We had been looking for local bakery to get a custom birthday cake for our daughter's first birthday and wanted to keep it as local as possible. We contacted about a half dozen different bakeries in the area to get price quotes and Little Delights was the most responsive and most reasonably priced. The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. It was a three-layer cake with what I believe was a buttercream frosting; whatever it was, it was awesome, and probably would have eaten the whole thing myself if no one showed up. Overall I was really impressed with the quality of service and product that we received. Highly recommended and will use again for our next big event. read more

We really enjoyed this place on our dessert tour. It was nice to be able to support a small business. They currently seem to be moving to a location next door. Their cupcakes were good. The carrot cake one has a spice to it. Our kids got bubble teas and a fruit smoothie. Maybe because they got boba in it, it tasted like coffee? Weird that it tastes like coffee to us. We would definitely stop here again and try some of their other drinks. I love the nice selection of teas. The only thing I'd like to add, is their Macaroons were $6.50.
