The head brewer Sam was so nice and answered all my questions over Instagram, which ultimately led me to pick here because he was so responsive and knowledgeable about the business. It is such a cute establishment and it was Busy at the bar. They have a lot of good beer options you can select for your beer flight. The beer flights you choose from is a 4oz pour. The flights is 4 beers. They neatly write up all the beers on the chalkboard. He also have karaoke! We got the white chocolate, cider, donut, Magic, sour apple. Sour apple and the cider donut was delicious for my taste buds personally but they all are good. It was so fun to try and taste with my family. The food was exceptional and everything came out very fast. The Caesar salad was huge and it comes with fried chicken or grilled chicken. The new honey chicken wrap was exceptional. I loved all the layers of flavor inside this wrap. It comes with a side of sweet potatoes and salad. You could use your dressing from Italian or ranch and balsamic. No let me tell you about the PBJ burger, it was different and the finish was sweet but it's delicious and it didn't clash at all. The wings were very tasty and the fries were also seasoned well. Food was really a disappointment here. I split the pretzel app with a friend and that was about the only good thing food-wise here. Ordered the chimmichurri wings and they were soggy with almost no sauce on them. Couldn't eat them. I also got the beef tacos and they had zero seasoning on them. I got one flight of beer and then a full pour of the pumpkin beer. Beer was okay, nothing to write home about. Overall, I wouldn't go back as I spent $150 with little to show for it. read more

First time here. Grabbed a table outside as it said to seat yourself. We had looked at the tap list before coming, so I went inside to the bar to order the first beers and see how food ordering works. I wait a couple minutes, the bartender? comes over to ask me "what's up?" and I say that we've grabbed a table outside, I haven't been here before, is there waitstaff or should I order here? They say they'll meet me outside in a couple mins and hands me menus, I say I know what we'd like to drink first if I can give that order; I wanted the lemon head sour. They tell me there's no lemon head and ask if I looked at the menu online, to which I nod. They tell me the list online isn't right, so I head back to the table with the menus to reconsider. I still think the staff is coming out right after me. Five ish minutes later a different person comes out, apologizes for not noticing us and she'll be our server. She takes our drink order and heads back inside; several minutes later the manager comes out to check if someone's taken our drink order yet and we affirm. Several more minutes our water and beer arrive and we put in our food order. They have a separate monthly specials menu and my partner gets the BBQ brisket nachos, and on the menu description it says it comes with one side, and asks for fries. Server asks if he wants a basket of fries because the nachos don't come with a side. We point out that the menu says it comes with a side. Server takes the menu to look over while saying that she's new and still learning the menu, but she sees that it does say that and writes down the fries and heads back inside. Couple minutes later she returns to the table and says that the nachos don't come with a side, these are new monthly menus and it's a misprint; so do we want a basket of fries. We decline. .... It's the 19th of the month, how is the monthly specials menu new more than halfway through the month? And it's your mistake, that you've not corrected for more than half the month, you'd expect them to still give the fries. But, whatever, we don't like to make a fuss. The beers were okay. The nachos arrive and the first think you notice are huge pieces of raw white onion that are bright pink like they've been sitting ing in beet juice. The meat on top is dry from sitting under a heat lamp, but the nachos are cold, as is the pan; the chips are chewy like they're stale, cheese around the edges is burnt to the pan. We tried and it was terrible. Server returns and we tell her they're cold, she says that can't be, they just came out. My partner picks up the pan and server acknowledges that he shouldn't be able to pick up the pan if it really did just come out of the oven. Few minutes later the manager comes out to apologize and tells us how it really did just come out of the oven but he was talking to the cook and they were wracking their brains and it must ve because the toppings are cold and go on top of the nachos after they come out of the oven, the cold/juices must have cooled it down too much. We say it's not just that it's cold though, the chips are stale, and he says that the cold juices must have done that too, or it wasn't cooked long enough. After we point out the burnt parts he says, must have been the juices, but we've got another one cooking for you and we appreciate you letting us know. The next ones were absolutely hot, still not good though, chips still stale and meat still dry. I appreciate they tried to fix it. But I guess the thing for me is to just admit you made a mistake. Don't tell me cold onion juice made the whole pan cold and the nachos go stale; they sat under the heat lamp too long. Don't tell me your specials menu is new when the month is nearly over; your menu has an error and you didn't bother to go through and strike it out. Everyone's human and things happen, just own it. And how expensive are fries anyway? The server was new/learning, and doing as she was instructed, she did her best to give good service. read more

Not an overly large venue but comfortably sized. 14 different beer offerings + cider and mixed drinks. Sheryl had a flight and enjoyed every selection. Second time here, completely different and unpleasant experience. Came in 5 mins after opening, took 20 minutes to get our flights. Another half an hour for food and they got the order wrong. The "pizzas" are not pizzas, by the way. The beers - half are good, half are sweet things made with marshmallows, funfetti cake (??) and similar nonsense. Came here with my mom for dinner on a nice summer evening, she insisted to bring me and that I tried the caesar wrap. The service was wonderful and there were multiple employees that checked in on us. I can vouch for the amazing food (we also got the quesadillas) and the positive vibes with some live music. Checked this place out for trivia tonight. Trivia was amazing but they were very short staffed. We are an understanding group but it took a super long time to order even a first round of drinks. Meanwhile, there were large tables that never seemed to have an empty glass while smaller tables went largely ignored through the night. We also left inexplicably smelling like fry oil. read more

I brought a group of girls out to Nashua for a birthday celebration mystery dinner and we hit a couple breweries prior too. We stopped at Liquid Therapy which was very apparent, they know what they are doing. We almost wished we didn't have dinner plans already to stay longer. Absolutely amazing beer/cocktail list. Tried a new-to-us place today and really had a lot of fun! The beer here was really creative and quite good with a good variety for different tastes. And the people here were super fun! From the owner to the workers to the patrons...I really have not had such a great time in a long time! They plan ahead for several game nights (like trivia competitions) and have a members club with some really good perks. If you're visiting the area, this is a place I would highly recommend, and if you're closer to town, this is definitely a place worth visiting a few times! They are located in downtown, so be prepared to find whatever available street or lot parking is around, but there is plenty nearby so that shouldn't be an issue. And there are other shops and restaurants within walking distance, too, so you could make a full day trip to town if you wanted to. read more

Was so happy that my friends invited me to meet them at Liquid Therapy. We sat outside on a beautiful Sunday afternoon enjoying our visit and the sights of Nashua. It's nice to have option of sizes of beer to choose. I had 13 oz. of Twisted Schwarzbier and Tomohawk DIPA-both very tasty. Then, I had a 4oz taster of the Mosaic Dream DNEIPA, also very good. We shared nachos that everything a Big Mac has on it-so good. Anyway, the brewery is located in a former fire house. Street and lot parking available-free on Sundays! All of the employees are super friendly and checked on us frequently. I look forward to returning. read more

A very cool place in an old converted firehouse with plenty of parking. Came on a Saturday night... there was a decent crowd, but not so packed that it was tough to get a seat or order a drink at the bar. A good selection of local brews and old favorites. I ordered the Dos Quesadillas with Carnitas, and it came out very quickly. Good service and decent prices. I was able to take home a 4-pack of Tomahawk one of the best beers I had in a while and I have been around. Wife loved the juice bomb so we swapped beers in the flight. Liquid Therapy is situated in a former, historic Firehouse in Nashua. The brewery has some incredibly good beers with my favorites being the Orange Dream, and the PB + J brew. Ample outdoor seating was available and the site was in a quiet spot by the river. We didn't try the food and due to forgetting my mask in the car I was unable to visit the inside but I will surely be back for another round! Only difficulty is the lack of onsite parking but we used the large, open Margaritas parking lot and walked on the river walk a short distance to the brewery. The hours really stand out at Liquid Therapy as many other breweries are open a standard 4-8 PM or even 4-7 PM on limited days. Alternatively, Liquid Therapy is open til 11 PM for late night goers in the Main Street area. read more

This place is awesome - a friend recommended we come here because it was close to her work and I was very impressed. Their beer selection is pretty good and they also offer lime seltzers. I really enjoyed their carnitas nachos (even later of chips so they all have toppings!) and apple pie ice cream with cider. The food was not good; it's like they may only have a toaster oven in the back? I'm not sure, but I would not recommend this place for lunch at all. There are only like 5 bench-like tables outside...one had just ONE guy at it and the other had two guys. People kept leaving because they wanted to sit outside but no tables were available.
