My experience in the area overall leads me to warn any sour drinkers that this is NOT the region to order sours... I think that's the best way to put it. So rare in these days of smashburger dominance to see a thick burger (they do smashburgers too), and this was exceptionally juicy and brought good flavor from the brisket/shortrib blend and the grill itself. Bacon was only slightly crisp, but that's how I want it on a burger. Potent blue cheese. All of the flavors blended really nicely. Bun a white-bready version of brioche. A gigantic pile of fries (I think hand-cut) had the right crispness and droopiness. And to make it even better, on weekdays from noon to 4pm this burger-and-fries plate, with the addition of a draft beer is a dollar LESS. Good burger, good deal. Mixed bag so far, but that burger will bring me back to try more. Though they seem to be a little understaffed, service was friendly on two separate visits.

We ordered the nachos to share, which were fresh and light - perfect appetizer. The nachos were made wrong 2x by the kitchen, so it took quite a while to come out - which didn't bother us too much - but the manager/owner came over to apologize and comped the nachos, which was very nice of him! I got the steak tips, broccoli and mac and cheese. All were very good, I rarely order steak at restaurants because I am picky with steak, but the steak tips were the best part of the meal. Tender and flavorful. We went on a friday night, the live music was a nice touch but I will say the music is EXTREMELY loud - like almost unbareable unfortunately. I wanted to tell the manager before we left that maybe it can be turned down a notch or five... We will be back again and I can't wait to try their martini flight!
