Its clearly cooked on a flat top and comes out spread out 3x the size of the brioche bun it comes on. The outside of it was crispy fried and it tasted like they used egg whites to bind it, similar to meat balls (which is not good for a burger). Their cranberry mayo was too sweet and you had to use a lot of it since the "burger" was dry AF. Its abominable. The booths or banquettes or whatever are too low for the height of the tables and it leaves an adult feeling like they're a child sitting at a table. The service was very good which is why this is two stars not just one. If i choose to eat while at the nash, i will stick with the asian place.

We walked through the door around 10am and were seated immediately. The waitress quickly got us coffee and gave us a few minutes to figure out our meal. The food was cooked perfectly and I ate it all. I had a plain waffle with the real maple syrup, a western omelette with hash and English muffin. I asked for peanut butter to go with my muffin but they put butter on it. The waitress fixed it immediately without issue. The place was hopping and for good reason. I didn't meet the manager but I want to salute him and the entire staff for how well they did. Great food, great service. I gladly over tipped as it just goes to show you that you don't need to be at a fancy 5-star restaurant to receive excellent service and food. Looking forward to returning. Vic's is in the rotation!
