Service at tables is sub par, slow and not managed well. Not one visit. Multiple visits. We've been there more than a dozen times. It's such a unique place that I want to succeed desperately. Sometimes it is full and super busy but overtime. Some of these issues will catch up with them. It's a management issue. Food is consistent, tasty pub food at a relatively good price point. The challenge is food getting to the table in reasonable timeframes, hot and on time (apps not arriving at the same time as main course). There is an issue with the clarity of the service model. This past Sunday evening is a great example. Not busy. Server more focused on closing at 5:45pm than our table. Didn't see for long periods. We were at a table next to the bar and I saw our beers and wine.l sit there. I ended up getting them myself. One of our three appetizers came out ahead of time the other two arrived with dinner and they were warm at best. When dinner did arrive, the onion rings were cold. There seemed to be a manager, more concerned about busing our table and less about our status. In a past visit, a manager acknowledged the challenges we had and offered a gift certificate. I said it wasn't necessary. I just want to provide the feedback because I love the venue, the beer and the pub food. What is necessary is how fundamentally look at how they serve their customers consistently.

It had a bit higher ABV than usual at 7.9% but I noticed that most of navigations brews are a bit higher in the ABV category. Navigation is pretty bare bones, there's no food, although sometimes there are food trucks. Navigation is dog friendly indoors, and the people were fun.!

But I liked the Black Cherry seltzer, love fruity drinks and tasted like it sounds. The jukebox turned itself off around 9pm and last call for drinks was 9:30pm, brewery closes at 10. Just delightful. The beer was good too, but the food clearly blew everything out of the water. Getting to finish off the meal with affordable 1oz pours of TH Handy rye and Old Fitzgerald 11 was a fantastic experience. You can tell the servers are very proud of their Indian food too. Throughout the planning process, we worked with the owner, Will, and General Manager, Andrew, who was organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Communication was always prompt, and he made sure every detail was addressed leading up to the event. On the day of the party, Bobby, Stan, and Jordan were outstanding. They helped everything run seamlessly and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Their knowledge of the venue and event hosting made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The food was delicious! Our guests enjoyed various appetizers, pizza, chicken parmesan and pasta primavera. The cookies and brownies served warm from the oven for dessert were a particular highlight and the perfect ending to a wonderful celebration. Everyone who attended was impressed by both the venue and the exceptional service. We utilized the Full Tank Room and a portion of the patio. Our guests are still talking about it!
