Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. Almost immediately the gentleman talks me into a broccoli rabe, so I get that and what I believe was meat and peas. The broccoli was okay, probably not something I would order again...but the meat and peas was outstanding. Def would get again! While I was there I saw they had eggplant parm...which I love, so I figure we could try that as well-and I am glad I did. This was amazing. They serve it with pasta and I have to be honest, I wasn't blown away by there sauce...probably sweeter than I prefer, but with the eggplant it's great...just wouldn't get a pasta and sauce here. The place is very clean, there were no other customers so service was insanely fast. They have good parking (as long as it doesn't get too busy). Overall I left satisfied. I guess I will note, things, to me at least, seem a little more expensive for what you get...but I do know that's a function of the times we are living in and the cost of opening a new business, but I do think it deserves being mentioned.

The last time I ordered, I added a note asking to swap one grain for another and to include some extra hot sauce. A few minutes later, I actually got a call from an employee (I believe his name was Matt) just to confirm what I wrote. The fact that they called to check to make sure everything was to my liking was so incredibly kind. He was upbeat and friendly and made sure everything came out perfect. The service here is always VERY VERY FAST , the staff is great, and the food never disappoints. Definitely one of the best spots in Chelmsford. Sidenote, if you are a heat lover, their hot sauce is to die for.
