If you have the option to go to any other Heav'nly Donuts, I'd suggest you do so. You wonder why this place is always having turn overs on employees is because they don't like to work! My coworkers and I went to grab lunch a weekend. Ordered a Tostada. Came with ham, cheese, ketchup mayo. This second time it came with just cheese. They charged me for a Tostada and gave me a grilled cheese instead!! I called to see if they can refund me or even offer me store credit...immediately the manager or whoever think they're in charge, tells me Tostada is just cheese. Ma'am why do you have tostada and grill cheese at different prices if they're both the same? Tells me she's been working there for a two years!! Please tell me why my first tostada is so different than the one I received today?? "I can't do anything about it, don't come again, goodbye" was word by word what she said at the end of the call. Came in at 8am on a Monday and expected it to be busier (the Super Bowl was last night so I assume people took off today) but it was slow (but still a consistent moving line). The staff was super friendly. My husband got a breakfast sandwich and said it was the best he's had in a while. I have been going to this place fir the last 5 years m always been very happy with it until new owner came in .. I have yet seen them open st 6.00 in the morning I go by morning Monday through Friday to but my coffe and if I am lucky maybe one day it be open in time the hours are supposed to be 6.00 am well I drive by every day around 6.15 am n today was my last drop I stop by at 6.20 n walked in along with another gentleman and we were told we are not open yet so they refused to give us service . I have gone to this Lawrence facility many times. I get good treatment from the staff and the manager. It is a good place to meet. It is clean. Parking is a problem. I am unhappy to write this review, but it has to be done. I have always been a fan of Heavenly Donuts great iced coffee. As I went yesterday, I decided to grab a bagel as well. When I arrived at work shortly after my visit to eat my bagel, not only was the bagel Burnt to Sh*t, I went to take a bite & a large shard of metal scraped my mouth. There was a large piece of the toaster oven side broken off and left on my bagel for my tasting. I dont know how this large serrated strip of metal went unnoticed by the employee and why their toaster ovens are falling apart into the food. When I retured the bagel, I must say, The manager was very appologetic and sorry even though this was not her fault. I recieved my $8 back, but unfortunately the damage was already done. read more

This donut shop has gone to shit since after it was sold. The primary people (male and female) that work there do not know hot to sell a quality product. Since the transfer of ownership (assumption), I have gone there and received a breakfast sandwich that had not cheese and was falling apart. On another day, I attempted to get a iced coffee and got a cup primarily filled with creamer, which I had to throw away. Today I simply asked for a bagel.... How can someone screw that up? Maybe it was too early for them? I walked in asked for a bagel, the lady took her gloves off and went to the back to see if they had a bagel and she returned a minute later with the bagel in her hand ( without gloves). Horrible service and hygiene. I was hungry so it paid over $2.00 bucks for THE STALEST bagel EVER! I had to naw it with my teeth like some hard doggie chew-toy. Horrible! This place needs to get their act together. I will never go there again. They suck. The one Merrimack Street in Methuen might not have the owners if so, take the drive and go there! read more
