We've been a few times and most of the food is always excellent. Usually busy but very accommodating to even larger groups. The often 30-45 minute wait has always been worth it. We've tried the following: Crispy fried ribs - like an elevated version of a Chinese spare rib, delicious! Blistered shishito peppers - delicious flavor! Fried chicken sandwich - Good flavor but falls apart as youre eating it. Id suggest a better bun and less honey. Tacos - what you expect at a place like this. Average at best. Ranch hand steak frites - excellent Prime rib - excellent Blackened Salmon - excellent Nachos with chicken - excellent And probably others that I cant remember. We've been a few times and enjoy it each time. Our out of state family visitors always love this place as well. Good welcoming environment for kids too. They usually have corn hole and some disc sliding game for anyone to play. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. read more

What a grand place in all things. I did a lot of field work throughout Texas and Louisiana years ago and this brought back those memories. The ribs, beer and service were all fantastic and our family get together was extra special for it'. Next time we hope to get an outdoor table by the pond. As a Texas girl I love me some BBQ! I have been wanting to get here since it opened and we finally went. We were able to get a reservation as a party of 9 which was great on a busy Friday night. We tried a few tasters of their beers and enjoyed a Road to the Son a grapefruit beer and another I forget the name but was a delicious Belgium triple. We also got cocktails- the Paloma margarita and spicy margarita were favorites. We got the nachos for the table and meat on it as well as the guac and salsa for dipping were awesome and the tray of nachos was shared by the entire table. I got the single meat brisket plate, more than enough to share I took the leftovers home. The brisket was tender and delicious! I REALLY liked the spicy pickles and I got sweet potato fries for my side which were yummy. The guys got different burgers which they all loved. My friend did the single meat pulled pork and she loved it and also had leftovers. The kids got kid's meal burgers and fries and were very happy with them. I loved the decor, the western paintings and cowboy hats, etc there was live music and two long shuffle board tables the kids enjoyed. The bar was massive and packed. I would come back and sit at the bar for sure. There was also a nice outdoor patio overlooking the water. Our service was great. He was patient with multiple tabs and kids etc. It took awhile to get entrees but we didn't mind we played shuffle board and had beverages and nachos. Despite being full we had one of each dessert for the table. The skillet cookie was a favorite but the toffee cake pudding thing was a surprising hit it was kinda like a brownie with toffee around it/not really pudding to me... it was topped with ice cream it was amazing! First time here and we were impressed before we even got seated! The dining area here is open and spacious and very clean. There is a very large bar at the center and the kitchen is very open as well. Our server, Connor, was extremely helpful and attentive without being overbearing. He definitely made our first experience here a great one. The prices seemed a bit high until we received our orders. We had so much food! It was delicious!!! I ordered the small platter that let u try the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. It was sooo good! I loved everything except the coleslaw and thats only because i don't like extra creamy coleslaw. The serving sizes were huge and you definitely do not leave hungry. Hubs had pulled pork and others had the chicken sandwich and country fried pork chop. Everyone enjoyed their food. This is still a go-to place, but a couple times now the brisket was good, but not fantastic. It just didn't melt in your mouth, maybe a tad overcooked. The food was excellent and much more than typical barfood. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries seasoning was amazing. My friend ha the Salmon Tacos and raved about them. What a gem of a bar! The western theme is nice, open, down-home, and beautifully decorated without feeling overdone. I arrived early and grabbed a seat at the bar, where the bartenders were warm, friendly, and attentive. Once our table was ready, the great service continued. Our waitress was fantastic knowledgeable and personable enough to talk me into a bourbon flight. Great decision! For food, we started with chips & guac and soft pretzels, both solid starters. I went with the pork tacos for my main, while others at the table opted for burgers. No complaints whatsoever, except that we all ate to much. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food. I love the atmosphere in here the decor is well done and feels cowboy chic without being corny or overdone. The bar area is great it is huge and has plenty of seating and a nice upscale casual vibe and the bartenders do a great job at being attentive even though it is a huge bar. Also the Lost Cowboy lights on the ceiling is a nice touch very cute and cool. The waitstaff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable I have never been here a time where the waiters or waitresses weren't very kind, funny, attentive, and knowledgeable of the food and drinks. Also, the portions are pretty massive and everything is good, I'm not usually a huge fan of cornbread or coleslaw but it was really excellent here I ate all of both, the cornbread is sweet, buttery, and fluffy and the coleslaw wasn't overwhelmed with dressing. The pickles were good, the pulled pork was very flavorful and was a generous portion and the Mac and cheese was really good I would definitely reccomend that as a side. My bf got the brisket tacos and said they were super delicious and I had a bite and agree! Overall great restaurant and look forward to my next visit. read more

We decided to try this place one night after realizing that Willie Jewells had closed across the street. That place was fantastic, authentic southern bbq--I have no idea why they didn't make it. When we walked in the door, I saw a signage indicating they were affiliated with Buckley's. I've seen so many people rave about their steaks and have really been wanting to try them, so I immediately had very high hopes for the bbq. I got the combo plate; the ribs were tender inside, but they lacked much flavor and outer bark was tough and difficult to chew. The brisket was good, the pulled pork was average. The onion rings lacked flavor too. Biggest disappointment of the meal was the cornbread. It looked like it had been run over by a truck, it was barely a half inch tall, super dense and completely devoid of flavor. Their pricing would have been reasonable if the meal was good, but I felt like it was a big waste of money. We ended up having to get sandwiches for dinner on the way home. our server was very good overall, with great engagement as we placed our order, but she didn't come over to check and find out how the meal was for us, which kind of surprised me. It seemed to escape her notice that most of the food was left barely touched. It's unfortunate, because it's really changed my mind about even trying Buckleys steakhouse. read more

But I do advise anyone who is celiac to ensure you ask about shared fryers etc before you order anything fried from here. The coleslaw is really tasty and I enjoyed the pickles as well. The ribs had a delicious sauce but some of them were really hard to chew through. I still really liked the taste regardless. I also got double mashed potatoes. Service was friendly and the venue is huge. We showed up on a Saturday night around 5pm with no reservation as a party of 4. We started with the Nachos with guacamole and salsa, which were both delicious, perfect with the American Lager beer they brew, I just love beer!! The large, vibrant space is bold with a cowboy theme nestled in a New Hampshire small town. The brewery's beers are good, but I haven't fallen in love with one. Luckily, there is a wonderful selection of New England craft brews and more. Cocktails are nicely crafted with fresh ingredients. The food is of quality and what you would expect in the MT family of restaurants. Enjoyed wings, chili, pretzels and burgers. All nicely created and relatively good value. Typically, there's a manager checking in or making sure the food is delivered and timely way. That's a great indicator. Most of the bartenders are truly exceptional and super attentive. It's just, we've had some very slow bartenders that were less attentive. Their peers make up for it and checking in on us. This past weekend, we saw many large tables that were left unbussed for quite some time. To get to a five, really need to see that next step up in service. Upon entering it was clear the attention is on the inside appointments. Really great but not over done. Waiting earea was comfortable and not cramped. 2:00 on a Saturday for 2 had a 20 min wait. Sat at a hightop which was great. Bar is extensive. So many whiskey and bourbon offerings. They are a brewery but we did not choose beer. The food was fantastic collectively. Cole slaw (per husband 7) was not the best he has ever had but a good solid Cole slaw. I had potato salad and other than my mom's this was a really good red bliss potato salad. I ordered the half platter to sample ribs, burnt ends and pulled pork. All were good the pork was great. Onion rings were good as well. We will definitely be back when in the area. Games were on tvs, music playing but still quiet enough to talk. They had shuffle boards and corn Hole boards. Clean bathrooms and interesting seating options. We were looking for a bar with something to do. A local family member mentioned Lost Cowboy since they have had Cornhole, darts and shuffle board. We showed up on a Friday around 6pm. Seemed busy with a large parking lot with a bunch of cars in the parking lot. When we went in, greeted and noticed how large the seating area and bar was which included seating at the bar for 80. The whole place was very much looked like being in Nashville with the decor. We sat at the end of the bar. Noticed the Cornhole had been pulled up to add more tables for seating. Never saw the darts and 2 shuffleboard tables. Immediately upon seating, a bartender offers to help with drinks and provided water. My partner ordered a beer, Maine lunch. Bartender came back with the beer. Unfortunately, that's the best it got. From there, things took a turn for the worst. That bartender never came back to ask if I wanted a beer or food. After 20 minutes, we had to flag another bartender down for a drink for me and an appetizer, green bean fries. Another 20 minutes, had to flag the bartender down again to order dinner, brisket(not tender), pulled pork(extremely salty - so much so you could feel the crunchy salt grains when you chewed), and ribs(had to bite and pull off the bone). Mac and cheese seemed to have chopped Cheez-Its on top. Best part of the meal was the cornbread and collard greens(albeit watery). No asked how the food was or if we needed more water or beers. Again had to flag a bartender down. To pay, same thing happened, flag down the bartender. Always ask ourselves, would we come back. Unfortunately, no. read more

We just had one of the best dining experiences and delicious food at Lost Cowboy Brewing. It's hard to see this gem from the road but once in the parking lot -- which was pretty full -- you begin to sense that this is going to be an amazing experience. There is outside seating off Round Pond -- with 2 fire-pits and lights to top off the ambiance. Inside the restaurant, the attention to detail is endless -- from the booths to the immense wrap around bar -- to the massive fireplace with leather couch and seating -- to the chandeliers and even a gaming area. The food was amazing -- one of my sons had the 1/2 rack of ribs which fell off the bone and the side Mac 'n cheese was amazing; another got the smoked brisket which was so tender it melt in your mouth and the collard greens were yummy; and another had the ghost pepper burger which he said was one of the best burgers he's every had -- all delicious! I had the Cowgirl Cobb Salad that could've fed 4. We got the smoked ribs and the Buffalo cauliflower for apps - delish (so good, I ended up buying the spices that they sell). And we literally took a bag of food home!!! Service was amazing -- we thought we'd have a long wait to get a table -- yet it was the opposite -- instead we got a 6-seater booth immediately. Our Server was amazing. And while it's not the cheapest meal -- it was great value for the price. What a memory -- we'll definitely be back. The service was great! We really enjoyed our waiter and the atmosphere was sooo nice. A great place for big outings if you have a large group. The bar itself was very nice and the games were fun as well. Food is pretty good. I recommend the pretzel and nachos and corn bread. Drinks were also good as well.
