I don't know if this was a recent change, but I'm sure it's consistent across locations. We ordered three regular sandwiches, including an Italian, a steak & cheese and a super sub. We made two meals and one an individual sub. The total cost was just under $45. I was genuinely surprised by how much it cost. What equally surprised me was the amount and quality of the meats. It seems sparser than what I remember and not the same quality. The roll, dare I say it, was very subway like. It didn't seem completely done. I was disappointed. There are other alternatives that are greater value and quality.

Beautifully cooked salmon, still very warm in the case, and crisp outside and very moist and tender inside.
