I've been to this spot a few times over the years, usually when I'm in the area for dinner. Parking in downtown Lowell can be a pain, so I don't come often, but it's nice that this place is part of the bubble tea scene in the area. There are window seatings and a few tables. They offer a decent menu with teas, milk teas, specialty drinks, and smoothies. I usually opt for no sugar or low sugar, but even with that, their milk tea and smoothies are just okay. The milk tea, for instance, doesn't have enough tea flavor to balance out, even when I go light on sugar. What I do enjoy, though, are the quick bites, especially the onigiri. It's a great savory option to pair with the drinks. Overall Service: It's fine. I had a quick interaction when I was in person, but I usually order through delivery apps. Stopped by for a quick snack on the go. It wasn't busy when I arrived, just one other person there. Someone quickly took my order and everything was ready soon after. We got a Pink Lady, Oolong Milk Tea, Spam Onigiri, Salmon Onigiri and Takoyaki. I think the onigiris could have been better. Some of the salmon and rice fell out while taking out the wrapper. My boyfriend mentioned that the onigiris seemed smaller than he remembered. The takoyaki was good but it was a little doughy. Oolong milk tea had a stronger tea flavor, which I didn't mind. My son and I love onigiri but there aren't many in NH so we took the trek to Lowell and were not disappointed! Had to find street parking but there's enough if you know where to look. Ordered bubble tea and a few different onigiri to go. Everything was really good and we will be back. The price point was good too! The onigiri are deceptively filling. read more

This is my go-to place for bubble tea around this area! I usually go to the one in Chinatown so I'm glad they also have one in this location. Their black milk tea is light and creamy. I always come here for that! I also like that they brew their own tea instead of using powder. Would highly recommend! read more

They make their onigiri fresh so it takes time, by the time its done ur parking is expired. Its located in the city. I am Love boba drinks but not theirs. I like seeing the different boba shops opening up in Lowell--it gives me a reason to check them all out eventually! I have been to the Tea-Do location in Boston awhile ago, and recently visited the new Lowell location. I got a brown sugar boba which was good, and the service was kind. (Admittedly, my standard for brown sugar boba is Tiger Sugar in Boston--but this was still good!). If I am in the area, it'll give me another reason to check out of their other teas. read more

Had the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and it was delicious. Very good flavor and great service. Our drinks were out very quickly as well.

After going to the Boston location and enjoying so much, I decided to check out this Lowell place during a late weekday afternoon. Parking seemed difficult to me as it's on busy Merrimac St near the high school and college. I managed to find street parking but I think I just got lucky. It was bumper to bumper traffic with students streaming out of schools. The place was the hot spot for the after school set! There were screens playing Asian music videos. Enjoyed milk bubble tea and tried onigiri to go - those were fun eats. I saved them for next day's consumption but would have tasted better day of. Will come back if I can figure out easier parking or if I can avoid busy traffic periods. read more

Had the tiger brown sugar milk with black boba and salmon onigiri . The "tiger strips" didn't quite make it to the side of the cup, but it tasted ok. I prefer this place over Kung Fu a few doors down. The salmon onigari was served warm with a side sriracha mayo. It had nice big chunks of salmon inside. Service was ok. Weird the staff's personal items (like water bottle, drinks, phones, keys) were sitting by the pick up side of the counter. read more
