Average at best. Beer is very good with some exceptional highlights such as Temptation, Opportunity and more. Service at the bar is good, sometime amazing and sometimes stretched. Service at tables is sub par, slow and not managed well. Not one visit. Multiple visits. We've been there more than a dozen times. It's such a unique place that I want to succeed desperately. Sometimes it is full and super busy but overtime. Some of these issues will catch up with them. It's a management issue. Food is consistent, tasty pub food at a relatively good price point. The challenge is food getting to the table in reasonable timeframes, hot and on time (apps not arriving at the same time as main course). There is an issue with the clarity of the service model. This past Sunday evening is a great example. Not busy. Server more focused on closing at 5:45pm than our table. Didn't see for long periods. We were at a table next to the bar and I saw our beers and wine.l sit there. I ended up getting them myself. One of our three appetizers came out ahead of time the other two arrived with dinner and they were warm at best. When dinner did arrive, the onion rings were cold. There seemed to be a manager, more concerned about busing our table and less about our status. In a past visit, a manager acknowledged the challenges we had and offered a gift certificate. I said it wasn't necessary. I just want to provide the feedback because I love the venue, the beer and the pub food. What is necessary is how fundamentally look at how they serve their customers consistently. read more

Spacious location with easy parking, fairly close to the Pheasant Lane Mall. Temptation is a tasty brew. Others I had on my flight didn't wow me as much. Wings: Good on quantity, but kinda soggy and not much texture, as if they were quickly reheated frozen tenders that just happened to have bones. Burger: A little better. Nice double smash with just enough crust and a moist interior. Nothing special beef blend-wise. Puffy bun. Minimal melt on the cheese. Fries: An easy $1 add-on to the burger but very very processed, and the coated kind to boot. read more

Pretty solid brewery with a great atmosphere (super light/bright, clean, fun wall art etc), good selection of beer/wine, and a standard American/traditional menu. I stopped here on the way up to North Conway with my friends. We arrived around 7pm on a Thursday so it wasn't too busy, but the upstairs was closed off for a private event. The main sign said to seat yourself but we were told it was still full service. After settling in and browsing the menu, we placed our orders which consisted of some beers, the pastrami sandwich, sausage and onion pizza, and grilled chicken salad. Although I only ordered the 5 oz size of their Pump Tyng beer (I'm not big on beer but wanted to try something seasonal/festive), they ended up giving me the full glass, so I just split it with my friends and we all got to try it. For a beer, it was pretty good- flavorful, not super alcoholic at 5.5% I enjoyed my pastrami sandwich and onion rings, had plenty leftover for late night snack/early breakfast the next morning. My friends enjoyed their pizzas and salads too. They have a nice merch section up front as well. Price-wise, it's pretty much what you'd expect from a sit down brewery, so overall good value for money. Great place. One of the finer Oktoberfest beers that I have tried in recent years. Nice and malty, fresh. Sausage and sweet pepper pizza was tasty and abundantly covered with toppings. We visited on a rainy weekend so it was PACKED - but the staff was attentive. We tried a little bit of everything - including the pickle pizza. It was smaller than we expected but it was yummy. I saw this place in passing and thought I'd stop in. Very glad that I did. It was rather busy as expected for a Saturday afternoon, but I was still able to find a good seat near the bar. The staff were attentive and helpful even while it was busy. I started with a beer flight after the server gave me some great advice as a new visitor. She did a stellar job with her suggestions and I ended up getting a full pour of the flagship beer. I'd go back for that brew alone and I'm NOT a big beer person. The beer menu is extensive so I'm sure any beer fan will find a brew they enjoy. The food was just as good. The avocado crips were hot and delicious and the pizza was soooooo good. Very New England. And a single order is more than enough for two people. Now, keep in mind, this is a popular brewery, so it's going to be busy on a Saturday. Plan for that when you visit. It can be rather noisy, but I could still hear the surrounding music and enjoy the screens as I sipped. We were able to sit in the patio area because the weather was good, but the have propane heaters in case it's chilly. We had some flights of craft beer while deciding on our food orders. The apps of fried pickles and fried guacamole were excellent. There was live music but you'll need to sit inside in order to hear it. This is a large space, and the service was friendly. There were different rooms of seating. Some had soft light and other rooms had fluorescent lighting with long tables. It had a cafeteria like feel with the fluorescent lights. I have been to other breweries where it was industrial but had a soft inviting ambience. The food wasn't horrible, but nothing stood out. I have always wanted to drink here and thanks to the Hops on Hops challenge, I made Epigram my final stop. My sister's bf enjoyed the Temptation, which was an IPA. First time here and what a nice place. Unfortunately it was snowing and raining today so we couldn't take advantage of the outside seating, but we chose a table close to the window so we could watch the snow. There is wait staff but you're encouraged to find your own seating. Each table is numbered so I expected to scan a QR code to order, but as soon as we got our coats off and settled in our chairs, a host came over with menus and let us know our server would be along shortly. We shared a couple of appetizers and each tried two different beers. The beer menu has many options and pours are available in 5 oz., 8 oz., and 16 oz. pours. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was typical bar food-we chose pretty basic items but I noticed the pizza and salads at the table next to us-the salad was big and the pizza looked delicious. We were regular customers here. Loved the beer and the food and bought multiple gift cards for people. However, we went in on a Wednesday afternoon around 1pm and ended up leaving. The woman working near the door was wonderful and friendly. We went and sat at the bar, there were only about 6 other people sitting there. We sat there for about 15-20 minutes waiting for the bartender to acknowledge us. He kept walking back and forth by us, never looking at us and kept helping other people. He was too lazy to help us for some reason. Everyone is usually so nice here, so we don't know what his problem was. We saw the person who was waiting on the tables have to go behind the bar to get their drinks himself, because the bartender was so lazy. Someone came in to pickup food and he stood there having a conversation with her. He went and asked the other customers at the bar if they needed refills, while still ignoring us. A man came in and sat at a table and got helped right away by someone else. We were going to go sit at a table so we could get service, but just decided to leave. This is my first time here since they opened last year I believe. What a cool place! Major Mighty Squirrel vibes but in a New Hampshire border way. Big open garage doors, dog friendly patio with turf, 2 levels of seating inside and and open brewing area without the smell of cleaning chemicals. I came to this brewery by mistake almost. I had gone to the Costco in Nashua to get some things and the place was busier than a Black Friday or day before Christmas. So I left my cart and made my way to epigram. When I got there the place was very busy yet there were still seats available. I bellied up to the bar and ordered myself a beer flight. I must say that the beers here were amazing! I consider myself a beer snob, as people will see from the different reviews I have done, but what they do here is really special. The beers are crafted with care and thoughtfulness and not just a fistful of ingredients and mass produced. Surprisingly a friend of mine who I regularly see in my home area was there as well. She suggested I try the pizza as it was their favorite and I had to oblige. I got a pepperoni pizza which was a nice New England pub style thin crust pizza with loads of pepperoni on top. It was crispy and greasy and salty and oh so delicious. I will certainly go there every time I go to Costco and I suggest you do too read more

Love it when you can find a kid friendly brewery with a lot of parking and some great food. The cheese pizza was the highlight due to the cheese on the crust which was amazing but in close second place was their chicken wings with garlic parmesan. The wings were perfectly cooked and very tender and moist. The sauce was really good and everything was made in house which we enjoyed. The beers were great too but I'm a lover of sours and they only had 1 at the time but they're currently making more and can't wait to be back. If you're looking for a brewery where the kids can stretch their legs and rum around when the adults are drinking then look no further and check this brewery out. My husband ordered a drink and the truffle - mushroom grilled cheese special. It was the only grilled cheese on the menu. He explained that he likes the flavor of truffle, but not the texture of mushrooms, so please hold the mushrooms, and please do use the truffle oil. His sandwich was full of mushrooms, but they were pretty easy to pick off because the cheese was still cold, unmelted slices, so the mushrooms hadn't melted into the cheese. Good thing, too, because we didn't see our server for quite a while, so there would be no timely way to send it back. I ordered one of the bar pizzas. It was serviceable. Not great. Not delicious. Epigram brewery has got to be top 3 favorite breweries I've been to . It's spacious , clean and has outside seating which is a plus. Something that stands out to me is the indoor seating has cute&comfy couches to lounge on. Aside from the interior let's talk about menu and pricing . The first time I went , my friend and I got a flight of beer I believe it was around 11$. Super fun idea to try 4 of their drinks before purchasing one! (Or many lol). If you like fruity beer try the guava temptation! Now for the food. Everything on the menu seemed delicious . I tried the pickle pizza, and as a pickle enthusiast I was over the moon. One of the best pizzas I've had hands down. I can eat the whole thing in one sitting . (I did) I also got the fried pickles as well and let me tell you they were phenomenal. I'm sure kinks will continue to be worked through, but a large crowd turned out for opening night and they weren't disappointed. The staff did a great job keeping the taps flowing and the pizzas firing. This far, the Elaborate DIPA was a personal favorite alongside the standard cheese bar pie. Warm nights will have folks on the large outdoor patio enjoying the fresh air and string lights, while several large TVs, board games, and conversation will keep the main floor plenty busy. Food came kind of late and all together. Cheese curds (6/10) were good and came with marinara which was whatever but fine. Garlic parm wings (2/10), the actual fry and meat were fine but the sauce on it was yellow? Garlic parm is two ingredients, come on. Fiancé ordered the honey sriracha grilled chicken sandwich (1/10) with truffle fries (6/10). She had two bites of her sandwich because it had that weird yellow sauce on it and it was so thin and over cooked. I ordered the firehouse smashed burger (2/10) with loaded tater tots (4/10). The patties weren't smashed at all and had no seasoning. The loaded tater tots were a joke. Bacon bits, raw onions, and canned cheese wiz on top. CHEESE wiz lolll We got our utensils finally and our server admits she never punched in the Passionate beer and blamed the bar. My Passionate beer finally came once we were done eating and from another server. I told him we been waiting over 45 mins for that beer and I didn't want it anymore, they removed it from my bill. Total with tip was around 100$ and I was just happy to get out of there. This is my second time trying this place out and this time I was giving it another shot. That bar pizza isn't good at all. The food and drinks were good for the area. The service on the other hand....awful. Our server was Sarah and she was the least attentive server I've seen in a long time. She barely stopped by the table and when she did, she had an attitude. We started our meal by mentioning that we wanted to do multiple flights but didn't know what we wanted and asked for suggestions. She took our flight orders in front of us and then at the end said "if you are going to order another flight, use a flight card.". She didn't tell us that there were flight cards and she took our order with no issue at first but wanted to give us a snarky comment after we ordered.. we would have filled out a flight card if we knew we needed to but she didn't tell us until after. We had to flag down other employees for assistance as she wouldn't stop by. The visit would have been better if the service was better. She rolled her eyes when she would decide to stop by. This is an excellent spot for both beer and food. Great beers, and a wide variety of types of beer. They do flights. The Bar Pizzas are great as is the rest of the food offering. Good service overall, too. This is a family friendly spot with an outdoor patio. Will definitely return. read more
