As locals in Dracut we decide to come back several times to this establishment. We love to support the local restaurant around. The One thing I would say about this place is , We love the drinks and we usually just do the apps. I gave it a 3 star on my review but as we came a few more times our experience was better and the service last time we had was awesome so I am changing my rating for this place. Keep up the awesome service guys !!!!

Steak tips, mashed potatoes, brown sugar glazed carrots

Came here with family around Christmas. The holiday decor is really cute and the restaurant has a nice vibe. The waitress was lovely. As someone with celiac who has to eat gluten free, I was really disappointed they don't offer gluten free buns for any of the sandwiches. I was able to get the steak tips and mashed potatoes which were delicious. The star of the plate was really the brown sugar glazed carrots. If you are able to eat gluten, the onion rings my family ordered looked amazing

Service: Lauren was great! Very fast service and super friendly. She made sure everything came out good and the food was hot when served. Food: Food was delicious. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and loved it. Flavorful and filling. Everyone else at the table had no complaints either. Atmosphere: Cool atmosphere! They have outdoor seating now with Covid and they respect Covid precautions. The have a big keno screen, a tent, and lights. They also have live music. I'll be back soon!

An obvious old tear in the cushion they never repaired or replaced.

We've tried this place several times and we get the impression it's somewhere to go to have a beer and watch a Pats game....and that's it. We've been there for lunch and dinner and we thought they had just opened: nails still in walls from previous pictures, chipped paint on walls, stains (paint maybe) on the wood beams and pillars, tears in some of the seat cushions....and then we saw they've been open for FIVE years! The food was very meh. Nothing to brag about and nothing to draw us back. The decor is trying to be an Irish bar, but comes out looking like a Paddy Trap. They do have a large bar area and a moderate selection of beers on tap, but so do a lot of places in Lowell that are right down the street.

Owen and Ollie's looks small from the outside but it is surprisingly spacious from the inside! It has a fantastic dining setting with a cozy pub feel for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We've been here a couple times and the food, wow. I mean, Wow! Exceptional food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Dinner Dishes: Collinsville Fryer- This amazingly breaded deep fried chicken was topped with ham, spinach and cheese, served over seasoned mashed potato, drizzled with garlic wine sauce and a generous amount of bacon to finished off this mouth-watering dish! Balsamic Chicken Ciabatta Pizza- Grill chicken, spinach, cheese and with balsamic reduction on ciabatta bread. Oh my is this good. Breakfast Dishes: Berries & Creme French Toast- Fresh fruits on a warm fluffy french toast. A perfect Sunday morning dish. Breakfast Blend Skillet- On this loaded skillet we got some ham, bacon, bell pepper, potato, onion, cheese and scrambled eggs. Yuuuum! Drinks: Bartenders needs work though. All of the drinks we ordered were not mixed well. Overall Service: A bit slow. From ordering, to getting our drinks and food all the way to just getting our check. We got the same pleasant waitress twice, it's just, everything took a while.

Went for dinner with a party of four. All of our food was good. Service was excellent. Ambiance is old but still classy.

Wings: Good on quantity, but kinda soggy and not much texture, as if they were quickly reheated frozen tenders that just happened to have bones. Burger: A little better. Nice double smash with just enough crust and a moist interior. Nothing special beef blend-wise. Puffy bun. Minimal melt on the cheese. Fries: An easy $1 add-on to the burger but very very processed, and the coated kind to boot.

Service at tables is sub par, slow and not managed well. Not one visit. Multiple visits. We've been there more than a dozen times. It's such a unique place that I want to succeed desperately. Sometimes it is full and super busy but overtime. Some of these issues will catch up with them. It's a management issue. Food is consistent, tasty pub food at a relatively good price point. The challenge is food getting to the table in reasonable timeframes, hot and on time (apps not arriving at the same time as main course). There is an issue with the clarity of the service model. This past Sunday evening is a great example. Not busy. Server more focused on closing at 5:45pm than our table. Didn't see for long periods. We were at a table next to the bar and I saw our beers and wine.l sit there. I ended up getting them myself. One of our three appetizers came out ahead of time the other two arrived with dinner and they were warm at best. When dinner did arrive, the onion rings were cold. There seemed to be a manager, more concerned about busing our table and less about our status. In a past visit, a manager acknowledged the challenges we had and offered a gift certificate. I said it wasn't necessary. I just want to provide the feedback because I love the venue, the beer and the pub food. What is necessary is how fundamentally look at how they serve their customers consistently.

You do have to be a member to enter please note that. $10 for the whole year…read more I'm obsessed with their sweet potato fries they're crunchy and they have some saltiness to it! They are + $2 though. The grilled chicken sandwich is always so good however the chicken to bread ratio is a little off but a great price. Vibes are great, live music all the time

So be aware if you sit in the sand section, we almost thought about moving. Probably would be avoided if we sat on the deck or inside. The service was good, never got the servers name tho, she had a weird attitude almost but still seemed nice. Checked back pretty frequent too. Drinks were very good, the mudslide was delicious and so refreshing on a summer day, didnt taste too strong either. We got the calamari to start - probably the most chewy calamari we've ever had which my gf wasnt too fond of. Apparently you could get it lightly fried or deep fried which we overheard from another table but our server never mentioned that. Ours was probably lightly fried. Still decent calamari. For entrees we got the baked haddock and fisherman's platter. My gf said the baked haddock tasted very good but maybe could be a little bigger in size. The fisherman's platter was a generous size and the shrimp that came with it were huge. The fries could have been seasoned more and some of them weren't exactly hot but still pretty good. I wasnt blown away by the fisherman's platter overall, ive definitely had better ones. The breading on all the fish was also different, hard to describe. Most of it seemed to fall apart which is what you want though. It seemed like this place had a nice selection of food on the menu so I'd come back and try some more. This place being right on the water definitely adds to it and without that, I'm not sure it would be as good or worth coming back a good amount. They also had live music and it seems like they have that frequently. I'm sure this place could get crowded on the weekends.
