We tell people about this place to be supportive! We've been trying to continue coming but unfortunately, the service and ambiance is not the same anymore. Music is always rock music, which can make us feel frazzled while we are trying to unwind... they have a jukebox you can pick songs but they pause it if they don't like what you're playing. Kinda rude... What's the point of a jukebox box!? We downloaded the app and bought credits specifically for that place only to be "paused"... not nice... especially if there are only less than eight customers... The old owners LBC were super friendly and engaging... the staff were also super cool, we always felt welcomed. The female bartenders are nice at Sunstone... I just hope the place improves and they make people feel welcomed and not like a nuisance... they should remove the jukebox if they don't want people playing music they actually enjoy while drinking. We specifically downloaded the app and bought a package of credits to only be stumped and paused by management and they played their music. We left... not sure if we will be back... Food is good. We have driven far to breweries we love but if service and ambience changes then unfortunately, it's not worth the distance for us.

We made the right choice to give this place a try. People were very friendly and greeted us as we walked in. The inside is small but with a great ambience. They have a Viking theme with large windows in the back to view horned animals. They had a choice of six brewed beers. One of the owners was the one that poured for us. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. If this place was near me, I would definitely be here all the time. They also had outside seating and corn hole to play. I wish they served food because that was the only reason we didn't stay longer. We tried their Rohirrim and Gefjur beer and my favorite was their Gefjur. I walked in with two people, three more friends were on their way to join us, but, given the lack of food options, we all decided to leave B&B early and reconvene at another local place that had both beer and food we all could eat. In addition to not having anything vegan to eat (not even potato chips!),we were not allowed to order food to be delivered. Although this was communicated politely, it's actually a very rude thing to impose on customers. So, on one hand, if vegans aren't this businesses main focus, its totally understandable not to go through great lengths to cater to us- But, it is an extremely poor business practice to both not serve vegan food and not allow customers to order their own food. Given the number of areas businesses that value vegan customers, it shouldn't be too hard to replace B&B in our rotation.

We asked for the manager, because the waiter didn't understand what our complaint was. She arrived at the table clearly irritated that she had to come. My friend tried to explain the problem, she then became more irritated and yelled at my friend that she wasn't going to argue with him.
