Well hidden but those sandwiches are worth the trip! Their Cuban might just be my favorite sandwich!

We had the fish and chips, mushroom and ricotta pizza, Bavarian pretzels, and steak frites, and everything was delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful, too, but honestly, what made this experience so special was the hospitality. Our server, Sophia, was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, attentive, personable, and had great recommendations. We had such a fun conversation with her, and she made us feel genuinely welcomed rather than like just another table. The manager, Rachel, was equally amazing. She came by to check on us and ended up spending time talking with us, and we absolutely loved getting to know her. Both Rachel and Sophia were so warm and engaging, and they made our night feel incredibly personal and memorable. We mentioned that we were visiting from out of state on a road trip, and they were kind enough to surprise us with complimentary apple cider donuts. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly captured the spirit of the entire experience. You can find good food at a lot of places, but exceptional hospitality is what makes you remember a restaurant. Rachel and Sophia gave us exactly that. They were the kind of people who make you leave a restaurant thinking, "We're so glad we stopped here." We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Rachel and Sophia deserve the absolute best Yelp review they're ever going to get. If you're passing through the area, PLEASE stop here. The food, atmosphere, and especially the people made this one of our favorite stops of the entire trip!

We had the quinoa bowl which was both healthy and delicious as well as an old favorite, the Chicken Bayou pasta. We added chicken tenders to the quinoa bowl which were a great match. Amazing flavors. Ordering online is easy - just remember to enter that discount code if ordering on Tuesdays (I nearly forgot!). If eating in, there is a ton of parking, plus it's near a nice path you can walk after lunch (cross the footbridge). All around a good experience every time.

The menu is not huge, but it has enough for you to be satisfied. Beverages include beer and soft drinks, a small selection of wines, many of which are Portuguese, and sangria, red and white. Note that the prices of the wines and the sangria are not on the menu. We ordered the red sangria, which comes by the glass, and if I recall is approximately $9.45/glass. It's delicious and quite strong. Our appetizer was the cod cakes, which could just as easily be described as "cod cake tots" due to their size, but they're also priced "tot size" at $1.75 each. The Portuguese style meals are typically chicken, beef, or various types of seafood, generally served with a tomato based sauce with onions and peppers, on your choice of pasta or rice. Potatoes will also come with some meals. Our dinners came out VERY quickly, just about the time we were finished with the codfish tots. Dinner plus the appetizer and sangria came to about $45 each adding tax and tip, a reasonable amount for the quality of the food and atmosphere.

All our guests were very complimentary as well. The atmosphere is fabulous and the prices are very affordable. You definitely get more food than needed and the drinks are very reasonable. The restaurant equivalent of this is the 5 page ultra laminated menu that weighs 50lbs, but only really consists of the four horsemen of the culinary apocalypse: pizza, pasta, burgers, and salads. Want soup? Sorry, "that'll be chili or chowda for you pal!" Service is equally prompt and polite on first blush, but can sometimes leave you forgotten if you're on the far end of the massive dining area and waitstaff forgot their telescope they use to see you across the massive expanse of TVs and booths. Ambiance can be nice, given the feeling of eating in a greenhouse with the glass atrium style of the building. It's equally a great place to catch a game since there's literally a different TV mounted on every open wall or booth space anyone could find. My advice? Don't expect too much on the food front, stick to game nights in bar area, and don't bring anyone here thinking you're going to impress them, that's not what The Establishment is here to offer.
