If your looking for good donuts then Heav'nly donuts is the place. However I am always looking for a good cup of coffee to pair with the donuts and the coffee here is just not it. Super watery and lacks flavor. I ordered a toasted marshmallow and I couldn't even tell that there was flavor added. 3 dollars for a coffee that doesn't taste good isn't worth it to me. read more

I seriously love this specific Heav'ly's. I've been to both Haverhill locations, methuen, amesbury, and this one is by far the best. Every single time I go in, the staff is super friendly. They always make my iced coffee perfect. All the other locations put too little ice in it and it melts in 10 mins. The sandwiches are always amazing! I will always drive the extra 10 mins to go here instead of the Bradford location. read more

I feel like I'm in the minority around here. Everyone seems to love their coffee but I find it to be kind of bitter, yet watery, and just not good at all. I've tried countless times (just regular and FV, no crazy weird flavors) thinking maybe I got a bad cup and ended up disappointed each time. However, their donuts and pastries are delicious. The chocolate frosted is by far my favorite! They're fresh and I believe they're cooked right there on location. I've gotten a breakfast sandwich now and then and they have been quite good as well. Great service here early Sat and Sun mornings. I get there at 5:45AM and the employees treat me like a friend. Sometimes its busy but they hustle as fast as they can. Im picky with my Iced hazelnut espresso shot with 3 splenda and cream but they always get it done with a smile. Great employees. read more

Some notes for fellow yelpers: --Concur, not as good as Kanes. --A donut place cannot make good donuts and good coffee. We were up visiting friends in Haverhill and went in for some breakfast. Needless to say we at there for the next 4 breakfasts. Their bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel was delicious. I fell in love with the blueberry cruller and coffee roll. My wife loved the apple fritter. I almost forgot. We both got ice coffee which was really delicious. Couple all this deliciousness with a friendly and fast staff. My buddy is shipping me crullers and fritters within the next few weeks to NC. read more

I really want to like Heav'nly Donuts (despite the fact that they write heavenly strangely). I admire any chain that competes with Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts, plus offers such a large array of food items and coffee flavors. Unfortunately, their coffee is horrible. My boyfriend and I tried mocha mint (he described it as tasting like "tooth paste") and apple strudel, which tasted like iced apple tea to me so it wasn't horrible. We've tried other flavors in the past and haven't been impressed. Sadly, we'll never go to this location (or the others) again because the coffee was that bad. As for food items- their bran muffins are great, but sell out way too fast. If you get there past noon, you're out of luck. Their meat items are not so good. The meat pie that we tried was horrible, and tasted like a mystery meat soaked in a mystery sauce. We haven't tried the doughnuts so maybe those are great, who knows. The staff is nice so no complaints there. The place can get packed so you might be stuck in line for awhile, and it doesn't run as smoothly as a Starbucks. I wouldn't say don't go here, by all means give it a try, but I certainly won't be returning. read more

Went here yesterday. Only car in the drive thru around 4:30pm. My friend ordered one sandwich at the speaker, we pulled up to the window and sat there for almost 10+ minutes watching the employees chat while the bagel sat after toasting and the bacon/egg in the microwave after cooking. Finally an employee came to the window and said "Um did I take your order..?" and my friend was actually so taken back I actually had to answer and repeat the one sandwich that was ordered. The employee goes "Oh yeah I totally forgot" then goes to grab the food that was just sitting there getting cold HAHA. his used to be my favorite.. it's much fresher and better tasting in all departments when compared to dunkin. The last 2 times, the service was slow, inaccurate, and terrible. Both times were the same 2 young ladies too. Make sure you go when boss lady is in. She will whip them into shape. The walk in service is significantly slower than drive thru. read more

We LOVE this Heav'nly Donuts and come here several times a week. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and made to order with REAL ingredients and their coffee is also good. The star of the show, however, are the donuts, which are made on site and are tender, sweet and delicious! You just can't find fresh donuts like these anywhere else. Now that Heav'nly is a chain/franchise, you should know that not all of them have the same high quality as the one on the Haverhill/Plaistow line. In fact, you can't get a veggie, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich at most other Heav'nly stores, but you can at this one. read more

I have never had a bad experience here! The donuts are always fresh and delicious, the coffees are perfect (I love the iced caramel latte) and added bonus they offer almond milk! I like the Bradford Heavnly but this one is good too. Worth the wait. Flavored coffee is brewed (Dunks is all flavor shots full of sugar) and the breakfast sandwiches are made with real eggs. The sausage egg and cheese on a bagel is my go to if I feel like being a lard. They also make their own pastries and donuts. My fiance was super proud to convert me over to Heav'nly. I am originally from MA and I was totally a Dunkin' fan. I resisted going to Heav'nly for a long time. My fiance brought me to Heav'nly one morning when I was still driving to the South Shore for work. It was instant love. I got a hot coffee and two donuts (maple frosted and double chocolate cake.) The freshness and price were perfect. A few weeks later we got a box of donuts when my parents came up for a visit. We had a few left over and the next day they were still fresh enough to eat. I always figured donuts turned to rocks over night, but not these yummy treats. Since my first experiences with their donuts I have tried their breakfast sandwiches and iced teas. Both very good. Every chance I get I bring a friend to Heav'nly. My fiance gets super jealous when I go without him. No worries, I always get him a large apple fritter when I do ;-) read more

They have great food and coffee. You can't beat the service. They have a lot of staff on to handle the amount of customers. Sometimes you might wait a little because of the amount of people but that only proves how good they are. I've only been living in the area about a month and during this time, on three different occasions, I've overheard people raving about this place. With so many Dunkin Donuts and a Starbucks nearby, I was shocked to see just how packed it was on Saturday morning. Now I understand what all the hype is about. My breakfast sandwich was freshly made to order and it was delicious. Although I still prefer Starbucks for fancier coffee drinks, it definitely gives Dunkins a run for its money on regular flavored coffee!
