Came here with family around Christmas. The holiday decor is really cute and the restaurant has a nice vibe. The waitress was lovely. As someone with celiac who has to eat gluten free, I was really disappointed they don't offer gluten free buns for any of the sandwiches. I was able to get the steak tips and mashed potatoes which were delicious. The star of the plate was really the brown sugar glazed carrots. Been there twice, and both times I was disappointed with the food. It's really pricey for what you get. Corned beef dinner wasn't that good. And their Buffalo Chicken "pizza" isn't a pizza at all. It's a loaf of bread split in half with sauce, cheese and chopped chicken tenders... Over $18 for that? Never again. Service was excellent. Live band was good. But no. This restaurant is most definitely a "Local folks" hang out and more of an appetizer / beer / cocktail / sit at the bar kind of place. We had not been in many many years, I'd say at least 15 years du to a rather unpleasant experience at that time. We received a 20% off coupon so we decided what the heck. I ordered the clam chowder as an app, it was luke warm, very thin, and not much flavor at all I would not recommend the clam chowder at all. Wife ordered the steak tips and I ordered the Guinness BBQ Bacon burger. Wife got three (3) small steak tips, mash potato and broccoli, she said steak tips were just "OK" but the mash and vegie were very good. My burger was excellent, cooked the way I requested, hot, and very tasty. French fries were also excellent. Our server was polite however not very attentive. Stopped in with Martha for dinner one night recently. PRO- Our young waitress was lovely, very nice & attentive. Nice generous pour on our wines. Martha got the steak tips, which "she had heard" were good here. And very good they were, she ate every bite, including the mashed potatoes & cole slaw that came alongside. I got the Boiled Dinner it still being shortly after St. Paddy's Day. The cabbage, boiled potatoes & carrot were very good. But... CON - The gray Corned Beef was AWFUL. Fatty, fatty, chewy & unappetizing looking. It was really inedible. I left it & ate the rest. I was bummed. Love me some good corned beef. SO - If you go, drinks & steak tips are good. My SO and I refer to O&O's as "our new favorite place." It's a lovely sports pub with ample seating (lots of booths!) and a fully stocked bar. About a dozen TVs show different sporting events and there's a generally laid-back, bright atmosphere. The patio is nice in normal weather and I've never had a bad interaction with the staff. We've tried this place several times and we get the impression it's somewhere to go to have a beer and watch a Pats game....and that's it. We've been there for lunch and dinner and we thought they had just opened: nails still in walls from previous pictures, chipped paint on walls, stains (paint maybe) on the wood beams and pillars, tears in some of the seat cushions....and then we saw they've been open for FIVE years! The food was very meh. Nothing to brag about and nothing to draw us back. The decor is trying to be an Irish bar, but comes out looking like a Paddy Trap. They do have a large bar area and a moderate selection of beers on tap, but so do a lot of places in Lowell that are right down the street. read more

We've been here a couple times and the food, wow. I mean, Wow! Exceptional food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Dinner Dishes: Collinsville Fryer- This amazingly breaded deep fried chicken was topped with ham, spinach and cheese, served over seasoned mashed potato, drizzled with garlic wine sauce and a generous amount of bacon to finished off this mouth-watering dish! Balsamic Chicken Ciabatta Pizza- Grill chicken, spinach, cheese and with balsamic reduction on ciabatta bread. Oh my is this good. Breakfast Dishes: Berries & Creme French Toast- Fresh fruits on a warm fluffy french toast. A perfect Sunday morning dish. Breakfast Blend Skillet- On this loaded skillet we got some ham, bacon, bell pepper, potato, onion, cheese and scrambled eggs. Yuuuum! Drinks: Bartenders needs work though. All of the drinks we ordered were not mixed well. Overall Service: A bit slow. From ordering, to getting our drinks and food all the way to just getting our check. Unfortunately my most recent experience at the restaurant was not very favorable. 4 of our 6 meals ordered had to be sent back due to improper cooking (chicken hard as a rock- overcooked) (steaks well done when rare was ordered). The waitress was great and took the items back, however we did not reorder anything else since the waitress notified us that the items would likely come out the same way due to the way the food is cooked. I went to your restaurant today around 7PM and asked for a table for two. The hosts seem confused finding a table and then said we need to clean a table for you and we said ok. Then along comes a couple behind us and they said table for two. The hosts go no problem and seat them but say they were in front of us but hosts say we're cleaning there table. We said what we just want any table? Why didn't they seat us and clean table for them? The experience was shocking, confusing and dame right ignorant. We walked out!! You may not care but that one experience means we will never go to your restaurant ever again and we will tell whoever. Unbelievable but oh well... Came to Owen & Ollie's for a dinner date with my best friend. I live really close by and had actually never thought about stopping by. Can only speak on dinner and dessert, I wasn't able to try any drinks. For dinner I had the "Steak & Fries" the description alone sounded so good. Basically NY strip cut up over french fries, with gravy and also cheese pieces. It was served hot on a skillet. Tasted wonderful. For dessert had to try the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich. Over all menu seems pretty good. Server could've been a little more attentive but this is like a small local place. Will come by again to try some other meals! read more

We had my granddaughter's graduation party here last night!!! The function hall was perfectly set up when we arrived. beautiful linens, China plates, amazingly friendly and helpful staff!!! The food was the most amazing food I've EVER had at a function!!!! The appetizers were delicious and plentiful!!! They appetizers were SO good most of our guests thought it was the main meal. Then they brought out the main meal...OMG the food was incredible!!!! The manager was so helpful and staff so accommodating....I was more than impressed. Burgers are the best on that side of town. Family-friendly and the selection of cold beers were excellent; service was expedient and attentive. The house salad and the nachos leave much to be desired. A word to the kitchen: pimento olives on nachos do not mesh well with the flavors. Try avocado or guacamole instead. Pimentos are more present in Spanish cuisine, not Mexican-style food. read more

Great bartenders and good food but tiny frauds behind the keno station. As avid keno players, we always play the same numbers and are sure to check and double check to see if we have won anything at all. Two dollars is two dollars, four dollars is four dollars, whatever. It's still a winner. Knowing we had won at least two dollars, our tickets were turned in and as the slips came out we noticed the keno girl took the payout slip and tossed it. Skeptical that we hadn't won we decided to check online. Sure enough we had won $4. With no way to prove it we mentioned it to the manager, denied a refund for the four dollars and have decided never to return. We've been here 20 times or so? We got the meals several times, but normally we sit at the bar and have drinks and light food (salad and the chicken tenders maybe, which both are great). We've never had any issues here, The have alot of space inside which is hard to tell from outside. In the summer they have patio seating which is pretty nice. We were visiting friends who live in Dracut, and they wanted to take us out for a meal. I'm glad they took us there! First they were able to get us a table for our party of 8 on a Friday night at the time we wanted. Kudos!. Next is the beers on tap menu. It's not the largest selection, but still plenty of options. This was the neat part. I didn't know what type of beer I wanted. So I told the waitress to ask the bartender to find one based on my style. She came back with a couple of taster glasses to see which I wanted. Both beers were fantastic, and exactly what I was looking for! I order both beers, with the second one coming after the first selection. Now for the food. As was said earlier, it's a fairly expansive menu that changes routinely (I don't know how often because I don't live there). We started off with an appetizer of corned beef spring roll, which were awesome. Nice flaky filo dough along with a tangy mustard dip. Loved them for their originality. Next we shared a bowl of clam chowder. I thought it was a lovely texture - Not too thick and not too thin. Nice chunks of bacon potato and clams. Next was the Collingsville Fryer. The plate portions are HUGE, so I'm so glad we shared this. Very tasty. The fried portion of the chicken was not too heavy or overcooked. We both loved. Overall, I would make this my weekly "go to" restaurant if I lived in the area. I'd probably put on 15 pounds in about 3 months, but man it's be worth it :) Definitely will be back when I visit my friends again. read more

Yes just comfort food at a price. Steak dinner comes with one side only' dinner rolls salad are extra. Other establishments it would be included for the same price. Atmosphere is good service was ok but the staff was very busy. They must be doing something right because the place was full. My family and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and we had a great experience. The booths were large and comfortable and the TV's at at each table were a lifesaver for keeping a restless little child under control. The place had a rustic feel to it with exposed beams and high ceilings. My dad ordered the firecracker shrimp for an appetizer and I wasn't expecting much but it was surprisingly delicious. I ordered the Cottage Pie for dinner and it was awesome and so filling. I ended up taking half of it home because I was so full. I would definitely order it again because it was a little different from the typical Shepherd's Pie. Parking was easy, there's a nice, big parking lot.
